Yep there or thereabouts
If this is as low as 40% , surely it won't take long to move if volume stays the same?
Arthur if the placees were gunna flip they would have done by now. I could sell my entire holding in one lump every day last week @ 2.8p. That's a 40% mark up on the placing. Why aren't they flipping? Time will tell. Look forward to further balanced debates over the comings weeks. 40% odd free float.
No one said anything on a 100 bagger. Just links to inland homes which are solid and not made up. And actual hints to an investments which are in the rns and on the website. Not making shit up are we
Probably the sort that trashed MCC at 2p then went very quiet lol. Each to their own.
3 long posts on why you think this share is shit. Fair play for spending that much time on a stock you're ot holding.
Arthur why would BOD put 100k in of their own money if it were **** ? Not a Peter house client btw and bought open market fwiw :)
Dominic White, CEO of Energiser, said: "since the summer, we have re-enforced Energiser's balance sheet by converting a loan into an equity stake; this Placing will further add to the company's strength. We continue to recognise an under-supply in residential property markets in major UK cities, in particular the fast growing demand for short and medium term stay residential units. "
Continues to build. Hopefully a strong blue day to finish the week.
ive helped myself to some Energiser this morning.......I have a feeling these may be ok Prescience

Dominic white has 30 years experience, that's not 30 years of city experience, he has 30 years experience at the top level of property and fund management. He was the founder of a $2.5b Italian portfolio. He also was a director at Hendersons who are spoken about in the same sentence as JP Morgan. This is a big big play and I'm proper chuffed to be involved at the bottom. DYOR as its you that presses BUY not me :)
another solid day with strong buying into close and 2 days of intraday reversals. Its all lining up.
...starting to pick up. Only 1 sell all day.
Today there has been 9 trades so far, 8 buys totalling 615,544 and 1 sell for 24,000... and yet we are down 4.35%. Go figure!
and leave the shares tucked away for 5 years is my plan. At the current price, I think we'll see 100% in a matter of weeks given the low mcap, low freefloat, safe sector, super BOD, and current lack of PI awareness.
Chunky 300k buy along with a few more buys. Let's hope this gets things moving.
