5+years! Ye gods it has taken you ALL this time to understand this share?LOL. Where have you been?
You say `a considerable investment`.....it just shows your mentality to leave it for 5+years.lol
Never mind,go back to your pokemon and have fun..ff
I have been here for 5+ years, had great hopes once.
If they would still be on AIM I would have sold by now. Just decided the cost to sell on ASX or change broker to reduce it just isn't worth my time. The return from a once considerable investment is laughable pocket pennies, so instead I decided to let this sh*t rot away, which it does just nicely. A bit slower than I though it would though. Expect a delist by now.
Right, pop your red nose back on, the kids are waiting. Your big entry, for once.
Ha,I see an egotistic Englander! You have been in this share for over 3 years and STILL in?LOL you call me
a `clown`?LOL Have a look in the mirror and see a right IDIOT!LOL

gday filbert
Thanks for the link.
Are you invested in DOR?
fishfaced comes a little late to this party, but at least the clown has arrived.
We could have provided this info to you about 3 years ago - free of charge!
gday filbert
we're all on walkabout here. With luck will all be found for pantomime season!
gday from oz
you guys might be interested what eric had to say today towards the end of the interview, you can see it on buru's website or hotcopper
cheers

Since it is hard to find this board I am guessing anyone still here is considerably down already and needs no introduction to leni investments which may occasionally go up on their down ward trajectory!
HI.You should ALL know about DL. BE CAREFUL! ff
because butler sands is the primary target and the one they are talking about planning for - cos 16%
have you asked yourself why with limited cash they are going for the low probability one? could it be as a life style company they can then say butler was a duster but we have indications that BCGS has a formation. but we need to do more tests...yada yada....prolong the jam?
i would have thought if you really want to hit BCGS - you wouldnt drill where they are planning but the other side of the permit.
why so shy on your holdings?
Highlights
Optimal drilling location determined to intersect:
• 220m of prognosed good quality Butler Sands is the Primary Target;
• Secondary Target of over 1,700m of the BCGS Laurel Formation;
• Butler prospect Chance of Success (CoS) 16% and the BCGS at 77% CoS
WHY don't you ever mention the 77% CoS. Wait i know!!
so the experts say COS of 16% but squidgy says it should be commercial.....lol
out of interest ex - how much do you have invested in DOR? are you up or down and by how much?
squidgy on Buru BB...
''It can be very significant but the first well on a new play always springs a few surprises so any reservoir that flows gas conventionally should be commercial''.
he goes on...
''Clearly if the prospect works (conventional and commercial) it would be the reticulation hub/catalyst for gas/liquids development since it is near the Gibb River Road.
Simplistically - Wattle is in area 2 (flood overbank), downdip East Yedda is area 7 (distal silts and shales) while Butler is mapped to be in area 4 (tidal sorted delta mouth) or 'be still my beating heart' area 6 (the ball bearings of a barrier bar)''.

from cujo Buru BB
''You need to remember BRU already gave away more billions when they gave Mitsubishi Asgard and Valhalla in exchange for in the end has become a marginal oil field.
If I were them I would shoot a bit of 3D over Butler first''.
from CEOChair Buru bb
''DOR market cap is £3.77m or about A$6.89m. BRU should just buy them out of the petty cash jar. It’s a couple of boats of luvly oil''
No thanks!!
aren't we listed on ASX as a producer? I thought leni has been going on about being " an operator"?
if our business plan is to explore assets /prove them up and sell them - and make money that way - we haven't done so well selling off our percentages so far - selling them so cheaply.
Brilliant? really? look at the trajectory of market capital of the company...is that really what you call a success?
you'll never learn!!! An exploration company does not have to get anything to 'Production'
IT drills and proves the idea. If it's the largest onshore gas field the Aussies have seen then they are able to sell it. It's very simple IMO
They can sell the readily convertible assets to fund exploration drilling. I think it's nothing short of brilliant!
cash as per accounts is a requirement for boring accountants ! as you know
see list of assets
Read again Buru report. Are you saying they are only saying what DL wants to hear!!!! They have their own shareholders. Buru Energy’s Executive Chairman, Eric Streitberg, commented on the results of the ERCE review report:
“The Butler Sand prospect is a unique and extremely attractive play. The Butler area appears to have a very different
Laurel Formation depositional history to other areas of the basin, with potential to have much coarser grained sediments
and hence more porous and permeable reservoirs than elsewhere along the Lennard Shelf margin of the Fitzroy Trough.
We are VERY EXCITED to have IDENTIFIED A PLAY that we have been CHASING in the Canning for some years and to now have
a chance to get it TESTED, and will work closely with Doriemus to help them achieve their objective of getting the well drilled
this year.

''if proven could unlock one of the largest onshore gas fields in Australia''
which brings me to my original question - how is leni going to fund it? what are his plans? is there a roadmap he would like to share with investors? because he is running out of investors like yourself that seem to have blind faith in everything he does. I suspect down under the convicts will want more than the promise of jam - if the reaction to the farm in has been anything to go on.
I believe he is going to need a good sell on this to overcome his reputation of someone who just has a long list of failed companies.
"If your bank account is low that has no bearing whatsoever on your decision to sell another asset" - REALLY???
You sell your car if you have no money in the bank ..or .......you sell your kimmeridge shares if you have no money
you say i go in circles - I have already stated numerous times that I do not believe at this moment in time we have enough cash or assets we can sell to get cash - to get this to production. In fact if it is like the kimmeridge where we had tests to decide if we wanted more tests to decide if we ..etc etc. I am not sure we will even get near that point
As for facts - what are the facts? There could possibly be JAM - read the experts reports - there is no definite fact that it is there or is commercially extractable. In fact The chance of success is only at 16%
here we go again
assets that have a ready market will be the source of the cash needed.
Just as if you sell your car or house you get cash for them
If your bank account is low that has no bearing whatsoever on your decision to sell another asset
You like going round in circles it seems. OK let's try this angle. Does Dor have or not have assets that can or could be sold to raise cash????
Namely
129m UKOG
8m ANGS
10% Brockham
5% IOW
4% of HHDL (they already sold 6% to UKOG very very easily fro the 129m UKOG shares- remember that??)
Honestly i think it obtuse you still like to deny the facts
3tcf is in the Butler. It's exciting not because it's jam but because the porosity of the sand means it could be extracted to result in the biggest onshore gas field in Aus
ex - we have already discussed how much cash was available as per DOR's last accounts. It is not nearly enough. If you have proof of any additional cash - and i mean cash - please do share. otherwise we will have to believe the official accounts as signed off.
yes it is the most exciting - biggest - jar of jam in the southern hemisphere - I think we all heard that many years ago about the kimmeridge. Look how much that has earnt us so far
if a major agreed - I think they would have made REY an offer previously. REY have been trying to farm it out for a while.
I therefore DO NOT EXPECT A FARM IN ANY TIME SOON.
What I am saying is - that as an explorer with very little cash needs to have a good plan to get it to production otherwise there could be problems later on. That is if it really cares about whether we get to production - and is not using the whole thing as a lifestyle company to pay overinflated wages to its directors who sit on numerous boards just collecting the monthly salaries.
don't agree again that 'we' have established anything of the sort
IMO they have plenty for their outlined mission to drill the exploration well as they have stated in one of potentially the largest onshore gas fields in the whole of Australia. It's really exciting and as i reported from Buru , the Butler porous sands is the play they have all been searching the Canning basin for a couple of years. Why are they excited? IMO because gas (3tcf) trapped in coarse porous sands will likely flow much more easily than all the previous wells they have drilled. That's why they have also said it could be the biggest onshore gas find in Aus.
IF A MAJOR AGREES EXPECT A GOOD FARM IN imo AND SOON
If you are saying that an exploration ever has to have the means to develop a whole field then i strongly disagree with that nonsense
ex - No we don't know how Leni intends to fund it? Since we have already established they do not have enough cash
Will he sell shares in the kimmeridge jam? how much will be needed ? - not just for exploration drill to confirm whether or not there is a commercial discovery but to complete the mission? ? will they in fact have enough money to complete the mission if there is a commercial discovery?
Is he hoping that if he release jam RNS - then he will get enough traction to do a placing ? not on the evidence of this one.
one thing is for sure it is always interesting with DOR!
same here Jim, same here.
Happy to break even and ignore that I wasted money here for 5+y without a penny profit.
Lessons learned. If it says Leni on it, only means losses in it.
i thought we'd already discussed the many funding sources Dor has. Far more than the vast majority of exploration companies.
129m UKOG shares
8m ANGS
10% of Brockham - watch what that could get!
5% IOW
no debt
And one of the most exciting onshore gas prospects in Aus to drill.
I think it is significant fact that by signalling that they are going to drill and have funds, if someone with deeper pockets than Buru (Buru have $20m i think and i think it is their rig we are waiting for after they do their program) want to come in then now is the time. A possible candidate could be Mitsubishi who are already involved in the area and could be very interested in a project as big as Butler could be.
Looks almost a cut and paste from RNS's over the past 5 years on our fantastic UK onshore investments.
Don't get me wrong I would love this to go into orbit then I can get some of my money back. I'm not greedy just some of it back would be great. I'm sure their are many long timers feel the same.
Good luck to all invested here
