A shell company often has cash ready to buy an asset.
CTEA must be close to running out of cash entirely now as their outgoings far outweigh the pittance they bring in.
When the shell company acquires an asset it usually creates value for the company
CTEA have already acquired a company. They paid £320k for a company with 1 customer which was CTEA so essentially they had none. Sounds dodgy. Oh wait., the company has a past CTEA CEO and the current CIO listed under it's directors. Sounds even more dodgy.
The company created all of it's digital content and accounts in 2013 and hasn't updated anything since. Not one Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn post. A company that lists Cloud Storage, Datacentres, and Hosting as some of it's services doesn't promote itself on the internet apart from an almost 10-year-old website. The website is just a load of IT buzzwords.
They have 5 directors on board who will be on a decent salary. There are about 40million warrants still to be exercised which will just further dilute the SP.
So at even at £1.7m CTEA is still overvalued and this is not a good entry point. It's been proven over the last 18months that the only contracts they are able to sign are trials or something else that has a value of £0.
With an mcap around 1.7m even if they fail we are priced under most shell companies. One sniff of a contract and this will fly from this level.
What happened to Covid passport plans in England?
The government dropped its plans for vaccine passports, which had been due to start at the end of September.
But they could still be introduced under the government's winter "Plan B", if cases surge.
You can already prove your Covid-19 status via the NHS App (not the NHS Covid-19 app which alerts you if you've been close to someone with the virus).
The app generates an NHS Covid Pass which shows your Covid vaccination details or test results.

Nothing interesting, but at least Nick actually showed up and had something to present
Hey there Bradley you totally missed this part of Mitch's post :
' If you are still so gung -ho about CTEA, instead of attacking other posters, why not give everyone a few FACTUAL sentences explaining why someone should either invest in CTEA or hold on to their shares? That, after all, is what the LSE forums are supposed to be for - factual discussions about the pros and cons of shares.'
Care to respond?
Oh and the point of trading/investing is to try and make money not buy a share, watch it plummett and then crow that you haven't made a loss because you will hold for years.
Most 'honest' pi's have a few 'dogs' in their portfolio. My guilty confession is KAT.
Enjoy your sleep and hope you makesome money elsewhere.

"Blaim said he lost 1500 quid in Sae . Maybe he lost that money because he didn't hold for longer than a month. Think about it!"
I gambled on SAE because they were due to get a permit to convert a power plant to have a different use. This would have meant they could probably secure funding and the price would have rocketed IMO. A government body stepped in and took over the process which made it obvious they will probably not get the permit. At that point I realised the gamble had failed and sold at a loss as they will soon run out of money.
So SAE has no future and will need to raise at a discount or delist soon. Sound familiar? Its about recognising the signs and cutting your losses.
I'm going silent again. Too many for me to argue with. I'll leave MOST bitter angry ex investors get eaten alive by their own disappointed ,hatred of this stock. One day the share price will be much higher and I'll be glad I didn't sell unlike MOST of you guys.
You're a rather silly man making assumptions about other investors here. I actually made money on the two most recent spikes. Doesn't in the slightest detract from the correct generally held view on here that this company is a lifestyle company run purely for the benefit of its directors, has no long term future and is uninvestable. Anyone investing after the absolute shambles regarding the covid app needs their head examining. Read the RNs,s from the last 18 months and you'll see the dead ends, the b/s talked by the bod, the red herrings, etc, etc. I don't know how they sleep at night cooling people to part with their money. The worst share on aim.
I've been silent for ages reading post after post by ex investors even though there's been no ramping.
So mitch you haven't been a past investor and the only reason youre posting here is to save other investors from making a loss.. Absolute bullsh..
Bradley.
If you take the time to check back through my posts, you will find the reason why I have posted factual info over the past few years about CTEA in the hope it might deter at least one inexperienced investor from wasting money by believing the hype of the rampers without doing their own research. The same as Blaim, DG2, and others.
Personally, I have not lost anything in CTEA because I've known from the Milestone and Blockchain days what a total sham this company is.
However there is always at least one person left, like you, who decries any poster that tells the truth by claiming they are a sore loser, a deramper or posts under multiple names. Anyone who has followed this board will have seen them come and - then - go. Just as you will no doubt once you decide to write off your CTEA investment.
If you are still so gung -ho about CTEA, instead of attacking other posters, why not give everyone a few FACTUAL sentences explaining why someone should either invest in CTEA or hold on to their shares? That, after all, is what the LSE forums are supposed to be for - factual discussions about the pros and cons of shares.
Clive,
Thats right I sent a post at 5.50 am. I work nights LOL.
Yes I will be holding for years youre right. Isn't that what investing is all about?
Blaim said he lost 1500 quid in Sae . Maybe he lost that money because he didn't hold for longer than a month. Think about it!
Mitch,
Lets be clear, when you say follow you mean investor. All of you that are pulling this company to bits are sad angry bitter people who sold at a huge loss. You are called dave on the other thread and have been posting relentlessly for year's. You invested in ctea when they were called milestone.
ditched it ages ago (at a loss) when I realized they didn't have their own IT dept or tech people - this was a long time ago, and I did post about it - i just couldn't get head my head around a fancy blockchain tech company that didn't have its own in-house software team - but taught me to do some research first and invest a bit later. you live and learn.
Bradley.
If people like you had given more credence to Blaim's (and my posts) about this company over the past two years, so many small shareholders would not be sitting on large losses.
Instead anything negative about CTEA was decried as being either de-ramping or being from bitter ex-investors, whereas the truth was myself, Blaim, and a couple of others knew all about CTEA from having followed the company for many many years.
Someone accuses Blaim of being 'obsessive' and then posts on a saturday and at 5.50 am LOL!
Not one post of any substance about the company past, present or future.
Looks like you'll be holding these for a number of years to not sell at a loss!
Contrary to your wishes to Blaim I hope there is one more almighty pump so that all stranded PI's can get out with some cash.
GL.
So whilst your busy sorting out your children you still cant stop feeling bitter and can't resist posting. Sad blaim. What mind of a man are you. Like I say obsessed.
I have a baby and a young child. If you had or have had the same at any point then the times I post at would not seem strange at all.
Blaim,
The reason why everyone knows that you have lost money in this stock is because you post obsessively. Sometimes at 1am and 4am. You can't let go. Whatever you lost a hope it was double .
Hi Bradley,
I never invested here because I'm not an idiot and could see from the start of Cov-ID that every RNS was just fluff. I do take punts on terrible stocks sometimes, for the boom (lost £1500 on SAE a few weeks ago) but I'm aware the whole time what garbage they are and the amount I invest is low in comparison to my portfolio. CTEA is not a dog stock that I chose to gamble on.
I am astounded that anyone still believes the story here. Every RNS make it more and more obvious what is going on. I guess some people like you just can't step back and see whats happening because you're still telling yourself that CTEA will turn itself around after 17 years failure and you'll be a millionaire.
Blaim,
Maybe you should have done the same and perhaps you wouldn't have lost so much money. But I haven't lost anything because I haven't sold.
Please dont reply saying youve never invested here cos everybody knows you're just another bitter loser.
