Another share I have dipped into recently. Looks to be in a great position to move forward. gla
They have a new website as well https://uk.cppgroup.com
I see that Sir Richard has been increasing his holding by a large amount over this year. Hopefully some more good news on the way in terms of increased revenue.
Guess the 3 million came from them direct which is why there is no climb in buy price.
RNS out showing that was another director buy yesterday for Sir Richard Lapthorne. Last year the sp at this time was around the 5/6p mark and shot up to 16p in November with that trading statement coming out on the 18th. Looks like a good time to be buying again and should see a nice xmas present here.
3 Million buy plus some other large transactions gone through yesterday. We had that nice trading statement on 18th November 2016. Perhaps another materially ahead of expectations statement coming out again this month.
Through Blink, CPP will extend its regulatory presence in the UK ""and an application for full trading permissions is in the process of being submitted to the FCA"". The Group will use Blink as a platform to develop innovative assistance and insurance products both for the UK market and internationally. """In the UK this will also involve a relaunch of the UK's distribution network""".
Shows that an insider has confidence in the company as these are not share awards but straight purchases. Hundred grand of his personnel money invested. Keeps me feeling relaxed about the long term prospects here tbh. Still a bit boring though.
Hi Morley. Added some more myself as well while sp been down. Hanging on to these now until back to that 1 at very least. Could start to get interesting from here.
Same Director bought another 250K
CPP, the innovative product marketing business, has been advised that Mark Hamlin, Non-Executive Director has purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Group (the "Ordinary Shares"). Following the purchase, Mark Hamlin has a total beneficial interest in 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.058% of the issued share capital of the Group. he paid 13p each by the look of it
Why CPP share price is going down? I haven't follow it for a while what is going on???
They can have mine for a quid each :)
It seems there are a lot of people quietly accumulating......super tight free float hence fluctuations either way on tiny volume. CPP remains under the radar Number of AIM Securities in Issue & Significant Shareholders CPPGroup Plc’s issued share capital consists of 856,480,830 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each. Significant Shareholders as at 17 August 2017 comprise: Mr Hamish Ogston 360,476,141 (42.09%) Phoenix Asset Management Partners Ltd 335,327,643 (39.15%) Schroder Investment Management Ltd 88,849,007 (10.37%)
This is a pure joke company. Public doesn't believe them anymore. The company directors are just here to make money, dissolve and go. Or else why not nstead of having a positive growth and profit the sp is still low?
Good to see progress and growth - turnaround is in play Drop this morning a little odd
Jason Walsh, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "I am pleased with the performance of the business during the first half of this year, which has seen a return to revenue growth for the first time in five years. This was the result of growth in a number of our key international markets, but particularly India, where our consumer-led products and Business Partner relationships have gone from strength to strength. "During the half, we simplified our operating structure by devolving greater responsibility to our country leaders and acquired Blink, which is performing as intended and is helping to ensure we have the right platform for product innovation. These factors, along with our improved free capital position, will enable us to maximise the significant opportunities for sustainable growth that are available across the Group. "We are continuing to deliver on our strategic plan and as we enter the second half of the year, we expect to continue this revenue growth momentum and remain confident with the outlook for the full year."
Same here. Not in it for five minute buck, am looking for a long game profit.
CPP is a turnaround opportunity. I'm personally invested for the long term
Jinky Why do you think FCA banned the company to operate in the U.K.? This company is a ripper.
Qazi . Thank you for the most uplifting post of the week. Your positivity is infectious in every way. Are you perhaps a little miffed on a personal basis with CPP. More importantly you have a great weekend. BOD and the directors.
To all folks who are thinking there is a genuine chance of making money here, forget it. BOD and the directors are used to with taking bonus as well as dividend for them. Most of them are from previous companies XXXco. A bunch of idiots here to rip people off.
Half year report at some point this month
28th July i think
Where's that?
