Buys down as sells.
I cant buy in at those spreads, silly. Wanting 15% above SP.
Dont put the flags out it was £42 worth
4.20 paid
Enough detail to realise this biz is struggling and I I I I am seriously debating cutting my losses and getting out, just waiting to see if the SP does get back some of the losses in the next few days.
Right away Juniper slow start is blamed for only like for revenue, although ..,
- Existing biz “remains strong”
- “strong contract renewals”
So IF Juniper somehow managed to contribute zero revenue this would entail NO growth whatsoever, so revenue for existing products is most likely realistically, down significantly.
And then the hint of a fund raise, this despite Juniper sales going forward “Will contribute materially to the 2nd half of the year” added to which we have 18 months headroom in terms of cash flow in probably the fasting growing sector...
Something not reading right here, or is it me not reading it right ???
I see this company struggling for sometime to come....added to which I now see further evidence of a spoofing BOD...
Someone please tell me I have got it all wrong..,
Really poor detail in the rns. No understanding of one time vs perpetual, change in contracted backlog etc.
Ask 4.20....
23K buy at 3.70 someone is confident!
Money to be made on this one.
This is well oversold.
Way too oversold. Time to add more. GLA
RNS OUT!!!
cash call very soon!!!!
Should there be a requirement for additional working capital prior to being cash generative, the Company would undertake a modest fund raise.
Most it contracts specifically have Non publicity clause, companies don't like to publically state where they are spendingmoney
Not sure fanciful even fits the bill....
Not even sure why I am still in here...only a
small investment and just cannot be
bothered checking out...
Not wishful thinking but I have a gut feeling this will
all end in tears...
The fact they feel the need to highlight each and
every contract win gives me the impression this is
not to keep us up to speed but to keep hold of our money.....
if the juniper agreement produces tangible results and enabled them to x sell to their base this might be possible. At the moment looks fanciful
Interesting comment by the auditors at the end of the annual report and accounts. Let us see how things go for this second half of the year in terms of new contract wins and cash burn. Half-surprised the CNS hasn't yet been the subject of a modest bid
Yes, unbelievably bland and non commital. What I would like to know is the contracted backlog. Not sure why the price rise, relief maybe ?
No negatives but at the same time not exciting and
fairly bland...
Hopefully the market sees it different..
Nice write up on Mitons shareholding in cns and why they are holding.
this morning...SP reacted to them..
Interesting...
Really surprised on the lack of movement on the juniper announcement. Key here is that cns products are on the price book and have equal weighting from a sales commission I on perspective, you then have hundreds of reps in markets cns cannot touch.
Looks like the market is expecting good numbers
from SCT.
8% in last 48hrs...
You are probably right, as I said, it was just from recollection at the time.
They were one I also researched and from recollection
they had approx double the t/o of SCT but with similar if not less
GP.
May be different now but the tighter margins were off-putting.
But hey, it’s your dosh, so do what you think is right for you...
Just one last point, SCT is down circa 10% for
the last month so some headroom for a move up
No I don’t work in the Industry but did some research on a number
of Cyber-Security Co’s following the NHSHacking.
65% up on SCT, circa 25% up on CNS and I am down 30% on FLX.
Fortunatey SCT was the largest investment of the 3 and FLX was
By far the smallest....always need a bit of luck !
Just on the “wait and see” tactic for SCT, just check their previous updates.
All have been very very positive and don’t see any reason for this next one
to be any different, me thinks, so worth considering a “pre-emotive” strike ...
But who am I to advise, believe me a am an amateur...but a lucky one !!
