that was me, having to buy in batches as cannot buy in bulk!
Buyers need to go away I need a few sellers.
£5k of buys in last three minutes (three trades). Sellers dried up. Looking ready for a lick up :)
yes, just fixed it, apologies, mate
my last post about Directors Holdings for DDD was to be as follows, in total about 10.5Million shares are held with Directors of DDD, which added to the 80Million shares held by Institutional Investors and grater than 3% Holders of shares (80Million), leaves just 54 Million shares available to the market, see below: Hans Snook 4,056,652 £162,266 Chris Yewdall 2,681,808 £107,272 Nicholas O Brigstocke 2,007,045 £80,282 Sanji Arisawa 1,989,200 £79,568 Warren Littlefield 515,000 £20,600 Paul Kristensen 455,204 £18,208 Victoria Stull 126,000 £5,040
Ha ha you copied and pasted the wrong post mate.
ACTA has been all buys for over a week....pretty much ZERO sellers. We all know that orders are in final negotiation stages, hence it would be silly to miss the RNS.... As we know, only 65M shares on market, hence we fly high very quickly..... This week will be very good, I expect to break 8p...and with RNS, who knows...
Agreed, if they are day traders, then they just gave up chunk of cash to the MM's.....clearly they have not done their research if selling at these levels....
Taking the quick way out the back door before the fun even starts. Keep it coming down boys it will be greeted with more buys.
45k buy just in at 5.31
this is my personal experience with DDD: I owned DDD a couple of years ago, bought in at 24p.....lost enough cash to buy a decent German car on this stock, so this is not an attachment issue for that motivates me to investing DDD.....I sold out last year to at least salavage tax loss..... That said, DDD never disappeared from my radar as I believed in its Management Team and that they had the experience to successfully change course..... I was very surprised to see the SP drop to less than half levels that Insiders were buying, hence started buying back shares late Feb as 5M market is undervalued in the extreme for a company with no debt, just under £2Million cash on balance sheet at year end and £2.3M in recurring loyalty revenues which as we know will is a 50% increase on last years's revenue.. Further, I believe revenues will increase materially with shift to Tablet and Smartphone market... In summary, a Market Cap of 2x sales, no debt and now well positioned in rapidly growing market....DDD presents great investment opportunity at current levels!!!! IMHO....
for those new to DDD, see Bloomberg 3 year chart below: http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/DDD:LN/chart
Getting no sells so they have resorted to increasing spread and lowering bid........mms are jokers

many of you may know of Hans Snook, founder of Orange Telecom and one richest guys in UK, you will also be aware that Hans is non-executive Director of DDD and you will see from below that he holds over 4M shares of DDD: http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?personId=1200696&ticker=DDD:LN&previousCapId=96081&previousTitle=NIC%20INC
Had my limit buy matched just after markets opened for 222,222 @ 4.5p for £10k, but showing as a sell on LSE trades. Hope to pick up more later.
Results just as the buying slows down then another rise if results are good which looks to be the case....happy days
BOOOOM!!!!!
