Thought everyone was talking about a 45p takeover the other day.
moving on buys now as opposed to sells
13 p paid
That was at 9p the share hit 15p you lost out on a 50% increase who's chatting it you idiot
based upon the share price being down 9% - apparently yes because it won't be happening anytime soon
everyone forgetting that European logistics company that wants entry to the UK?
Reduced fuel costs - actually no - all haulage contracts have fuel mechanisims that move up and down with the price of diesel, the exception being spot quote work which makes up less than 5% of the haulage ESL does - so if fuel goes up they are protected and the same if fuel goers down
Faze only one chatting is you pal..
Gave me a grilling for saying proceed with caution.. Never bad mouthed company, gentle word of caution. You know best hey..
Agree Truthfactory - it was very charitable for DBAY to state they would allow private shareholders to share in the ESL growth journey by considering an equity raise by end of May - code for we have put in what we can to safeguard our position and put the PIK in to suck the value out - now would you put some cash in so we can dilute you.

No dividends now releases approximately 24 million per annum. That should help. Along with the injection of cash, reduced fuel costs, increased revenue and increases in efficiency.

Following a torrid period, Eddie Stobart’s investors will be hoping for a steady, improving performance going forward.
That is certainly what management are aiming for. But can they convince their beleaguered investors to stick around to witness it?
