When folk realise what we have here and what Angus Forest has up his sleeve they’ll be paying 2-3p no doubt. Getting in before it’s on everyone’s radar is the key to making money.
My target 2p.Rumour of Take over.Long way to go.Dyor
Read the RNS from 3/6
Do they have a website? Who are the other directors (little faith in forrest)? What's their strategy? Do they have any investees yet? Where's the info? tks
Nice TR1 RNS. Buyers moving in now.
Have added further at .55 and under, and now time to sit back and let it play out - if it goes the way I think, genuine 10 bag opportunity from the placing price given time from such a low MC starting point. Angus confident to take a big wedge at .6p average
added a few more - this is the same guy who started TERN and that 10 bagged
be interesting to see what the DRUM project is
I've been invested in this for 3 or 4 years (because I'm a shareholder in Inland Homes, the business that the 3 directors of Energiser were running). I'm going to stay in to see what happens but curious to know more about people's thoughts on this and Drumz plc etc etc. Thanks for your kind initial thoughts DJP. :)
Having bought on market straight after the recent change in strategy and placing RNS, I’m really excited for this one.
It’s plays like this that I love, very thinly traded, tiny Market cap, all time lows, roughly 50% of shares held by current directors that are supportive of the changes, incoming CEO Angus Forrest has a decent history, and is confident to take 10%+ of the enlarged shares after GM with 25m £150k worth, some at placing price and some at 1p.
I remember one of he’s last companies IMTK doing me almost 200% when it went from 4p to 12p or so, and this in my opinion will do the same whether it’s before or after the GM.
I’ve took an initial position but will happily add further if it dips back far enough as I think we could see a very decent move coming here
Park a few quid and forget about it. Could go well imo
This is going to get interesting by next month - new shares issued on 1 July, following which this is back to being a technology investment company, with cash and quoted assets worth the share price. Could be another AAA!
What’s happened here?
back in 2008 they subdivided the shares into 1 share and 199 deferred shares. This was because nominal value applied to the stock was 20p and the stock price was 0.625p -meaning they could only raise capital at 20p or more. By subdividing they reduced the nominal figure to a level that they could raise equity at, that being 0.1p.
They then changed the name to energiser - any holding you had, should now be energiser shares. Whilst the number of shares you hold will be less, the overall exposure should be the same.

Hi,
I was invested in Billam Plc many years ago prior to them re-naming to Energiser Investments. I had a relatively small holding but am trying to find out if shares in Billam Plc were transferred to the new company, and if so does anyone know what ratio was used e.g. 10 Billam shares = 1 Energiser share?
Many thanks for any information given.
Check out the RNS in KCR where ENGI has a major stake holding . Great time to load up imo.
movement?
Odd as only a year ago s.p was three times what it is today
Hi everyone Can anyone cast any light as to why it's risen in recent days? (I bought at 1.75p last year; I've been invested in Inland Homes for 3 years and I like the guys behind Inland, ergo decided to invest in ENGI). Not that you're that interested in why but thought I'd tell you!
Anyone know what is up, 25% drop on no news? Should be getting an update on investment of our cash pile?
RNS: Energiser Investments plc is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcement of 24 October 2017, sale of the 20 residential units at Wellingborough Northamptonshire has legally completed at the agreed price of GBP 2,800,000. Net of associated bank debt this has returned approximately GBP1,500,000 of cash to Energiser. The funds received from the sale will be used to strengthen Energiser's balance sheet in preparation for the next investment.
Why would you want to make a market in a 2m company?
A mere 28% spread. Should not be allowed. Pastard MMs
Must be getting tempting now. Good movement on same volume
Just need the ask to drop and reduce spread and this is looking mega tempting!!
Read full article on **********. Energiser will invest up to £0.6m to launch the platform and open the first facility. The objective is to grow a network of more than 20 facilities in the next three to five years. Performing some back of the envelope maths, if Energiser do manage to open 20 micro self storage units, with an average rental space of 15,000 square feet, at average occupancy level of 75% and rates at around £30 peer square foot. This is the figures you get: 15,000 square feet x 75% occupancy = 11,250 square feet. 11,250 x 20 storage units = 225,000 square feet of occupied space. 225,000 = £30 per square foot rental = £6,750,000 revenue per annum. At 50% EDITDA margin = £3,375,000. If you put this on a price earning ratio of 10 = £33,750,000. From where Engergiser is valued today, £2.32m, if they achieve the minimum of 20 micro self storge units, you could reasonably argue that, this could be a 10 bagger investment.
