meanwhile i belong to some other less poisonous forums which compared to this chat are truly civilised, its great to visit them and i am only here because of my investment which ids the largest in my portfolios, in fact i have more green boxes here than anything else, its more relaxing.
cody its only ramping allowed!
Exactly Ian - that proposal came with a number of conditions and this is why its taking so long. Those conditions probably can't be talked about in too much detail because there is always a chance that something not anticipated pops up which then needs to be dealt with if a course correct is needed. All frustrating but - activity is happening in the background if you know where to look and interpret what you find. I wouldn't be surprised if the buyer has also asked to keep as much detail out of the public eye as possible - why let competitors know what you are getting.
Seems a better platform, They state no ramping or deramping or your out of there, Jesus that would leave about 4 people if done that on here.
This most recent find,is very encouraging,it shows Eua are putting everything in place, just as it should be. I like down to the bones analogy,we are selling a house, and can provide planning permission to make it 7 times bigger, and we own the license for some of the surrounding area’s,so no one can come and spoil the view.
This bit caught my eye.
Geophysical surveys of wells at TPI - 47.69, thousand meters Year of works: 2023
We allready have 48,000 m of data as per 18/8/20 rns.
Can’t wait to see this play out,I’d also like to find out exactly what role absolute precision play in this.
There is no mention of any JV assets Panino.C, that link is of the MT flanks exploration permit.
GLA
No it does not mean no sale until 2024 !. Jeeeeez
It's basically pre planning by the buyer and putting things into place so they're ready to roll and saves having to do it later down the line.
IMO, anyone bundling the JV into the pre-existing assets is very far off the mark.
JV is very much future state of EUA, pre-existing proven and developed assets are going to be disposed of and highly likely to be concluded within the month.
GLA
Thanks for explaining Mac.
No WandGrabitt, read what i translated and dropped here, specifically this bit -
"Works using magnetic prospecting methods - areal - 1, sq. Km. Year of works: 2023
Works using electrical exploration methods - areal - 1, sq. Km. Year of works: 2023"
It's very specific and targeted exploration, something the buyer would want in place to suit their own personal expansion plan into the flanks from the original open pit areas at Nittis and Loipishnune. It will take 2 years to build the pits and plant there, they'll get that producing and role straight into targeting the next open pits. They've clearly looked at all the current data provided vis due diligence and decided where they want the next open pits to be.
GLA
Think of this as you selling your house but throwing in approved planning permission for a 'massive' extension.
Does this mean that we won't get a resource update for the flanks at MT? I had hoped that this would be confirmed before a sale as 15moz v 2moz is a huge difference.
So we are still ages away from a sale? More exploring?
Nope credit The telegram group!
Credit Nitrokev BTW
Think logically, it's 2021, 2 year build time for first open pits and production plant, then straight into detailed exploration of flanks.
GLA
No, implying that the buyer has the already in place mining plan ready to go for the first open pits there, and clockwork further exploration and expansion provided via that exploration permit. If you read the detail of the exploration to be put in place it gives quite a few good clues away as to what the buyer has requested to be in place before hand over imho.
GLA
Implying what.. no asset sale till 2024?
Flanks exploration, the map misses out the already in place open pit areas for West Nittis and Loipishnune, it's a very good find.
GLA
I would presume that this is something the buyer wants in place prior to the deal being finalised. Eurasia, Rosgeo and even NN have exploration data on the area, but, if a buyer is paying billions then they'll also want to do their own work for targeting the lower level resource deposits -
"Date of issue: 08/20/2020; Objectives: for geological exploration, including prospecting and evaluation of mineral deposits; Subsoil user: Closed Joint Stock Company Terskaya Mining Company;"
Ducks lined up if you ask me.
GLA
Absolutely brilliant research , that map really is an absolute monster.
Many thanks.

Share price says no change so it’s got to be speculative at best.

Date of expert opinion 15.07.2021
There are 2 dates on the form, 20/8/20 which was when the flanks area was secured and 15/7/21.
As the BOD said we applied for an exploration project in the flanks in April then is this second date approval of it.
