I made that report available. Looks like you're outnumbered Tony you f**kin t**t. Does the front cover look familiar? I bet it does. Flow Product Design Review Report By Jan Yates and Don Caudy Mechanical Innovation Incorporated July 9, 2015 I can verify el.toros version of events. The MD at the time told the BOD the boiler was f**ked and Tony and company didn't like it. That's why Tony's on here bad mouthing the former MD. Tony couldn't understand anything technical and it all went t*ts up when the MD left. Jabil knew then that Tony had f**ked them over too.
Yes I do remember you posted this earlier. I keep an open mind on all matters. Yes he got around a 100k - if that was for him in the accounts - but I do not know if the lump sum would be paid whatever the reason for leaving. I do not know who you are either el.toro - I suspect you may have worked for FProducts. If your contention is correct - he could still be tm or his wife is posting as such. Without written evidence everything is subject to speculation. You are one very mixed up, confused, disgruntled individual, Tony. "Without written evidence everything is subject to speculation", yet you continue to speculate! Now I'm the former MD's wife! LOL!!! Maybe el.toro is the former MD; he worked at your failed little company! LOL!!! I still don't see the relevance of your KFS reference, other than the fact that you, Tony, obviously have a deep hatred of the former MD and have let that be known to an incredible extent. Tell us why, Tony. Why one particular individual? And why would your endless attempts to make others believe I am him, or connected to him, help your cause? To my recollection, Tony, that individual wasn't even a member of the BOD, so why do you constantly try to tie him in to your failures? Do you think you can hide behind him, Tony? (From what has been said on this board, Glenny prefers you to be behind him! LOL!!!)
I am one of those ex-employees so hated on this board. I worked in FP for a while which included the time the MD left. ***** was a focused person and did not like BS. He found out the hard way about the boiler design and the fake data, and he wasn't going to let it slide. He told us once that he told the entire BOD that they had been bullshitted by Geoff and Adrian. The boiler was never ever ready for production. As I said before, the two consultants (friends of Henry Cialone) that came in to check up on him and the progress of the boiler, came to the same conclusion as *****. I think another poster has already made that report available. I do have the written evidence, project reports and meetings notes. Many people did not like Tony Stiff, and many more disliked Geoff Barker. Anyone one of them could be posting on this board. I don't know who you are, should I assume you are Tony Stiff? Anyway, I don't think he cared after he left. He was happy to leave as he knew things would not end well for Flow.

Popgoestheweasel, ***** was paid off to leave. If he would have been sacked, I doubt Flow would have paid him. I told you before, he stated exactly what would happen to Flow as he knew all the previous work done in R&D wasn’t worth anything. He got Jabil in and set up the line to build the boiler, it was built to Barker’s design and it didn’t work. ***** told the BOD that the boiler needed a complete redesign, but that did not fit in to thr BOD’s plans and so they parted ways.
Here we go..... "Interestingly, Tony, you mock me for not meeting up, yet why would I? I stand by my statement that I don't meet up with dirty, little old men. Would you let your daughters arrange to meet a strange, little bitter and twisted old man from a chat board; even if they did know it was a failed CEO from a tiny energy supply company that made no profit? " We are talking here about adults meeting up, so bringing up sons or daughters is just an emotive irrelevance and a twisting. I was prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt, and had you proved you were genuine and shown me evidence of fraud at a meet up, then I would have sold my shares. "Tony, did you get Premium Membership when it was suggested to you? No, you didn't, so what is your point? " I am not sure I was directly asked but you were and specifically by Kramer14. Also I do not have any damning evidence against Flowgroup. You have pointlessly requested for as many people as possible to lodge complaints with the various authorities with no evidence - you are daft ! There was then to be a meeting between you and Kramer14 and you will remember he was prepared to travel some distance to see you (my underground car-park spoof) This private meeting came to nothing because you reneged. You next agreed to attend a more public meeting arranged by Kramer14, but once again you pulled out of that. "As for your investigation of two years ago...", but it is not my investigation to complete, Tony. I have provided information, given to me from many sources, to the relevant bodies and we must wait. Lots of cases with the SFO have taken years to come to fruition......" When you state "we" must wait.... is this a combined action or if not, I suggest you are just lumping yourself in with genuine investors ? Well the average time of a fraud enquiry with the SFO takes two years and you have just surpassed that time. If you had been genuinely interested in warning shareholders you would have met up with Kramer14 - I would have done in your situation, but you either are afraid of showing your ID, or have something to hide. "Then my warning off by admin after the KFS affair...", What was this, Tony? Just google.... kfs-group.com opens new offices in uk. The new agency and limited company were set up by the ex flow products managing director and his WIFE just a few weeks after he resigned (stated on here by Tallywacher and others he was sacked) The new offices of the ex flow products director, are in reality just a home address, possibly a bedroom set-up, or just a laptop and correspondence address. The picture of him in a group with the red racer behind was removed from the site just after I made reference to it, on here. You went all quiet, and later asked people to contact S**ro on linkedin to try to distance yourself from him. We waited for his reply to you, with baited breath but.....nothing....ALL very ve
Hindertondrive / Glenny / Jibal / a.glen1/ a.glen1@sky.com - dear oh dear, why can't Tony reply? Do you have to do all his dirty work for him? All you can do, when you've been outclassed, is come back with lies and insults. Let me try to explain this so that even someone such as yourself, with a mental age of three, can understand it. I have not had any posts deleted. When posts are deleted, we have no idea who has requested it. On the other hand, Tony has admitted to complaining to lse in the past and getting posts deleted in order to keep his boiler myth going at the time. You can make up stories about me (just as Tony does) on this board, but you do realise don't you, Glenny, that you won't be able to lie under oath like you have on here? Get ready, Alan. There'll be a knock at the door soon...
Hindertondrive, you've come back to post. Why don't you use your other logins...Jibal, Two Ducks, a.glen1. you're just another FKR. What's a matter, are you missing Tony's"Buffalo"?! Has he promised you something special? Like a shared cell? Go FK yourself.
TM, You have had so many posts removed it's untrue! You admitted to being Tony's ex. You admitted to being an ex employee and you told us you were depressed about being sacked! There was also the proud lesbian thing LOL. Didn't realise you were just mentaloid! BTW, isn't it all done?
Good heavens, Tony! What a rant in response to a little joke! Although I did think it would rankle you, and I was right! LOL!! "I am not daft tm, and I was not born yesterday." Really? Of course you are, Tony. You reacted to every pressure I posted about on this board, from performance data to MCS certification. The fact that you are now sacked and no longer able to steal from investors is a job well done. Interestingly, Tony, you mock me for not meeting up, yet why would I? I stand by my statement that I don't meet up with dirty, little old men. Would you let your daughters arrange to meet a strange, little bitter and twisted old man from a chat board; even if they did know it was a failed CEO from a tiny energy supply company that made no profit? Tony, did you get Premium Membership when it was suggested to you? No, you didn't, so what is your point? You say, "As for your investigation of two years ago...", but it is not my investigation to complete, Tony. I have provided information, given to me from many sources, to the relevant bodies and we must wait. Lots of cases with the SFO have taken years to come to fruition, so, although I'm sure you would like to be free from the immense pressure and worry you find yourself in, your time would be best spent preparing for the worst, Tony. "Then my warning off by admin after the KFS affair...", What was this, Tony? Were you enjoying a "bargain bucket" of chicken and made a typo, or is this another of your cryptic, nonsensical episodes? As I've said before, I've never had any posts deleted because I'd rather you make a fool of yourself! As for the rest of your post, Tony, it is your usual vile description of me. It only serves to prove that you are rankled, and that you are Tony. Who else would get so infuriated? Only you, Tony, because you failed. And why would me meeting you, or one of your friends, change your opinion of me, Tony? I am just a highly educated, female engineer who sussed you out from the moment you cried VAT! To meet you, or anyone else, wouldnt change that! LOL!!
Again, just FK Tony.
Well magian, we have the four horsemen; first Biff checking his inbox daily, fully confident a lawyer might be interested in a no win no fee as a professional first for a criminal trial. We have jalpa who has started something but has gone quiet as to how it is progressing. We have the mobilephotoman who thought the first boiler rolled off in December, trying not to lose his head or his phone. Then we have tm1978 and her removed posting which started "I'm just sitting back..........yes sitting back indeed, and little posting now eh tm ? job done, well done, and money in the bank. I am not daft tm, and I was not born yesterday. From the amount you have profited from the falling share price, and with all your inside info nicely filed, but going nowhhere, well it must be a diamond encrusted coffin in the shape of an open top C class - and let's make it red. I tried in vain to meet you in a museum, then I suggested my flying to Scotland and all I got back was " I don't meet up with dirty little men" and then there was a third time lucky. You suggested we might meet at the end of April 2016 as you were coming to London to pursue your enquiries, oh and you would only meet me with a lady policewoman a contact who had part assisted you thus far with your ongoing. No again !!! third time unlucky. Then there was kramer14's public meeting you had no problem with coming to, and then - the change of mind and the strongly put - No I do not need to. The same exactly with premium membership of LSE suggested to you by Kramer14, and you had no initial objection, and then hmm, another umpteenth broken heart - oh you had thought it over, and you didn't see the necessity or purpose - No you definitely would not . On questioning You oddly told Kramer you were a holder of shares, when you had earlier posted there was no mCHP and belittled energy supply as a child's play poor agency business with no profit. Come on, Trace, you were sitting back after making a fortune on here from the descending share price. As for your investigation of two years ago long awaited by many, including magian - you keep saying these things take time, well surely if you have all the evidence what is holding you and your other up - other than the falsity of your own admissions. Have you no progress to admit to after two long years ? Then my warning off by admin after the KFS affair, plus your recent sadly deleted warning to tell me to stop digging and further embarrassing myself. People hail you as the overly just common sense whistle blower - the hero of investors - but to me you a complete fraud, and overly reek of foul smelling putrid fish, and worse than the smell - you are liar and worse still, you have profited hugely from your greed and false pretence, and these will continue to be my opinions of you, until you meet me, or magian, or Jaydee1, which we know will never ever happen !
600w out of 8.8kw , not to shabby !
Rather than go to prison, I heard Tony is saving a bit of money (as its tight now) on his funeral plan. Hes going to be buried in an empty boiler casing; one that rolled fresh off the production line back in November 2014! His headstone will read: "Here lies Tony Stiff - What a Gamechanger!"
Just go FK yourself Tony.
Do you know Dave the thought of you laughing at me like a second nanny as you said, had me in total stitches. You certainly do brighten the narrative with your overly suggestive prose - Horowitz take note. In fact I particularly liked his overly colourful RNS ' gathering dust etc'. The fact is Dave - I just bring so much more to the table than you - cordon resplendently laid out michelin starred bleu - versus your cocky repetitious slop-ridden farmer's market bile. magian - the boy wonders on here have progressed that far in a nano second - the face book page up and runnin' as promised, hmmm SHOW T I I I I I M E, the photo of the empty boiler beautifully presented from both sides now, from win and lose, and still somehow, it's life's illusion I recall - YEP the condemnatory files openly on display.plus all of Barker's emails cracked open with juice all a flowing, and appropriately X-rated so your granny can't see. No wonder the firm failed the boys were not up to it... WHAT DID WE WANT FROM OUR BOYS.... DURAN DURAN.... Wild boys (wild boys) never lose it Wild boys (wild boys) never chose this way Wild boys (wild boys) never close your eyes Wild boys always shine WHAT DID WE FRIGGIN GET FROM OUR BOYS.... DO RON RON RON AND THE PET SHOP BOY PRETENDERS... "Too many shadows whispering voices Faces on posters too many choices If when why what how much have you got Have you got it do you get it If so how often Which do you choose A hard or soft option (How much do you need) In a West end town a dead end world The East end boys and West girls funny fookin faces all lookin' like Tracies"......
Pop (Tony) You’ve just made me laugh albeit for a nanosecond. Why persist in quoting Tony Stiff when it’s obvious to all and sundry that you are indeed the ‘man’ himself. The powers that be are a coming, wait for the knock, listen to the clatter of the cuffs as they tighten around your wrists. For sure justice will be done, you’ll end life as a pariah and justly so. Maybe you could set up a Just Giving page to offset your court costs and proceeds of crime payback, doubt they will be many doners. Still! on the bright side... your ugly mug will be on mainstream tv and not youtube so it’s not all bad news. Wait for the knock.
Self running ! No more cold nights , great idea , hope it proves a success
iGEN is currently planning a 60-home pilot project for the upcoming heating season. “We will begin recruiting participants in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario in the next few weeks” said Michael Chatzigrigoriou, iGEN Co-Founder and CEO. “There is a complimentary fit between our i2 Furnace and the Flowgroup microCHP unit. Having access to their inventory means we can accelerate the manufacturing of the units needed for the pilot, and leverage their considerable technology development over the past decade.” https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/igen-technologies-inc-acquires-microchp-assets-uk-based-alan-clarke
Rns extract’... Flowgroup has also agreed the sale of its microCHP boiler technology and intellectual property to iGEN Technologies Inc. ("iGEN") for an upfront consideration of CAD 25,000 (circa £14,000) in cash with potential royalty payments of up to CAD 1,411,000 (circa £789,000) in the event iGEN is able to successfully commercialise the microCHP technology
Flow Energy recorded a 522,000 loss in the first half of 2016 which grew to 7,583,000 in the next half, and then in the first half of 2017 the loss reduced to to 5,886,000.My previous comments re challengers were relating to the 2017/18 year. When I make a mistake and I have in the past on here, back then, in regard to my pricing up of the energy company I am open about it, and admit it. In that vein, I did previously write that some of the historical data regarding Tony Stiff's past companies' performances were in my view inaccurate. I did think Webbins had a much smaller turnover than ten million as stated in his original historical review (taken down now). After spending time re-researching, I now firmly believe I could have been wrong. Webbins was certainly Stiff's outstanding success story out of the past four companies he has worked for until now, and he managed the business for three years after he sold it, and during this time it broke through the million pound annual profit so T/O I presume could easily have been 10 milll although these figures were not on view in the purchaser's accounts. Well Atlantic Gas & Electric went into administration despite customer numbers increasing over four years to 300,000 but were taken from the closing teeth and sold to SSE in what was seen as a good deal so, not knowing the reasons why Atlantic failed, there was certain success in growth and sale. A resume of Tony Stiff's past achievements was laid out in the 2016 end of year results. Although it listed Webbins, it certainly omitted his working for bglobal and he was, commercial director there, and I do scratch my head why it was not there - possibly because it was not considered a success story I had not realised that Circuit energy was acquired by Energetix from bglobal, and I surmise Stiff was implemental in proposing and possibly instrumental in the sale, given his previous connection with the company. bglobal'S subsidiary BGB provided and serviced 60,000 smart electricity utility meters, was based in Blackburn, and relied on a lot of repeat business revenue, but the energy companies had time (up to the year 2020) and were not that keen to take on these smart meters, and consequently the business slowed and struggled to grow. The last half year results saw T/O approx 7 million and a 1.5 million loss for Y/E 2013 (exceptional asset impairment were 0.7million of this) The share price fell from the high 40p's at one time down to 2p at the end. It was sold for 2.3 million to Energy Assets Group a much larger company with 100,000 meters of their own plus other offerings. All the bglobal subsidiaries were sold; two failing and one, namely Utility Group having done well. Energy Assets was later sold (2106) in a takeover for 209 million to Bid Co @ 722.5 pence and shareholders received a premium of 48.1% on the closing price the day before the announcement. This may be of passing interest for those that like to pick
I may jump in. 20% down should recover by 10/15% for a quick profit
This company is now dead and this board is dying very rapidly. I am wondering if any real progress has been made with initiating an investigation into the way senior management and the BoD appear to have manipulated investors into stumping up many tens of millions of pounds by making false or inaccurate statements concerning the development of a 'game changing boiler that pays for itself' over a period of about 10 years. During that time they seem to have paid themselves massively inflated salaries/benefits and bonuses. Has tm1978 any further news on the investigation that she initiated quite some time ago?? Has anyone else made any meaningful complaints (other than on this board) to any organisation able to investigate such dishonesty?? I did telephone the FCA recently and essentially got the brush off, but I do not think it right that those concerned should get away with so much blatant dishonesty and feather their nests with so much hard earned money from innocent investors.
April 2012 Manchester Evening News................ Smart energy meters supplier Bglobal has signed a deal to help Energetix develop a new energy supply company. Energetix, a developer of alternative energy products which is based at Capenhurst, near Chester, has bought Circuit Energy Supply, a subsidiary of Bglobal's Utiligroup business. The deal gives Energetix an electricity supply licence which will enable it to trade electricity in the UK. It has also signed a software licence agreement with Utilisoft, a subsidiary of Utiligroup. Energetix will now seek to acquire a licence to supply gas. Tim Jackson-Smith, chief executive of Darwen, Lancashire-based Bglobal, said: We are very pleased to be working on this exciting project to bring another company into the energy supply market. Energetix commercial director Tony Stiff said the company was on track to launch its energy supply business in the fourth quarter of this year, as planned. It is provisionally named Kingston Energy. Times Feb10 2017.......................".Analysts at Cantor Fitzgerald said Flow Energy could draw interest from both new entrants and existing players and estimated the business could be worth 73 million. Flowgroups market capitalisation is less than 20 million. Flow Energy made a 522,000 loss on revenue of 41.7 million in the six months to June 2016." I think OctupusEnergy and Bulb and similar very well organised challengers took enough of Flow's customers to hurt the company.Nothing in Africa - not even the very best medicine men, could change things.
Don’t recall you warning anyone! and by the way ears.... hear.
