I almost admire the fact that some you guys still find a way to be positive about the future of EUZ. This share, the terrible management of the company and LR's empty slingshot promises has been such a disappointment, that I just cannot see this going somewhere. Unfortunately, my shares being listed on the JSE, it is impossible to sell. There is no market for this with not a single share traded on any day. Cannot sell this at a loss even if I wanted to. So I'm really hoping your positivity and belief in the potential works out as we Saffas have no other choice. Hard lessons learnt here...
I was just looking and there aren’t many days where multiple trades haven’t taken place. It’s ticking over. Sure it’s run badly, and hopefully that will change, but the asset itself is worth a punt. Upside from here is absolutely enormous, one good RNS with concert figures and you’ll multibag in a day.....possibly.
Hi MenoMosso. You must be referring to the LSE? My post was about not being able to get rid of my JSE share, even if I was willing to do this at a loss just to get rid of it. In the last 10 trading days on the JSE only 260,000 shares traded in total, with at least 30,000,000 being available at 1cent (the minimum) every day. So getting rid of a few million shares is literally impossible even if you wanted to! Obviously it's different on the LSE, and you could possibly cut your losses.
Ah, hadn’t realised they were on the JSE as well, so they were on 3 exchanges then ??!! My heart goes out to you, it’s bad enough as it is without having to deal with that !
@ Matrix and Meno.....You are both correct...let me just add my two pence worth....The JSE only deals in cents....not % of a cent like LSE deals in % of a pence. The problem Matrix has is that EUZ share is not even worth a cent and who would buy it on the JSE when its trading for a fifth of a cent on the LSE ? The exchange rate is as follows ...0.00012GBP = 0.00214674 ZAR
So for every 5 shares you get on the LSE you get 1 on the JSE at the same price.
Hi Bobby...trust me..thats the way it works...I hold over 90 million on the JSE...bought most of them at 2c per share....now trading at 1c and Matrix is right.....cant sell them at 1c....there are about 35milion available now on JSE at 1c a share. For the equivalent of R10000 which will buy me 1million on JSE. I get 5million on LSE. I will continue to hold my shares on JSE and will buy more at 1c once the price reaches 0.00050 on LSE which IMO is soon.
RRL, RMP, COOL, SOU, FRR, PREM, CTAG, etc. I could go on...unfortunately not unique.
Hopefully the value of the asset will weigh out here. GLA
Don't forget wealth destroyers KDNC, formerly REM. With surely the most deluded bunch of happy-clappy followers I've ever seen on these boards.
PS: I bought £80 worth a while ago top up and now they're worth £2. I'd be paying £10.00 on a £12 transaction fee just to get rid of them.
Utter pants!
Bobby, may I commend TRP ('Glow in the Dark') as contenders for 'management' that was unbelievably successful at destrying a SP? Takes some beating .....
we moved down today 6% on about £600 worth of sells......just WOW ! lucky Im stupid and thick-skinned ;). Call me a dreamer, but Im just looking at the asset and thinking : Even if it doesnt go to mine, even if Laurence accidentally falls into one of his own drilling holes.....the asset will be worth a lot more than the current share price, especially once some grown adults with a basic understanding of how to run a mining exploration company and issue RNS's (as opposed to pointles blog feeds) takes over......This share is so oversold its almost crypto/ Dim Coin territory ;). almost ALL of the value here is upside...one hopes !
There are no positives, Oiltap. 1,000,000 shares are worth about 50p ;-) What possible recovery play is there now? This is finished. no amount of positivity is going to change that.
Why should we care at this stage what the share price is....LR is on record as saying it bears no reflection whatsover to the value of the Toral asset... obviously many on this forum disagree with his view....myself included. I am also sure DB will not tolerate this view as they actively look for asset growth for their investment. I initially got involved with EUZ thinking they would sell off the asset and I would make money and disappear from this BB. How things have changed....My belief now is EUZ would cease to exist without Toral and the BOD of EUZ have realized this....so IMO they are persuing to actively mine and will have a stake in it somehow. Hopefully with a different BOD and CEO. But this SP has to be driven up somehow so as when we need more money we do not get diluted to the extent we have previously. This is tantamount to printing bank notes and is not an economically viable solution and the sooner LR and his cronies realise this....the better for all of us.
