Hahahahahahahaha
As predicted, just couldn't help himself! What a melt!
Lol you really need to get a life. Apparently been trading Saga, yet you didn't post there. LSE members tend to post on shar s they hold-held-or may invest in. Just saying. As for Debenhams it's still trading but good luck to the hedge funds now owning it - they will need it :-)
That looks parabolic, definitely something wrong there.
Have been keeping an eye on the short levels at Kier and kindly been informing them. 5% a fornight ago, 6% friday, over 7% yesterday. Its now 8% now, should I tell them?
They are such sensitive souls over on that BB, I wouldn't want them getting all upset again?!?!
Oil and gas speculation! People will never learn. I don't even know if I could get a short on UJO, but looks ripe for tomorrow. Keep on sharing
Ha ha, that sketch has stood the test of time!
But ifonly is quite correct, whilst Deb has ceased to be, there is still useful information to be had.
Rolf Midway.... Keep on gambling your shirt. You don't seem to know that you don't know. This is the knew tipping forum Rolf
Please Meta and Ifonly read this as you guys don’t appear to have got the message yet ROFL

Met - not a pep outta them so far lol. I'm sure the rage is building
Oh yes, either demand that we stop posting, threaten to "report" for posting, demand that we explain why we are posting, or even demand that the whole Deb BB gets taken down. Its an almost certaintly (especially as dear Nigel has "filtered" me (ha ha) so can't see this or any other message.), can'y help themselves.
Either way, to pre-empt any of that, I will post wherever I like whenever I like without justifying myself!
Met - I hear ya. There are clear patterns for some, but the truth being they don't know that they even have them. Drawn like a magnet to the riskiest possible share to recoup loses. I'm really just making a point. I'm sure silver or Knigee will be on saying I can't post here again and they will report me for some home truths!
Don't know how long you have been around here ifonly? I trust my nose generally and the ability to read balance sheets.
But there are a few characters (you may have spotted them too?) who pop up on terrible losing shares. I find the more vocal, aggressive and insulting they are, the more the chance that there is a p&d in play and the better chance of a massive tanking!
Its not a perfect science, but has worked for me.
Met - Pearls put me onto it. There's a pattern with the INVESTMENT strategy. Might as well make a couple of bob off it and let the lads find the ones that'll make them millions!
Kie, an absolute dead cert. All the rampers out in force there, pumping away.
Zero equity in the next12 months.....
Ah Pearly u little diamond, out at 123
Shorted KIE too at 133... Thanks for this one too. You really luv these basket case gambles
Pearls thanks for the SAGA tip, it's done really well for me and I made a killing today
6 Proposed Exit Routes
6.1 The most likely exit route for the Administration of the Company is by filing a notice of dissolution with the Registrar of Companies. The Company will then automatically be dissolved by the Registrar of Companies three months after the notice is registered, if no alternative action is taken.
- 3 months.
It would be good to get some sort of an update, although I fear we may have a considerable wait. There's no way the administrators are going to easily admit that things were not fully kosher here.
I certainly hope that MA is relentless
"can someone please explain the current bond price?"
It's up from April, but it's an Inherently ill company that was close to death. I would have thought that was obvious from all the terrible figures over the last 12 months. The post-Admin comments from the Board and everything else.
You are expecting the Bond price to recover like Lazarus? Think again, this a was a dead man walking.
You may not recognize it, but markets did, landlords and the vast majority of the creditiors.
With time the pre-pack will be seen for the pyrrhic victory that it was.
As an aside, on the basis that the refinancing create a firm footing for the companies future, can someone please explain the current bond price?
Hi Kingelx, have you received your funds yet? I sold out before D-day but still waiting for cash. According to the latest report , all pending trades shoud have settled :
Joint Administrators’ Proposals (28 May 2019)
3.16 The Joint Administrators have liaised with the share registrars and taken the necessary steps to ensure that all company trades have settled
Creditors and shareholders ( page 20 ) : Liaising with share registrar in relation to pending trades, unclaimed dividends and protection of records
I contacted fti consulting regarding this matter but haven't heard from them yet. Any hope ?
My own actions? I traded the share and sold out before D-day ok? Rather than the childish constant digs (why?) perhaps the focus s/b on the directors who doubled the debt, said the company was a going concern in the last AR and delisted the share to stop MA causing fiction as the largest shareholder rather than attack shareholders who traded a £1.8 billion pa turnover company and called it wrong. Jezz you keep attacking the wrong people - it's as if the directors/lenders are posting here!!!
