Worth recalling that directors taking part of their salary in shares at 10p. They know better than most what is really going on !
2015 total directors' remuneration £742,322.
We have another Bench open..lol New bench opened at the Prilep quarry in Macedonia from which higher grades of the white Sivec marble are being extracted and as at July 2016, the Company has in excess of 1,000 tonnes of good quality Sivec in stock.
Fox marble are pleased to report they still can't sell anything but we are still confident we can sell 4 million euros worth of marble in the next 6 months even though that would be 15 times our previous 6 monthly record! The factory still isn't finished and that 2 million we raised in May. Sorry that has already been burnt through. If for some unforeseeable reason we cannot fulfil the orders sharpish we will have to do another fund raise within the next 6 months. But we remain confident, its all looking rosy. Thank Christ I sold out of this, its the same old let down every time,. If that factory completes this year and actually cuts any marble slabs I will be very surprised. I have heard stuff being en route before. I think the board think en route mean its on the same continent in many unfinished pieces. When that factory does complete I will reassess but until then I'm staying far far away.
opps update http://www.investegate.co.uk/fox-marble-holdings--fox-/rns/operational-update/201608190700056014H/
*significantly undervalued* lol sorry :)
my last quid,i agree significantly overvalued here imo, the stock took a major hit, when revenues were not what the company expected, from 2015 annual report: to date confirmed orders for 2016 3.9 million, also the completion of a factory in kosovo was delayed, due to a fire in the one of the equipment suppliers factories and the cutting and polishing factory in Kosovo is now nearing completion compare this to revenue in 2015 of 0.23 million...easy to see why it is such an attractive inestment with four quarries in operation and kosovo nearing completion is seen as a critical point atm...any thoughts ??? UNDERVALUED-written all over it
notice the 5-6 p...incredible accurate numbers i wonder what sort of research gave such numbers...1p is only a 20 percent difference you know...lol
Anyone heard anything from CG or others..
Nice. Someone has confidence in this.
is every share a 5p buy ? Please come back to WSG quoting your 5p again, we miss u !
At 5 - 6p could be attractive buy,
From last ......RNS The Company has been granted mining licences in relation to six separate marble quarries and completed a maiden JORC resource indicating an in-situ valuation of approximately Euro 16.5 billion. Established in 2011, Fox Marble has access to over 300 million cubic metres of premium quality marble. And we can't get above 10p; ps Jeeeze,,,
So reading through the last few months of comments and the latest RNS's, the thing i find funny having not kept up to date with this share for about a year is this darn factory! Its been "nearly finished" for so long they could have built two! A 4.6m order book seems like a decent base to work from when(/if) this new factory does come online. Help me understand what the 2.5m of "Administrative Expenses" was in 2015?
Yoohoo, im here. Was thinking about investing before the fire last year, luckily didnt and havent revisited until now. Whats the latest? Fill me in?
Anyone here.. Cooee... Bored,, might re-read the last RNS Nope, Back to sleep then..
Yes indeed Sneaky Chris burying bad news in the middle of some positive stuff. Company have dropped guidance on operational start for factory and trying to be clever with words. Margins will NOT improve until they can start polishing and processing the marble so that's another little porkie at the end of the RNS as well! Classic Fox Marble. Why should we be surprised?
Order book is creeping up...that's the good news although it's limited rather than spectacular. The disappointing news was the factory...June/summer/middle of the year was touted yet today we hear that a key component is still months from being shipped. Pushes out the revenue benefit and lowers forecasts, rather sly way of reporting the (further) delay but I suppose a delay in itself was to be expected on prior form if not from prior RNS's
dkw - fair points - I agree - but the order book is now growing.... ;)
At the outset, I think Fox has great potential but is being handicapped by third-rate forecast and execution. When they say in March the factory lines will be in place, it really means some will be but some will be a "few months" off. When they say factory operational by "the middle of the year", they really mean that's what we think we can get away with but some time before Christmas is probably nearer the mark. The old adage is "say what you mean and do what you say". Fox Directors might go mad and try a bit of that and then potential buyers might actually sit up and take notice of things delivered, not offered in a never-ending elastic forecast. This is like having a gifted child who cannot be a***d!
for this company very hard. They couldn't sell water in desert.
No idea Dibs, but how hard can it be to sell some marble?
*chuckles* At what point exactly ctw??
Well I got that completely wrong and Carnegie you must be licking your lips with your pile of cash!
