If the anticipated minimum of 200nr restaurants are added to the platform each month then BigDish will be creating a significant monthly income by December and will start to make a monthly profit.
Board not taking salaries opting for share options
12 territory managers £45k each per annum inc bonus = £45k a month cost
15man tech team £12k each per annum = £15k per month cost
Total monthly wage bill £60k very low overheads when within the next 3 months BigDish will be creating in excess of £160k per month with only 600 restaurants on the platform come February we should hit 1200 restaurants £320k per month while the wage bill remains at £60per month
This isn't going to take long.
When last buying I was struggling to acquire any serious volume buys giving the impression not many shares available to buy.
Doesn't surprise me with London Birmingham Manchester Leeds Edinburgh about to be launched people including the main man Mr Bishop keeping hold of their shares.
In my opinion 9p is if ever a long long way off but you never know what's around the corner with a tech company. I dont think many trust the management at the moment. Lot of people holding these shares at a higher price and probably waiting to sell. Wait and see what the next few month brings.
Ramp to double figures would be nice...
At the 9p high we had around 150 restaurants, if we get to 300 restaurants then we are in a better place than previously so would it still go back to 9p or just overbought?
You mark my words, expect mms to ramp this share price on little volume then burn fingers.
Imo
Well expect a few share placing before it reaches 4000.
Sanj said no chains until first or 2nd quarter next year.
Dont expect next years figurescto be any better
1.8 mil wont last long imo
Wrong sauce
2000 restaurants will not just cover wages it will give a substantial profit to AB and the rest of the shareholders.
4000 restaurants will result in a buyout
AB has said down the line he wants a buyout but he has majority shareholding so only in his interest for sp to rocket as it will be worth millions for him, but no where near this stage need to see scale and volume
Is, wake up
Asia had 450 restaurants now 80
UK had 150 now 102
If it was win win then why are so many dropping off
The company have to figure on how to sign and retain not just sign
Even with 2000 restaurants I can't see Dish even paying the wages.
Someone could come along and offer buy out at 5p or 1p.
All a gamble at this stage.
Of course DYOR
Sanj is experienced and has increased restaurant numbers in the thousands with trip adviser etc
Also why has AB position in the company changed is it so Sanj can take more control?
Said it before, but it gets ignored by those hoping things are going to turn around.
This is a dead duck. The management have no idea about how to run things. They have had years of demonstrating that all they are doing is failing to sign restaurants and failing to keep restaurants.
DYOR they are not demonstrating anything that this might succeed. When they continue through September in the same vain it will be curtains, so get out whilst you can.
And please Angela6622, dont come back to me with I have no understanding of the business and tangible intangible blah blah
You can ramp the company all you want but if they dont come up with a way to retain the restaurants it will be curtains
I wouldn't count your chickens before they are hatched Ronald. This company has been all wind so far. A few hundred restaurants wont make much difference. They haven't been able to sell the Asia business in almost a year now. I can't see many falling over each other to make a bid for the company with pathetic revenue figures. Can still fall further imo
5 restaurants in 2 months for Brighton and the delay of Reading would seem to me they are struggling to sign new restaurants. Losing a third of the restaurants would seem to me they are also struggling to keep them. Can anybody answer my question where the revenue is coming from this year given they only took 3k revenue from 80 restaurants in 15 months. You normally answer my question with go away or you are getting tired of hearing the same question. Seems to me the few existing shareholders do not want to talk about anything else other than what will ramp this share price short term yet they all claim to be long term holders. You all talk like a miracle will happen when they start to sign new restaurants
So going with Asia figures
80 restaurants 3k revenue in 15 months so
160 would be 6k
240...9k
320...12k
400...15k
480...18k
560....21k
640....24k

800...30k

1 directors salary over 100k.....
Beeb aka sauce sold out at approx 3.5p a share and disappeared instantly reappearing as sauce doing his best to de-ramp all the time hoping he could buy back at 2.5p before we reached Septembers HYPERGROWTH
There is now a change in his tone as he has had no option but to buy back at approximately the same level he exited
Everyone on here can see the potential BigDish has in the UK.
2000 restaurants is a total game changer come November shares will be hard to get hold of
6000 restaurants WOW this would generate a turnover in the region of 18-20million per annum (at least)
However I don't think Dish will be allowed to achieve 6000 restaurants before a takeover they can't refuse is put on the table.
For clarity I am Ronald just returned from a 2week holiday
Applesauce is Beep (not hard to figure out)
By the end of October at least 600 restaurants on the platform
Taking a very conservative average of 1x4table plus 3x2table bookings per day = 10 seats filled per day
Again being conservative work on a 6day week = £60 per restaurant per week x 600 restaurants =£36k
BIGDISH are only just starting and in the next 2 months will begin to generate circa of 2million a year, a figure that will rapidly increase as we move into early 2020
It's easy to see the massive potential being a BD holder congratulations to all LTH and to those like myself that have played the share in order to increase my holding substantially to 4.5million shares all held in my ISA and SIPP
good luck to all and roll on September ;-)
Hi JSmith and thanks
I didn't contact them as now we are going live in the likes of London Manchester Birmingham Edinburgh the concept will not need to be changed due to the amount of restaurants competing to fill empty seats
The territory managers will have no problems recruiting restaurants to the platform after September and October anyone wanting in will be kicking themselves and will have to pay above 10p imo
The trial period is now over and it was a great idea to carry this out in small towns like taunton bath basingstoke in order to iron out any potential teething problems another masterstroke conducted by the management team to avoid being shot down on the imminent UK wide roll out
Good luck JSmith and I hope as I am your holding plenty of these in your ISA or SIPP
Regards
Ronald
Ronald welcome back
Remember a few weeks ago we discussed the promotional %, could you kindly contact AB and Sanj and suggest doesn’t have to be. A minimum of 25% and mandatory 50% off etc
Thanks
With the anticipated 200nr restaurants being added to the platform each month
Sign up will be alot easier now we are launching in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, 200 sign ups a month will easily be exceeded
Watch this fly
