A good buying opportunity eh
Oh dear.
INL were one of 2 strategic Asian investors. Its easy to say rats and sinking ship. I suppose its more likely its something more complex - as CLNs and debt is passed about and everything is getting restructured in complex deal that will obviously be of great benefit to shareholders.
While its easy to laugh at the Pepsi connection the company is pivoting more to the US so while m007j would probably fall off his chair if it happens I wouldn't rule out a new American partner. Granted the company is ever so fragile looking but the amounts necessary to prop it up are just not very big.
If anyone can spin this as a positive development it is davethechef. Come on dave, tell us why we should view this resignation as positive? Maybe it clears space on the board for Indra Nooyi (CEO of Pepsico 2006 to 2018) to join as a non executive director?
He could've simply just got another job. It happens.
Not correct. I am a former director of two blue chip companies.
"Unusual for such news to be in an rns" No it isn't, the company has to inform the market if a Director leaves the company.
He was the representative for inl investments who had invested in the company . As you know if you make a large strategic investment in a company you normally earn/are offered a seat on the board . Will be interesting to see the next piece of news regarding inl. If they ever release it .
Not sure how this can be seen as good news.
Something seriously awry if Director is leaving after only 6 months.
Can Burt work with anyone ? Only appointed in September , and left just over six months later . Unusual for such news to be in an rns. I wonder if it means the China agreement has issues/ ended and yet again the company has not briefed on the really important subject , for example last years stopping of production .
Not just Bed and ISA trades? Good opportunity to get shares into an ISA at the start of the tax year and take advantage of low price
Looks to me like some ' mate rate ' transfer of shares. One would not be able to sell roughly 4 mill of shares at 0.50p. And there's a number of those, with a couple listed as cancelled I believe but not too clear. One suspects news may be imminent. BWTFDIK!!!
Big sell by the looks of it?
It’s surprising how many posters comment about this being an AIM share. Do some basic research and you’ll realise it’s on the main market. It doesn’t surprise me that there’s little volume at the moment. I know a lot of investors, representing a fairly significant proportion of shares not held by management or institutions, are sitting tight for the long term, myself included
Judging by the current malaise and almost non existent volume - less than half a dozen trades a day - I don't think anyone is expecting very much from the next RNS, whether it be regarding funding or sales news. This is another AIM catastrophe. As someone else on another AIM stock posted today Premiership products with Sunday League management.
Ha! Well it certainly feels like 4 yrs. I do know my first purchases were north of 10p though. More fool me. My point is the same though. Burt needs to prove sales are growing.
Thanks Buddsodd
Yes its just a small percentage of my pf.
Once they secure funding the buys will flood in.
If they don't secure funding then that's a major drag.
Such...is....life.
Roger65, get your basics right atleast!?! You can't have been invested here four years, it hasn't been listed, even three years! Doh..lol!!! June 2021 it became East Imperial.

Sales figures. All the new placements are very nice but it's sales figures that really count. In fact that's all that matters here in the short/near term. If those are bad then it's going to get even uglier here and highly likely to go bust.
Personally hoping someone somewhere will see it's a good range of products and take it off Burt's mitts for a few £m. £6 to be exact would make up all my losses here after four years of being invested. Flipping hopeless management and CEO.
If you're in here then bad luck. I hope your suffering will be at an end before long.

I wouldn't be ashamed, unless its a high percentage of your portfolio. Mine is currently less than 1%. Investing in companies that are not cash flow positive will always be speculative, so as long as you're aware of that, your position is small, and you can handle the volatility from the illiquidity, then it is one to leave for the long-term and see what happens.
And another...

Groundhog day. or an acid trip.
pretty sure we've been here before m007j.
if it wasn't you it was someone else.
We get these long empty drifts and then someone tells us EISB is going to go bust. this must be the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. been here before. and before. still this time the US distribution - if you believe the X's (tweets) - the US distribution is not bad. don't know if its enough to keep them going. i'm so tempted to buy a few shares - i did actually buy a few shares the other day but i'm ashamed to admit it because it feels like such a stupid move.
