Good predictive skills eshaitin btw and that low m/c leaves plenty of head room for the s/p to grow in future even with an ongoing slowly progressing turnaround here imho ..s/p has started somewhat up today but early trading is always dangerous to go by .. I could see a decent case for this ending decently up on the day today but wtfdik and DYOR ..
I got my moniker from a book Noel. Don't worry my devil worshipping career hasn't started yet!
I haven't really followed this company that much Fallingknife, so I don't have a financial position. It makes sense that cybersecurity is a fast growing sector, but if this is such a "hot" industry why would anyone sell their company to Falanx?
When I heard TW's bearcast I realised this company had gone completely silent for a very long time, if I had to take a guess Falanx's revenues will grow pretty strongly but they are still loss making. They will have burned through a fair chunk of their money but will have 2-2.5 million left, and SolarWinds revenues won't have started at all.
But with a market cap of 5.5 million and a fair chunk of cash and at least a chance of getting profitable it could be a lot worse.
Just your usual lies and evasion Dodgypot. Enjoying the drop and your sinking investment old fruit?
FK, thought you would have got on to the irony of my “54p” buy, but no, too busy patting your lapdog on the head...
Noel best to ignore these 'contributors' who hold shares from 54p down to 1.27p as their expertise is somewhat lacking. Their personal attacks is their comfort blanket from having spazzed money on a failing investment. Imagine coming on here to post nothing whatsoever about the company, the falling SP, the lack of news, the trading. You have to be a special kind of sad. And all the time sitting on a dwindling SP. Hilarious!
Noel’s post flies in the face of FK’s post, It’s just getting more and more farcical....’
And the “Guiding Light” bouquet thrown into FK’s open arms was brilliant, you could not write it...
Ntmu. Read back through posts and have a look at the personally abusive posts here and attempts to drive any opinion that didn't fit in with their view of the share and you will see where the issue emanates from. However it is not long to results you might want to sit tight anyway. The self appointed board policemen have mostly vanished due to the terrible SP so any verbal sparring is just filling time before results.
The worm is back and, as expected, with nothing to say other than abuse in a personal attack.
Mr Predictable.
He says "I seriously think I will be physically sick" if he hears the truth from FK again.
FK has, over a long period, made forecasts for the sp that always turned out to correct. He has been a guiding light that I wish I had followed. (BTW - what did you mean by "followed" slimeball?)
As I wrote in an earlier posting today about people like the slimeball and the worm -"shameless and have no respect for truth" - so it is no surprise that truth will make the worm physically sick.
Totally agree Nicetu, just 2 thenes getting regurgitated endlessly.
1. Tardy Results
2. How smart FK is
Just looked in here for the first time in a while and this bulletin board is sinking deeper and deeper into the realms of a nightmare board imho.. how about each poster here limits themselves to a few posts a week between now and results. At least when results finally come then there will be something new to talk about. (The old has been done to death here, factorially, imho)
Mr Assumption again
Good man! A fool and his money are easily parted but a fool and his share...... No wonder you are desperate to see everyone else lose money with you. Carry on :)
Yea, spot on for once..
Bought at 54p and held since !
Ah the old Dodgey guy is back. Nothing to say on the company but always a personal attack. How is your investment doing here old fruit? Sitting on a bit of a loss I'd say. Oh dear! Shame! Never mind.
If I hear the 54p blah, blah blah self proclamation once more I seriously think I will be physically sick..
Same old, same old.
FK, think you may have eaten too many cucumbers or feasting on bucket loads of tripe....
Noel, fair play to you! We have been on opposing sides of this but you have been consistent and gracious. As gracious as I hope to be if I am proved wrong. The mindset never changes Noel though there are subtle shifts in position. Notice how Fairview says he hasn't pulled his investment "completely". Does that mean he has partially sold down? Funny he never mentioned it. After all if he doesn't believe in a company he wouldn't spend time here posting as he said himself. It seems like Fairview is paving the way for the Mindset's declaration. " Oh I already sold out here as I lost faith in the management and took a small loss." And yes shameless as the very poster who said I was costing investors money as I encouraged them to sell FLX at 3 and 4p may himself have cost investors who chose to listen to him try to close down negativity here as just posters with an agenda, a short or with mental health problems as they spend all day here ( a scenario invented in his head after a discussion with himself about how I might spend my day.)
However for balance this may work out. I may be wrong. Noel you deserve a pile of money for your decency so let us hope it turns. But the barometer here is there are no longer questions of "why you post etc?". I expect the penny has dropped for most of them in that currently this is indefensible as an investment with too many questions hanging over it. Just about what I have been saying for 3 years from 54p down to 1.3p.
"If only there was someone posting who didn't hold the same view as you then."
Well said FK, and it is exactly as you said in a prevous post - expect that they will change their tune, and he has done so - but don't expect him to admit his guilt
Hypocrites and lairs (his own words ("followed") prove him to be either a hypocrite or a liar and probably both) are shameless and have no respect for truth or logical reasoning.
I know the type, and that is why I say that he deserves the very fitting name of 'slimeball'.
Actually Fairview for someone who is a holder and berates others for posting on a company they do not hold, you don't seem to know so much about the company or else are wilfully misrepresenting events here. The company did not use "poor judgement in bringing in a new auditor a few months after year end". The last auditor resigned as you should know. Your postings make it sound like they chose to do it.
This is somewhat new Fairview as previously anyone like myself who was negative about the board " It follows the usual pattern of FK trying to drive the SP down so he can enjoy other people losing money." You now say you wish you had not got involved here. If only there was someone posting who didn't hold the same view as you then. Someone you said wasn't worth listening to?
You keep peddling this line about Auditors which when I have asked you about , you never give an answer. You are peddling misinformation on this subject. There has been a recent post about TW who also has been peddling this saying there were some issues with the small options. Did TW make this up then or was it fed to him by the board? It has to be one or the other.
On the auditors then I will try a final time. Why would it take a big firm of auditors 10 weeks to produce accounts even if they were giving more than a cursory glance. Why did Mike Read and the CFO AT A FALANX PRESENTATION give timeframe of 4 weeks with no mention of the auditors? What changed in between the information given by senior figures of FLX and the lack of an announcment when results are going to be? In fact why do they need to question everything? the sudden departure of the last Auditors was supposed to be above board.
Right GLR. I am not one bit happy about this. The board have let shareholders down badly. I can honestly say I wish I hadn't got involved with this as I did not expect to still be waiting mid-September. I have not pulled my investment completely because I feel there is still a chance that results will be better than the bombed out SP suggests.
I think what has happened here is that BDO were not willing to give the books a cursory glance and say everything is ok. They are questioning everything and clearly Falanx were not expecting that. It shows poor judgement on the part of the board in my opinion to bring in a new auditor a couple of months after year end and expect everything to just sail through.
Sorry I agree Fairview there is likely something up with the audit - but as an investor I would not be happy with how this has been handed, no comms, updates, just left with a sinking SP (it was 2.1p the other week!) and we all thought 1.8p was the pre-results gamble, now you can't even sell above 1.3p
One can only conclude, that they simply do not know when the results will be released - which then raises the question as you point out, just how serious is this issue? It may be nothing and everything may be OK - but the bottom line is this situation has been handled in a manner which has tanked the SP by nearly 50% - if not more
eshaitan = e - shaitan

You are a fan of Satan, eshaitan. Interesting!
Thank you for that post unfairview - such brilliant analysis and insight.
Now, rather than stating the bleeding obvious, tell us what we really want to know - what did you mean by "followed"?
Well obviously there is a problem with the audit GLR. The question is how big is the problem. If we are talking about accounting technicalities it's no big deal. If we are talking about significant changes to the numbers it is. They will have to say something soon.
And the Chairman and the CFO both have issued a basic timeframe for results at an FLX investor evening which has proved to be bunkum so even when they communicate it turns out to be hogwash for straw clutchers . Desperately trying to hold on to some straw as the SP sinks.
Good post GLR. Wait for what's left of the board thought police to come on here to say you are a short, a deramper or have an agenda here. Posting negatively about FLX is not allowed don't you know?
