I agree without any income they will have to raise more funds. It does tend to explain the recent downward trend in the SP and the constant large sells - placing being forward sold. However, if they announced this together with a government contract then all is forgiven. Monday may reveal all
I never stated anything as fact but here's some
Staff wages need to be paid. Guys is almost £100k alone from what I can tell
They have to pay some form of rent on property
Possibly gas and electricity on that property/properties
They have just paid £320k for a company that is currently making them no cash
Consultants need to be paid
Debt repayments and interest on top
Expenses for travel, accommodation etc..
I'm sure there are plenty more that haven't come to me straight away.
In the 2019 accounts this came to around £1m
Now you tell me how they can pay that with no significant revenue. Maybe you csn list the things that CTEA will revieve revenue from. It will be a very very short list.
Hence they will need to place new shares to bring cash into the business and remain solvent. This is not deramping. They will need more cash at some point. Fact.
True it cuts both ways
There’s big sells going through at 2p. Why would you be dumping at that price unless you knew something. May hear something Monday
The trades today have been very strange , someone is being very brave .or they know something
I think you're probably right tuvok. There has to be a placing soon as they must be running out of cash to pay wages etc..
Boris announcement tonight
If Guy doesn't pull a rabbit out of the hat, then I'll be doing a magic trick on him!!!!
Lots of big sells recently. I smell another forward selling 2p placing. Continued silence with no updates, no deals and salaries to pay. Disappointing.
This is finished - The likely hood of getting a government contract now is all but gone, sell up and move on
There’s a lot of big trades today
Dropped under 2p there briefly. Hope we get a bounce or something soon
Vagabond72. I have no intention of selling. Thanks for your concern.
Woodstock, Wait and watch. This is going to come good. Don't panic sell. You can sell if you want but you will see a spike very soon. Company is just about to turn things around and then that view will change. Of course taking a longer term view.
Vagabond72. It's a tough call. It's obvious there are some genuine long term investers that question the integrity of the Ceo.
I am holding my position, with bated breath.

Our resident cretin is here again with his bitter posting. Fireworks on the 19th. Please book your tickets in advance so that you don't miss out.
The only RNS that's expected is on the 30th June when you can all see the horror of the year end results from 2020. Fortunately, it won't show Guy buying his mates company, which make no profit or has any customers bar ctea, for £320k and the massive wages of the directors of said company. You'll have to wait until next year to see those.
RNS on 19th May expected. In the meantime, hold and add more if you can.
Unless there is news it is stuck here for ever
I appreciate not many care about technical analysis, but if you're going to look at one of my posts, would urge it to be this one...
Everyone keeps talking about the fact this share moves between two levels, often as a bad thing. That price action is seen constantly throughout the market. As I've said before, its what's described as a symmetrical triangle: https://www.google.com/search?q=symmetrical+triangle+pattern&client=ms-android-samsung&prmd=ivn&sxsrf=ALeKk00761YpW_ARiV-iuUNr8VXO7xp4lA:1620978057165&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiZsKTq1cjwAhWSEBQKHSbCBWEQ_AUoAXoECAIQAQ&biw=412&bih=718&dpr=2.63
Not sure if that link will work, but I've just searched 'symmetrical triangle'.
It's a continuation pattern, I.e price continues in the direction it was as it went into the move. That, in this case, was up:

You may not pay any attention to technicals, but in my opinion, price will dabble with the 2p area and then will blow up at some point next week. And this time, it may not stick within that range.

I did he just laughed and said feck the lot of you
Give him a call and ask
.
I agree the band width is getting smaller , but there has been a lot of 1 million buys . Somebody is buying a position which is good news .
It could well go to 20p or 1p it is binary choice .
