Sorry for typos.
That’s not true at all aabout shareholders.
Many would like to double abdolutely. But the sensible ones amongst us do not expect that at all. Just the naive or lucky.
A proportion of investors.
And I am not blaming directors . Other people might. Not my business. I thing they could intervene if they chose and maybe could help. Blame? Nope.
Risk-free high returns is La La Land.
No investment is risk -free. High returns? Maybe. Usually not in a hurry . Occasionally but just as likely not.
I don’t think people are being unjust here at all.
I certainly don’t think I am.
I look at the market and hopefully reality . Try to.
I try not to blame unjustly. But will admit I do absolutely believe a company has duty to all stakeholders. That invludes shareholders.
Everyone wants to jump on a little pharma like 4D and jump off having doubled their money.
People want risk free high returns and then start blaming the board when their trade didn't work out.
They have probably invested with very long term in mind.
They may not be concerned.
They have a dity to shareholders but most companies don’t support their shareholders well or at all. I am in Ncyt!
Also in an oilie. CEO just safly died. A good man. But he was not interested in the common investor either. Too often we are cannon fodder or cash cows. Very important to not expect to be catered for.
Worth remembering that directors have put a lot in though. Many don’t.
The board must be thinking gosh we have invested so much of our own money in this Company at £1.10p. They are well aware of the SP continued decline so you would think that they are yes well peed off but also actively designing a strategy to get us from here.
Go on all you like about MM's, Manipulation, Auto-Control BOT's ... whatever
We need some positive news about what we have all invested in then, all the above will vanish
If there isn't any positive news then I'm in for a huge loss
Give the market some news
It's like a Haiku but longer.
Mm’s wanting shares via capitulation through investor sentiment.
Or shorters at play.
Or result of seller.
BOD not bothered for some reason.
Hard to know . Just worth remembering this is a recent phenomenon and company is funded until end 2022 by Ocford who have been offered share options at 85p
Tightly auto-controlled.
This will be a while to recover IMO.
Too controlled. They do not like the private investor holding shares.
This may go lower as it is a puppet share.
I would suggest just leaving it to play out. Selling is giving away.
Each to their own.
