Ty for the link Troajan, the launch interview seems to confirm my thoughts
Fair assessment Aqua. I get the feeling asset management is one stream of consultancy to services. I think if I was to read between the lines the aggregating of data and providing in an agreeable format could be offered to wider than pure asset managers. The icing for me will be the alluding of profit share through fund management where the Services are deployed. That will be limited by the size of the fund rather than employees. Traction and growth of course determined by staff number capacity, capabilities
and contacts. Interesting market
Florida, as I understand it, this company is evolving from a consultancy to a product solutions company with a suite of AI and Machine learning tools that process internal data owned by individual companies alongside external market based data provided by third parties such as Refinitiv. The key differential as I see it is the machine learning algorithms developed by Insignia along with other non-unique tools to convert individual company legacy excel code to python in order to run the companies own data alongside that externally provided market data. There will be a continuing need to provide consultancy alongside the product rollout so I guess the limiting factor to rapid scale-up is the current size of the skilled 25 man workforce and the speed they can recruit and train additional resource. Once the company has finished consulting and integration of an individual companies systems then I get the rollout of additional licences to mid tier clients will quickly add additional value; my question surrounds the size of the mid tier market of Asset Managers in a competitive environment

Insight appears to have a broad skillset and some promising client stories. Tempted to allocate a few % of my portfolio here
This is going under the radar. Suggest people have a look at developments as I believe the sp will rise from here. No advice intended.

Another good day here with some very good sized buys going through. Much stock is very closely held [ the holders clearly believing in an increasing turnover growth rate] which is another reason why the SP will rise
I expect these buy trades to continue, thereby pushing us steadily to the 100p figure. Once prospective buyers see the Insig AI info I'm sure they will realise the growth potential

At least £1 according to my assumptions but we’ll see.
Ctna is certainly looking good today and I’m guessing there is much more to come.
As soon as news is released showing A1 performance I expect to see £1 plus as institutional buyers will have to buy in.
Best guess end of March
Can’t be long now til listing time, hopefully start of March
What price you thinking

List*
The TR1 suggests a 1.65% reduction in David kyte’s stake if I am reading it correctly? Could these shares be going to new insight directors as part of the takeover? They can’t be traded on the open market currently so I don’t see where else they could be going. Anyone with a better knowledge of these deals correct me if I’m wrong. Would be interested to hear anyone’s opinion on this. Good luck my guess is lost early January
How much longer do we need to wait for some action here, very tedious.

Not the most exciting but at least there is movement

Excellent post Top.trader as negotiations seem to have commenced today, only a week after your post.
I expect talks to reach fruition and for the AI people to lead us into the future. What an exciting future it could be as the Insight figures already in the public domain indicate they are a remarkably fast growing company.
Yes it did make good reading. I can see these rising by 10 pence before the end of the month. The deal with insight is very close now. Buy while you still can!
Did anyone see the Daily mail article about this company,.. seemed positive?

Steady growth is exactly what investors enjoy and with Artificial Intelligence we should get that and more.
This stock remains a strong buy and should become a part of many portfolios.

CTNA continues to look good but once more people see what is happening the price should head north quite quickly.
An added attraction is that the MMs do not hold much or indeed any stock.
Lots of buys have gone through during the past few weeks. The management are top notch, there are only 40 million shares in issue and Artificial Intelligence is the area in which to be involved.
I believe the future is very bright and expect to see us closer to 100p than 50p before the year end.

The Daily Mail gave Catena as it's punt of the week on Saturday and specifically mentioned Artificial Intelligence as well as the name & background of the CEO. Rather short term I think as in a few months we should be rolling along quite fine.
I expect the initial good news to be announced in September. Fingers crossed!!
A very good RNS this morning which bodes extremely well for the future. I'm guessing that institutions will purchase new equity later in the year at a much higher level.
The artificial intelligence deal is due to complete in early September and as CTNA is a cash shell it should become a reverse takeover.
The next bit of news perhaps about how Insight, the AI company are progressing, should move the SP higher. The shares are very tightly held. I continue to hold together with Richard Bernstein who I understand owns 28% of the company.
Slowly moving higher good buying

I’m confident that a bright future is in the stars for shareholders of CTNA. IMO any price under 30p is a gift and should reward holders handsomely in the future .
No wonder Richard Bernstein now holds a 27% stake here. I do believe he foresees the future which the new Artificial Intelligence interest has started to provide.
A very interesting announcement this morning and it looks like CTNA has chosen just the right target to move the SP in a northerly direction.
I believe we will be very pleasantly surprised when we see the company accounts in the next two years. Market Information is the way to go and should prove highly lucrative for CTNA.

Thought I would be the first post on here, lets hope for a better company under this new name. I will never get back in profit here after there 100 for 1 consolidation years ago.
