Bagzzz, Agree - and the accounting revenue for Q1 2021 already exceeds the full year amount for 2020. So taking that to the year end is £9.2m and rising. So that gives your Kahoot comparison some additional leg up.
When you look at our peers valuations, indeed SAAS valuations generally it's easy to see why many think a £1bn+ Market Cap is possible here.
Our aim is to be a global leader and with the Veative and Lenovo partnerships along with our in demand tech I believe we will be.
The numbers run by Bagz don't include India or the NDA..blimey buy the dips and hold. GLA.
Ignore that last one...one incorrect word.
A few figures, based on Kahoot!
Kahoot - 2020 booked revenues of $45mil
Dev - 2020 booked revenues £2.4 mil or $3.35mil.
Kahoot $45mil divided by Devs $3.35mil leaves a difference of x13.43 in revenues between Kahoot & Dev. I’ve read of two valuations of Kahoot, one at $5.7bil and one at $7bil. Divide the valuations by the x13.43 (difference in revenue multiples) makes company valuations as follows, @
Kahoot @ $5.7bil = Dev @ $424,500,000 (approx) or £304,500,000 (approx) = a sp of 66.77p
Kahoot @ $7bil = Dev @ $521,200,000 (approx) or £374,000,000 (approx) = a sp of 76p
Either way based on some crude calculations, and a little rounding, based on Kahoot valuation, with booked revenue from Dev in 2020, of £2.4mil, we’re still well undervalued. This doesn’t include India, or the new undisclosed innovative and material deal with an NDA! Wow....this is still a buy. BIG TIME!

Looking good for sure. Kahoot are now valued at $5.7 bil on revenues of $45mil, they were valued at $300mil in March 2018....what will Dev be valued at in three years? Exciting times ahead. Onward and upward.
