Thats excellent news, while agreeing with B787s point, too. Maybe Nicos quote in traveller24 will also compensate a little pro tem. I thought your heading was going to refer to that photo of the three grounded aircraft though, that taskmaster posted last week, fjetcrazy!
Marksman, the eternal optimist in me prefers to refer to the three as awaiting delivery and re registration rather than grounded , Looking forward to RNS announcing new SA base , Kigoma financial s etc.
fjetcrazy, keep the glass half full! I think we are ALL waiting on the news that you suggest (can I add BUQ to your list too?).
Most definitely add Bulawayo to that list
Good new indeed....... fastjet chief executive Nico Bezuidenhout says receiving the awards are a "tremendous honour". Bezuidenhout says, "It also serves as a validation for the substantial changes and significant enhancements made during the Stabilisation Plan which included a full network re-engineering process, a complete fleet changeover, a new reservation system launch and market entry of the fastjet brand into Mozambique along with a move from London to African soil, among others." http://www.traveller24.com/News/Flights/afritravel-2018-air-transport-awards-names-fastjet-best-value-airline-in-africa-20180307
Same story - different source.... http://ewn.co.za/2018/03/07/fastjet-receives-best-value-airline-in-africa-award Now if only they can build upon this good news with some more (as per Fjetcrazy's list)
