Yes just sit back and watch.
Let growers grow.
Never thought I'd look forward to not trading for a few months. I'm monitoring other shares but being patient here. I feel mid 130's here before we know it.
I think this still has some way to run. Consequently, I'll review things in a year rather than commit to an arbitrary number that I know I'll probably not sell at. Hopefully dividend reappears at some point.
Hi all exit price !!
After the long hard day’s sitting on a 80% loss it’s nice to relax in profit
So why take the small profit now When hopefully the only way from here I’d upwards , surely the only limit to this sp Is the pre Covid level and maybe that’s where the LTH should be thinking to take profit and re invest in the “ next big thing “ and hopefully make more profit again !!
Good luck all !!
Never take advice of anyone doing community service from Scumdee.
A has been airline pilot who's now flying a 1965 Dakota out of columbia dropping charlie of in miami..
Or a washed out rig pig...
X
Well, theres a great example re:IAG, thanks Z..
So Lloyd , it's not always cast in stone that bad results will cause a dip in SP.
It's how bad , and are they better than expected ..
So again, it's all down to each individual to decide their strategy, their own decisions etc...
And not take anyones advice off a bb, although there are times it does help with ones judgement ..
Ain't life a daisy :-)
I am off, over and out.. Zzzzz
Robin, yeah £7/8 nights accommodation works with me #tightscotsman ;-)
We all know the results will show further substantial losses. Much will depend on whether they are even worse than we all expect or somewhat better.
Any forward statement and it's tone is also crucial..
With 3 weeks to their release and the rate of improvements in USA and UK and vaccine performance there is reasonable cause for optimism (though not a guarantee yet).
Lloyd. I'm thinking medium term. Pls don't hold me responsible if you pay 114p tomorw and it sits at 113p. Investors here feel 150 plus is on
Can't tell the future Lloyd, can only do our own research into each investment we make and go with what we think is right move. Sometimes no action is the best action.
None of us can get it right all the time, so removing emotion as much as we can and knowing when to re-assess is a fantastic ability.
Never feel bad about profits :-)
There is ALWAYS going to be a faster riser, a bigger paying dividend, we could have invested more in that one we made large % on.
Ash. Fees paid by Hooch Pineapple..at the party.
iii
I'm with them trading already.
Ps. £70/80 per night hotel sound OK for our party? Thinking Midlands?
I would say it will do, but by how much , who knows...but itll be the mm,s that will take it down from the off, gradually climbing back upto end of play previous days sp...
That's only my opinion, being realistic after witnessing 11 months of shenanigans....
Zzzzzzzz
& last thing, I know we can't look into the future but I wondered if a bad set of results has been priced in or we might potentially see a dip again.
Clive. And you get to come to a party!!
Win Win
Robin , Sammy & Ash..
It's nice to get some advice from people who have been in the business a lot longer than I am - even when we make profit we always think what if/what could. I got very invested with the stock and when you get emotionally invested you make bad calls - however at the same time cinemas are going to be around for a long time, i think the plan is tomorrow to do what Robin said throw 50% back in and let's jump back on the Cine rollercoaster.. I gotta hit the hay as I'm on the 9 till 5 but I appreciate you all taking the time to help me out.
Right buenas noches amigos...
Early start for me, I'm strawberry picking in Boston with some Romanians..minimum wage , but needs must , until cine makes me some dough...
Adios.
Robin, nice one. Who did you go for? And where is my adviser fee?? Haha.
Ashtash. Sorted ISA today. Yeaaah. SP was moving too fast at one stage. All sorted. Tx
Lloyd, dont burn your bridges... ;-)
If you can hold for another 6 months, then I'd buy. Can easily hit £1.50 in that time. As much as there's not a straight line trajectory, I am struggling to see what can pull us back other than market manipulation or major profit taking.
I feel that there's enough confidence and will be a lot more new investors driving further demand, as well as the shorts potentially closing. I totally understand your reason for asking and reassurance. Definitely a good idea to sell at your target however. I guess if you see potential elsewhere then selling isn't a bad thing.
One thing I've realised is that patience is almost as important as buying low and selling high. As they say, 'time in the market, not timing the market'. As much as I like a cheeky trade, I've thrown a relatively large sum into cine, so I'm not going to juggle with the gains. Although it's still a risk, there's more positives than negatives in my eyes.
Lloyd, you did what you thought was best at that point in time..
You made a decent return , so no need to regret anything.
Profit is profit, and at least you have said it as it is...you've not said you bought at 16p and sold at 115p...
And yes, hindsight is a wonderful tool, if we were only blessed withit as an 8th sense from birth we would all be rich ...
Wether you rebuy into cine or move elsewhere , good fortunes to you.
Life is a daisy...:-)
Clive. You're thinking too much on this. What kind of money are you thinking? Why not go 50% tomorrow and see how you go?
Lloyd. I think you did the right thing last night by posting. Problem was that we were having a laugh with The Top 10 list.
I think it's going up tomorrow. Yes.
But should you buy in tomorrow?? Yes, ofcourse.
And if it drops 2p?? So what. Doesn't matter as all the guys that have made money in business, have taken chances.
When the SP hit 16p that was a heavy hitter I was there for that also, been in the stock since late august.
Ackers, I'm kicking myself in the foot at the same time.. I just had an exit point and I didn't want to be too greedy.. first big share I've messed around with so I'm just trying to learn from my mistakes - Hindsight is a great thing but the smarter move was to hold.
