Any info on when we will get the answers to the q&a?
LETTING PEOPLE IN! Knew it. Very cheeky but I'm glad it went up. It may have been an ISA transfer actually.
Just dropped down on nothing? Letting people in or something bad about to happen?
IMHO What a luvvie interview! All the early investors have lost half their money, FOX repeatedly RNS then fail to deliver what they say in the RNS, orders disappear quietly or are pushed to the next year, then the next, and these are mysterious million-Euro-plus orders coming in from start-ups with no cash and this is the best you can do???
Yes, and did anyone else notice the incessant name-dropping? CG loves name-dropping, but even by his standards he went way over the top this time. It is a huge red flag.
This is what baffles me. Presumably Stone Alliance is a shell company at the moment and say Fox owns 59% of negligible capital. Unless all the new finance is all debt Fox will be diluted out if it is not contributing equity. But then who would lend to such a thinly capitalised company? Don't know if it owns the quarries but just rock in the ground unless quarried profitably; is the Kosovan Govt giving a guarantee of the debt? What is the lender's security? If they are in the process of raising the money CG should know these answers. The interview failed to ask these crucial questions.
Great interview? You must be joking! CG dodged the main question of how SA will be funded. "It will be funded from the deep pool of capital that exists in N. America". That is pure BS! The question meant debt or equity and he did not answer, except to tell us that Fox would not raise more capital. So, the implicit answer is SA will be funded by debt, and Fox will get nothing until the debt is paid off. Meanwhile the polishing line is in Limbo somewhere between Italy and the factory, despite the promise of delivery LAST month. CG is a smooth-talking con-man. All you PI believers better get your money out while you can.
Great interview in my view and, to my mind confirms that the Stone Alliance deal is very good news for Fox Marble. It was made clear that Stone Alliance will be entirely separately funded in America and Fox Marble will not be expected to raise funds for this. Fox is currently a 59% shareholder and whilst this may be diluted somewhat as Stone Alliance raises funds and other investors come on board, Fox will still be a significant shareholder and stand to benefit from being part of a multi million £ business going forward. Supported by both the American and Kosovan Govts and with 40 quarries, this will be big. Furthermore, Fox Marble is to be the operator of all the quarries and will recover all costs plus a profit margin from Stone Alliance, so a significant additional source of revenue. Interesting also that Chris Gilbert says that when up to scale Fox Marble's profit margins will be 70% so hugely cash generative. There may have been delays in growing the order book but once headway is made Fox will be a veritable cash machine. Only slight niggle is that only about 50% of the resin and polishing lines are in the factory, with the rest en route from Italy. He says it will all be there in the next few weeks but this does seem to be taking an age. Still, nearly there and when it's finally up and running, watch this share take off. DYOR but I am holding firm here.
Nice 10K buy. All blues here last week or so.
10p being paid. See you later single digits :)
Buy/sell ratios looking good again today. Would appear that there's a good few people who are happy to get in at these prices...
Happy to be in here under 10p than around the 11p paid the other day. Low shares in issue. Foxy
Tipped as a buy in the Investors Chrinicle, according to MoneyWeek, for what that's worth.
much thicker than I originally thought. Oh ! THEY'LL LOVE YOU. Good Luck stick with it to the end my friend, you deserve the rewards coming your way, that's for sure.
frr is an oil and gas exploration company Carnegie based in a different country, operating in a different sector and headquartered in the US. My point is this is relevant to the frr board not here.
should read Market Cap, gone from £22 M - £6.7M
You quote :- " Why has fox marble not been able to get bank credit and has instead diluted shareholders? ". WHY INDEED ? ist's easier to use the puppet's, sorry Loyal Shareholder's money for all dilutions as if things go conveniently wrong they don't have to pay the puppet's, sorry Shareholder's back so walk away with full pockets, Whoe's pocket's are empty then ?? Hang in there eshaiten they " really need " your type who will stick it to the end. Dare say there are loads like you willing to bale them out on every single occasion. The Puppet Master always knows " how " and " when " to pull the strings time alone will tell. But you watch and sure as anything my posts ( rambling's as you put it ) will be removed from here beginning of next week. Wonder why ? Now I am out of here,.Sorry but couldn't resist answering such an intelligent Loyal Shareholder as you eshaitan.
Just have a quick look at FRR to add to what I've said. Market Cap gone from approx £2" M to a phenomenal £6.7M in just a couple of years and shares in issue from approx, 1.3 B to a fantastic 7.94 Billion Wow !!! Doing fantastc especially as many " loyal " U K small P I's own about 3-4 M shares each and are still dedicated to FRR, just like you lads here. Fantastic to have loyal shareholders who will see a Co. to the end before giving up hope. Their share dilutions really multiplied and especially after Frontera Resources Georgia started up Mmm? Suppose a few of you guys remember the puppet show Punch & Judy we all believed it ( myself inc. ) at the time, until we," the wise " realised it was the Hood, sorry Puppet Master who pulls the strings. But !! at the same time the show can't go on without the puppets to help him perform. Yes !! I see a ot of fantastic similarities between this 2 companies. Indeed quite similar to a few Big Multi Nationals who also used to have massive Operations in Eastern Block countries. But hang in their lads Fox will be different. Remember the local Gov. is involved now, so ! that must me very helpful to the right people. Is that you by any chance ?? Last word on the subject, good luck to the wise on here, your on the right track
Is there some point to this complete ramble? I thought Kosovo was within the EU sphere of influence with rule of law and property rights protected by the state? This will succeed or fail on sales or lack of. Either you don't think there is a market for their product or they won't be able to sell it under the current management in which case avoid or sell. Or of you think there is a reasonable chance they are turning a corner you buy or hold. Perkylad, Ctw, sensible questions. Mine would be will you make sure this new venture doesn't distract from getting fox marble cash generative asap? At which point next year do you think you will be cash generative? Why has fox marble not been able to get bank credit and has instead diluted shareholders? Notmuchinsales I agree with you there should be some due diligence. Obviously the Chinese deal and some others have fallen by the way and should have been rns'ed as non binding as far as I'm concerned. Eboracum did not pay the full 30pc deposit as per their agreement. However the 2 million order from a 12 months period started from Jan 21st so the Jury is still out. As long as these companies are only supplied after cash up front I'm fine with that. Larger property developers in the UK could of course be invoiced after delivery. I see these smaller companies with a lack of visibility a bonus order to be honest, and should never be rns's as anything other than an intention to purchase. Have a good weekend all.
the wise here re already catching on " smelling " what they already know about this reputable Co. Stick with it guys
should have finished -- raise cash from the UK small Pi's until we bleed them dry by dilution after dilution then when the **** . 3rd post ( sorry etc. etc.
mugs ( sorry small pi's ) piled in their hard earned for every dilution. FRR was registered on UK London AIM. SUDDENLY our man starts a Local Co. Guess what he called it " Frontera Resources GEORGIA " fancy that now !! why would you ever need 2 FRR'S ???? Mmmm!!! Perhaps one ( guess which one ) could buy out the other for next to nowt if it possibly went down the tube due to paid Govt. Officals blocking them into extinction. What a " saviour " this man would be. Perhaps he even used his normal tactics on Nicandros who seems to now appear as a puppet in the show.. Or Perhaps Nicandros will walk with handsomely lined trouser pockets. GET THE DRIFT FOLKS. Use the small mans money , let them pump iit in to back us here as well and then the show will belong to us anyway in the end. TREAD WITH CARE GUYS. The wise here can already see thew writing on the wall. Me I don't really care if you think I'm off my head. I have told you how BP. came out in Russia . Do you " REALLY " believe this has a better chance of pulling it off than a Multi nat. Oil Co 100 times the size ( 3 guesses ) UP TO YOU ! I left this to the w/ end to write as thought it may stand a chance of some at least seeing it before it's removed. Incidentally Someone's wife worked in thew Georgian Govt offices and had a sniff of the wind so to speak. Bet soon a s Fox ( if they look in on this BB ) get a sniff of the wind, my posts will be removed. Indeed Im saying it would never happen here though not with such a wonderful CEO and high class Co as this with such LOYAL well informed small UK Pi's. Stick in lads fill their coffers when they as for your cash your on a winner and you'll know all about it in the end.
My last post will be removed as it was last time on the FRR BB. . READ IT NOW befor it's too late, pass it on I will try to finish it off in my next post
Hi guy's last time I looked in here was several month ago At that time I actually wondered if what several of you ( and 2 of you in particular ) are now discussing in the last 10 -12 posts would indeed happen . Because, I honestly had a gut feeling also at that time, that it would indeed " and ! " here are my reasons why. For many years I worked in the Oil Industry and a lot of the time in Eastern Block countries ( Ex Soviet Union / USSR ) Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Turkmenistan. The " corruption " I personally saw in these countries would make your insides turn. even what you could achieve for a $20 bribe was unreal, and God forbid for $100 you could end it for some unfortunate soul if one would stop that low. -- AND --- The most " corrupt " in every one of the forementioned countries were the Government Officials. Yes, its a fact. Under Soviet rule the hierarchy always had thieir pockets liked by Moscow, keep the rest down ( apart from a chosen few and it's more for us was the rule of the day. Modern times saw many of these countries arise for independence,But with practically the same mob in power they could not let go of what they once had for a Salary.,but made out they for for the people, telling them how great their country would be, even the few newbies who joined these respective governments ( apparently more on the peoples side ) soon forgot what they set out to do once seeing I also heard the same from other Uk guys in Drilling ops in many of the " Stan " countries as we called them and other ex E. B. countries . Kosovo being out of the same mould. Now let me tell you about Georgia & Steve Nicandros C,E.O. of Frontera Resources FRR. Steve ( formally of President of CONOCO OIL OVERSEAS , a world renowned Co. ) decided to break away & Kick off FRR as he saw a huge opp. in Georgia wher many of the Milti Nationals would not even dream of going. B.P. shows us why in Russia, Putin made sure it ended in Russian hands Gasprom. Anyway Nicandros took the plunge, Found Oil and more importantly MASSES of gas . So much so that Georgia would now not be held to ransom by Putin for gas supply and Price they charged for same, As Ukraine and half of Europe also depended ( and still do ) on for gas. But Nicandros did not have cash, So wisely thought Farm in a big Milti Nat, with the funds for a cut in this huge fund strange no one interested !!! ENTER ( as 2 of you said in recent posts " the Mafia " in the form of a Ukrainian Billionaire, who apparently came from nothing to where he now is in less than 15 years just by holding something in his hand that made people look up to him and please him. Suddenly the Georgian Government ( who liked this said person ) put in Stumbling blocks ( just what you say what appears to be happening here from what I read) . Anyway after he pumped in a few £100 M into Frr the stumbling blocks got bigger. Our man would not commit no more to it , raise
1) have the resin and polishing lines been delivered and when will they be installed and up and running? 2) what are the production targets for the factory and what is the anticipated impact on Sales? 3) How will the Stone Alliance project help Fox Marble's bottom line?
