Just had a look at Asset Match which is currently showing:
1 buyer for 15,000,000 @ 0.03p
1 seller for 34,722 @ 0.03p
1 seller for 1,857,737 @ 0.04p
Final date for this quarters auction is 26-May-21, will be interesting to see what buys and sells go ahead and what price will be set post auction.
https://www.assetmatch.com/app/OurCompanies/CompanyProfile?companyId=1527
In the auction that closed on 26th May 2021, 34,722 shares traded at 0.03 pence per share.
The next auction will close at 4pm on 25th August 2021.
It will be interesting to see what's being offered at the next auction. Not sure if we will ever get to know whats going on with the company now that it gone private. I have 3 mill + shares in this.
In the auction that closed at 4pm on 25th August 2021, 2,323,015 shares traded at 0.03 pence per share.
These were all sells, 0 buys.
if they were traded, surely each sell was also a buy.
Fossiebear, I don't think that's how AssertMatch works (the clue is in the name) and so both sides have to match for a trade to take place and so if there were 0 buys showing that means there were also 0 sales, even though many shares may have been available at a given price; or range of prices eg
100,000 buys at 3p vs 1,000,000 sells at 3p and 1,000,0000 sells at 6p results in ONLY 100,000 sells at 3p being made (ie the amount that matches with what someone is willing to buy at). With the shares that are sold being decided on a first come first served basis (ie those shares listed first at any given price are "matched" [sold] first).
I've had a look on their website and its about as clear as mud to me how it works so I'll have to bow to your better knowledge.
All I know is that it will probably be several years before I consider selling my FJET holding ..... if the company lasts that long!
Well I might as well keep this updated, from the Asset Match website:
"In the auction that closed on 23rd February 2022, no shares traded. The lowest offer was 0.01 pence per share".
No real surprises there, but good luck with the new route to MQP with first flight on Wednesday 16-Mar-22.
Yes, please do (keep this thread updated), Fossiebeer, whether there's good, bad or no news. Someone has to keep it going, ready for when we take off again. I echo again your final sentiment today with the new route in a fortnight.
In the auction that closed on 25th May 2022, no shares traded. The lowest offer was 0.01 pence per share.
The next auction will close at 4pm on the 31st August 2022.
My feeling on this is that shares are unlikely to trade until at least the next results are know. If going by the last year, these wont be published until November time.
Keep the faith everyone, whilst the aircraft are flying there is still optimism regarding the outlook for this company
IMHO / DYOR. etc etc.
"In the auction that closed on 31st August 2022, no shares traded. The lowest offer was 0.01 pence per share."
Just in case anybody is still reading this board, as promised latest result of auction, no surprises here. Not sure anyone is anymore since the H1 Results post I put up thought might get a reaction, but no responses to that either. Still in the vain hope that I might get me money back one day, I'll keep posting any news I think relevant.
Good luck everyone.
I check this board out once or twice a week Fossiebeer, so, as one of the original “Stalwarts”, I am one who never misses your excellent posts. So please continue. Still holding a substantial number of shares, and still with faith that the dismal share price WILL begin to recover SOONish. At my advanced age, it just HAS to!
Yep, Im also still checking in every so often, still hold shares, I think this might come good after all one day. Here's hoping....
