Sure is an absolute dog there is no denying it
5p to 1p in 12 months following great news on 2 farm outs
Canna hear the dog saying bow wow ......
Yes Cluff shareholders are really suffering and have for years
Please if you read these boards Mr S do something about it as this current situation is truly dreadful!!
I can see no other erasing for this to be at these levels with the potential we have, and the news we have had, any other share would of flown past 20p when the news of Shell was announced, but this has been held back for some reason, we are worse off now share price wise, compared to when we had nothing, and I mean no news on licenses, and just coal!
To be honest a buy out at these levels seems a no brainer as even if Cluff doesn’t drill the wells the money is still on deposit
Mike here is a link to the company I bought into while still holding Parkmead shares!
https://www.offshoreenergytoday.com/parkmead-increases-stake-in-athena-oil-field-uk/
Mike I was in PMG for many what’s, this is how Tom Ceoss works, he targets smaller companies, either producing small amounts of oil like the Athena field, and then takes them out when the price is low, it’s not set in stone, but I have had this gut feeling for some time, it just fits his profile, no debt, cash in Bank, fantastic prospects, Shell as a partner, if you can name me another company he may target, I would sit up and listen!
An all share offer like he did previously, I bought into another company with the proviso he may buy them out and he did,
Why do you think PMG will merge or take over Cluff?
Not saying you are wrong but just interested

Pascha an offer from PMG would come in the form of a share offer, I would take 10 for 1 of PMG shares on paper!
Pascha
In answer to your questions, as far as I know PMG doesn’t hold any shares here, they don’t need to, they can just make an offer, which could be accepted by the shareholders, or rejected, depending on which shareholders think it’s a great idea/deal, it just makes economic sense to me that’s all, as for Shell I would like to think we will be drilling ASAP but with this Coronavirus now who knows?
The world seems to be dying around us, if it all ends than so be it, dramatic I know, but it will at least keep the doomsday people at bay, as I have just said it for them!
Make your own decisions to buy in or not, but in my opinion this must be at the bottom now, or very near it!
Amtech yes I knew that fella, :-) I dint have any hard feelings towards you or anyone else here, just get a bit tired of doom mongers making false claims of hostile takeovers, reverse take overs, same thing in my book, same person?
And preferably while the cash pile is significant
The sooner the better as far as I am concerned
It was the last line that amused me.
Amtech glad it amused you!
Watch this space for the takeover, PMG who are you calling? Cluff reverse takeover?
:-)
Ha ha ha ha ha ha
Pascha
It’s just scare mongering!
True could well be a takeover, as I have been saying it for some time, as this fits Parkmeads group criteria, debt free, cash in Bank, Shell as a partner, licenses to be awarded soon! What’s not to like, this is prime stock for a small to medium sized oil company to take out, but I was gonna the first to say this a couple of years ago, I have always believed it to be PMG, time will tell!
Others just follow I lead!
Obviously watches very intelligent programs as well, says it all, bet he is gutted Jeremy Kyle has gone, god knows what he does in the mornings now! Ahhh of course he is here disrupting this board, as he has no money, just a bitter twisted fool,
It’s like watching DC Bob Louis and DC David Briggs in action.
Bad A yep he is the same person, just changed his IP address!
Prove it BadA
Nothing, your the same person
A1 called a lower price but you still attacked him, what’s the difference?
Scooby with respect something has to change and soon
If She’ll decide not to drill which is possible what is the plan B
We have employees who are drawing enormous salaries and the shareholders are witnessing value depreciation on a huge scale
This business is in trouble if Shell don’t drill it really is that simple
