I got in here yesterday after you hint on bzm board. Made 25% profit in 5 mine. Thanks mate. Just got back in here again right now. Looking to go up
Only 20% in public hands
...
Adfvn message It depends upon the market's assessment of the GOB's attitude towards privately owned capital. Further, as far as I am aware (can anyone correct me?) the GOB liability to pay circa £20m has not yet been cleared. That said, the 30th September 2016 balance sheet disclosed net assets of c. £40m with the debt due by the GOB entirely provided for. Say the £20m is paid over by GOB and that CIHL is trading at a profit net assets will be £60m or roughly 60p a share. In which event a valuation of 40p a share is not silly - indeed some would argue higher. Simon Cawkwell
Over on the adfvn board suggesting this should be between 40/60p
Crazy time for the rns yesterday.
...
Far from blue. Very far.
By many
Big blue day ahead
You might need to be in the 30-40p range to be owning by the 16th of June. This has been setup for the main share holder who has 70% of the stock. PIs will be fighting over these for a week! IMO
Does this mean if I buy in tomorrow I will also be able to take part in receiving a dividend?
70% shares in private hands, payout special shares same level as the current MCAP ..... late announcement to stop massive buying on the news, allowing those in the know a chance to jump the market. Are these golden tickets ......? DYOR DG adding comments ..... a massive deramper who always appears of the back of major buying to try and put PIs off. Looking like pure magic here on open tomorrow!
Am I right in thinking 80%of the shares are not in public hands
So in summary, we get a share in the 'Award' which is essentially worth $27m but no guarantee this can be monetised. Even if you take it at full value, $27m is around £20m which is where MCAP is now after the rise. Therefore, not much more than this to be expected is my take on this. Happy to be corrected if my assumptions above are wrong
DYOR
You can talk DG. Got no respect for you left after your shenanigans at CTAG
As previously announced, on January 9, 2017 the U.S. Supreme Court denied GOB's petition for certiorari, rendering the DC Judgment final and not subject to further judicial review. This decision cleared the way for CIHL and BBL to collect on the DC Judgment worth approximately US$27.5 million.
CIHL today announces that it will be paying a dividend (the "Dividend"). The Dividend will be paid as a dividend in specie, with CIHL shareholders receiving one class A share with a par value of US$0.001 in Midway Investments Ltd. ("Midway") for every CIHL share held by CIHL shareholders. More information on the Dividend will be set out in a circular expected to be posted to CIHL shareholders on or around 9 June 2017 (the "Circular"), which will also be available to view in due course on the Company's website at http://www.cihltd.co. The Board of CIHL has determined that qualifying CIHL shareholders will be those shareholders on the Company's register of members at 5.00 p.m. on 16 June 2017 (London time) and to whom the distribution (including onward distribution to beneficial owners (if any)), or communication of details of the Dividend, would not be in breach of law or regulation.
Yup pump and dump - read the RNS in fine detail and read the companies history. Usual suspects at it.
Can some explain the news in English please. Thanks
could be amazing in the morning
