your not the only one with a 90% loss
DL resigned from the 147coys which were a legacy from Lhonro.
Grubby conspiracy theorist saying police have been informed, yeah right.
Meretricious nonsense because this country is basically free of corruption.
DOR shows director salary £38k.
on this DL keep two homes and jets around the world.[or he is a multimillionatre taking only relevant expenses]
The Kimmeridge is flowing due to siesmic imaging and fishbone drills.new innovations unknown to earlier oil coys.
The portland -may- be flowing due to seepage from the Kimmeridge--we will see.
140 and counting tankers cannot lie.
rubbish
For the BOD. Salaries secured as new cash coming in.
PI’s please bend over, pull your pants down and get ready for being shafted yet once more. Perhaps this final time we penetrate sideways to make it extra special.
… you've got them now... along with a micro rise!

belgarath- Unfortunately I think you are right - the beginning of the end.
I got into this share on the big announcement of gatwick gusher. I chose dor because of all those saying there would be more traction as it was undervalued relative to ukog. effectively got trapped and with each transition to a worse exchange the hope was going and going. The optimist in me always kept whispering that maybe after all there were billions.
If there are billions we have been shafted...if there arent the shares will be worthless. the usual 5% shuffle to make money for everyone except the shareholders.
australia - is it greenland in disguise.
maybe it would be better if my shares reached zero and I could get closure. as it is i have two holdings which i cant sell and just show 90%+ loss.
Lenigas - if there is karma - I would not want to be you
David Lenigas is consultant to UKOG, exchanging DOR holding for 130m shares at this low price helps both coys.
Total will have to make an offer in the pound[s] range to tempt Stephen Sanderson to even consider selling
Hot Copper is an Aussi BB, there all the arguments pro and anti are aired, but there is no lending of shares, so no ramp/dumping of shares which is destroying AIM as a cradle of new companies.
It should be a straightforward matter to ban lending stocks, but it is profitable to the participants-but ordinary punters buy on a rising SP leading to the spikes [and forced losses] that has soured so many investors .Who are blaming DL for leading them on.
On ASX the sp is static, or glacial, quite why intrigues me
Your view would be appreciated.
The solution, restrict holding to a few thousand, or hold underwater shares muttering at the posters with several thousand post history, WOW!----booooom train departing----or dilution coming, poor management etc.
In your dreams m8!
ff
DL must have know this is what was going to happen when he bought loads of UKOG shares when they were cheap. Very nice for him but I think we have all been well and truly shafted by him. Let hope the money he gets from this is properly invested for us share holders and not wasted on his wages. Disgusted by it all.
there should have been an "ann" in OZ me thinks
nothing showing
dor might be getting a slap from the ASX soon
the ASX sticks to the rules it made.....it is not the AIM
cat
Let’s hope Dor dont sell too quickly then, like Solo did.....
It’s not overly surprising - DOR needed money for this new Australian investment. I guess on the plus side it should mean that there is no further dilution that is going to be coming to pay for the c. 1m Australia dollars that they needed for it.
I have mixed feelings on it - it does seem that the HH development is going places, but then I thought that about Brockham and that has been v disappointing. I guess if Dor had decided to hold on to all investments then with the failure of Brockham and Lindsey to deliver further dilution would have been needed to pay our share.
Also, like it or not we are listed in Aus now and my hope is that when this Aus activity begins there will be more interest from Aus investors - at the moment it’s clear that there are plenty of UK investors who want out (myself included tbh) and not many Aus investors who are interested in wanting in to a potential on other side of planet. This may help deliver this.
Or, as you say, it may just be another disappointmen.
congratulations Dor
to get UKOG shares at this price is great. If UKOG SP doesn't move up it is still enough to pay for both massive Aussie projects and earn 50% ownership and become OPERATOR of these.
If UKOG SP does increase then its a huge deal. UKOG reached 10p before and takeover rumours from another bb exceed that!
Brilliant
the end.
Well we will a e some cash to pay the wages.....not sure where we are going rom here tbh.
UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG), the largest onshore licence acreage holder in the Weald Basin, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding heads of terms with Doriemus Plc ("Doriemus") to acquire a further 6% shareholding in the Company's subsidiary, Horse Hill Developments Limited ("HHDL")
We wish Doriemus well in their planned new ventures in Western Australia."
You keep chucking money at this one baker, the BOD and payroll count on you.
I just sit and wait until - if ever - I break even, cash in, run and go and have a big dump on HH.
baker with all respect I find it very hard to see how you come up with all the stuff you do.
Your deduction that someone who's name is London 74 is Australian seems about accurate as your rampy delusions.
The Sp is where it is because after numerous years we seem no nearer producing the billions that were touted out. the companies have involved have shown themselves to be at best incompetent if not scam artists .
ANGS with permit issues , wrong mud , drill bits , director shares etc etc
Dor with being kicked off AIM and ISDX, the scam of paying a fortune for a tiny percentage of a company who only owns a permit - that shows no sign of ever progressing . A man in charge who has a terrible reputation for pump and dump , dilution and a long history of failed companies who have lost investors a lot of money. etc
why would anyone who has looked at past performance (down 90+ % ) let alone does even a little research get involved without something more concrete
6.4% of UKOG 10% of Brockham, 20% Lidsey.
overall 16% -quite a chunk of a large pie!
London74
So you are Australian- an eyeopener to discover that the same opinions, good and dismal, apply down under.
It is not lack of information that holds the sp at a few measly cents, but a solemn resolve not to invest more until cash is shown in the balance sheet.
Dor has circa 16% of the angus and UKOG profits, which will be a hefty sum when all the water problems are resolved, and all the extra wells are drilled.
At least down under you are free of the ramp/dump pattern that builds false hopes.
Surely you can buy at reasonable rates, or is the spread huge?
Come on lads, concentrate on what matters, and this is that news finally has hit the mainstream with Sanderson`s declaration on BBC forecasting twenty years extraction from Horse Hill, with fat profits from this onshore site-- DOR has 6.4% of this, which with multiple wells planned will be a tidy sum each year,
With Angus just needing remedial work to add to the coffers, surely the 50% operating partnership with Rey on the Aussi gas field drill can financed by bank loans rather than dilution
DL has his flagship company , surely it will be onward and upward from this date forward..
Wow Jimminy Cricket, Yowser and other exclamations of unbridled joy,
Doriemus on ASX cheap to sell [just low price], expensive to buy.
So please explain where you see a single benefit in this? This aims AGAINST new investors as well as current investors.
here is a thought..
What if They knew brockham was going to be a duster - hence the quick move on an aussie asset. to keep the cash cow alive - their wages.
cheap to sell - expensive to buy? not really going to attract investors if you have a massive spread as anyone who buys will be on a large paper loss as soon as they click buy button
The Arreton Isle of Wight site was visited by SS today, DOR is the partner in this 2020 drill.
The Australian gas venture is enormous.
Ukog-HHDL planned test production stretching for years.
Angus-new management gaining acceptance
Doriemus on ASX cheap to sell [just low price], expensive to buy.
Make your choice,
