You sell at 1.5p on Tuesday if you want. I'll wave to you as we leave the station. 5p year end.
Who is selling at 1.5? Its a short term forward prediction is all, not my exit.
Ah, that explains it. No worries. :)
I don’t have PHE shares, they’re on my watch list. I’ve got mostly EQT and a few others.
Also, apologies for trolling you @Senza, there was a user with a similar username was a ramper over at PHE who constantly shared links to his twitter charts and was part of a pump and dump crew hence I had a look at your posting history! It's all good, it was not you!
If you are a shareholder in PHE, please next time that someone over there makes the statement that they know of no other companies who can convert tyres into energy, please ask them to Google "eqtec tyres". The closest company on Aim in the same business and they couldn't even Google this to check. Anyway good luck.
I think I've got the definition of free float wrong.
However I see on the powerhouse energy website they show significant share holders as Hargreaves landsdown and interactive investor nominee accounts. Surely these are the brokers who hold shares for private investors, in their isas, sipps and trading accounts. The white family hold 24.67%. They appear to be the only significant shareholders. Compare this to eqtec and we have altair at 20% and Premier milton at over 5%. I guess this puts eqt and phe at the same freefloat as per aim definition (over 3% shareholder)
When comparing eqtec vs powerhouse it is clear that directors at PHE hold 1%, directors at eqtec hold 3%, although this situation at eqtec is more recent as technical director Yoel Mendez exchanged his intellectual property rights on gasifier technology over to eqtec in exchange for a large number of shares during the last placing.
It is also interesting to note the number of private funds holding eqtec compared to powerhouse. This can be seen on the ft.com website. Anyway thats the background behind my earlier statement, more funds and larger director holding by eqtec to my mind gives them the edge when we consider how many shares are in the hands of institutions/long term holders.
@aandi
Yes, regarding my effort re free-float, I was pointed in the right direction by someone on the PHE board. I’m sure you’re right, also.
Senza, could you post a screenshot of said chart please?!
Hi Senza. I see you posted about eqtec free float previously I think it is a lot less than 77%
https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/EQTEC-PLC-15311783/financials
https://markets.ft.com/data/equities/tearsheet/profile?s=EQT:LSE
Institutions hold about 21%. The largest holder Altair with 20% is missing from this list.
https://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/shares/share/EQT/director-deals
Directors hold about 3.2%
Total 44% so free float more like 56%.
When? That really is guess work.
The last rerate took about 8 weeks so, hypothetically, if the next rerate was to start in the next couple of weeks - then hopefully within 8 weeks of that. But it is a guesstimate and is totally dependent on DP getting some large deals across the line.
When do you see that by Senza?
My chart says probably 10p @ the 3.618 mark. So I'll go with that. Just off out to look for a new house. ;)
Apart from the fact we've had buys at 3.17p with a fraction of the pipeline we have now. We also now have more closed projects, more projects to imminently close, more partners, a better team, more cash and we're now in a market ripe with funding for businesses of this kind.
You sell at 1.5p on Tuesday if you want. I'll wave to you as we leave the station. 5p year end.
I think that to be at a price of 1.5p would be reasonable to hope for. Anything higher would most likely come about from a reverse stock split. I don't mean to rain on your parade but there is an awful lot of shares out there and precious little earnings so far.
0.5
We are back on track!!!
0.7 :(
Good response to my last comment CB, you may not be as balanced in your raised concerns as you feel you are, I think quite often over negative. But I would say that I'm half full geezer.
Tot ziens
I went in low and made around 85% profit in under 4 weeks and got out. Purely a financial decision. I think EQ ****es all over PH and wouldn’t even go in there long term
But you bought in there recently after deramping CB, so are you now saying you don't trust your own rcemt investment there?
That was a sarcastic comment to the prat’s on PHE that ramp every time they sniff a bit of green!
CB10's post on the 10 Sep. on the other board: "We’re going to the moooon!"
Balanced? Thought provoking? or meaningless ?
I’m not worried. You win some you lose some. But I am frustrated. And I’m not alone.
I might be a pain in the back side but what I do create on this group is thought provoking debate and discussion. If I didn’t all we would hear is the likes of Reg and Andiii selling us jam tomorrow. Im not deramping I’m offering a balanced view from the rampers (hello again reg and andii).
I continue to have faith in DP but the clock is ticking. Not because I’m impatient. Because he promised deal after deal and profitability in 2021 and so far he’s not delivered on anything significant.
Appreciate your Response from my cheeky post CB.. I'm a half full kind, you appear to be the kind that gets over excited and then overly worried, we are who we are and we're all here together.
Ttta I think your spidey senses are tingling for a good reason and I take you back to Villas St Ledgers day posts. The summer is over and the next financial phase has begun and very soon COP26 and Eqtecs further financial closures are due...
We've all lasted this long and most of us turned a profit into a loss as we've increased our stakes in the down trend, now here we are ready AND WAITING granted for the uptrend...
I'm excited not worried I guess CB your more worried than excited, different stance but we stand together regardless.
Ciau dudes
Ciau dudes..... In
Yes, the little dip below 1.20 felt a bit like the failed test of how far down they could go. Nice attempt because some PIs have certainly withdrawn money here and moved it into the rise of EUA and PHE a few days ago.
Nasty little MMs :-)
But,... listen ... One can hear it crackle ... RNS-pregnant air.... Hehe.
Just joking. Hope for some teaser RNS before the iterims. Hard to stand another two weeks without news.
Oh yeah I feel Like a right twat now that everyone has given their projections (and the SP still sits firm at 1.2p).
I'm probably wrong, but I've a funny feeling we've just seen the end of the downtrend. It's been said before, but my spidey senses are tingling just now...
