Over 300K shares bought so far today, a small amount admittedly, however today marks the third consecutive day of buys in Fjet stock, I’m still not convinced but.........
So basically the are well in business and expanding the business as we speak, and we have bankrupt priced in share price, why would they expand business (routes) after last RNS it they don’t have positive indications for funding from major holders?
I think we are having gifted share price here like last time

Let’s hope so, certainly the same pattern emerging with buys just before placing like last time, will watch trades Friday if no announcement.
“The Dialogue was successful” From the link you posted:
There were prospects though the firm may pull out its operations from the country due to a cash crunch. The Board held talks with the major shareholders and potential investors over the possibility of raising funds to keep the business alive. According to a statement released, the dialogue was successful but did not guarantee a perfect result.
That’s why I think, another premium placing like last time coming in

They are well in business then, funding shouldn’t be a problem, if it was then they wouldn’t open new routes, happy with my punt today
https://twitter.com/lusa_noticias/status/1050398165244043265?s=21
That’s probably why people buying today, it’s a decent punt, could multibag easily
maputo, 11 Oct (portuguese)-the Airline Fastjet will, starting on 29 october, to make flights between Maputo and Quelimane, in the province of zambezia, in the centre of mozambique, announced today the company in Communication.
Still a few buyers about, could well be some know of funding being secured.
Only if you can buy any!
Some buyers about today
And if they don’t give up Tanzania and come with alternative plans then placing is likely to be at 8p again.
Last time they had funding crisis 4 months ago and sp dropped to 3.25p then they had placing at 8p 146% premium, now they are cutting their most loss makings business Tanzania, their revenue from Zimbabwe and Muzambik from last half alone around £15 million and its growing fast by 100% plus. Muzambik will go cash positive in 2nd half.
They are cutting the loss making business and concentrating on the fast growing business.
Considering all this and more, I think it’s worth a punt and the placing likely to be between 4p to 6p

Fastjet has reassured its customers in Zimbabwe that it is still flying the Zimbabwean route despite equity issues under discussion with its shareholders. The Budget Airline announced that it needed more funding to continue operating or cease operations by end of October. However, Fastjet spokesperson Hein Kaiser reassured Zimbabwean customers that the airline is still in business and that Fastjet continues to operate on-time departures across all their networks. Kaiser emphasised that Fastjet Zimbabwe will continue to operate its four daily flights between Harare and Johannesburg. He also confirmed the continuity of the daily flights between Harare and Bulawayo and up to two flights a day between Harare and Victoria Falls, with three weekly flights between Victoria Falls and Johannesburg. Said Kaiser:
Don't cry baby. The future is bright...
