Don't you think the FCA has better things to do than chase down a small time PI! They are stretched to even keep track of, let alone follow up on, the massive amount of insider trading that happens on a daily basis.
That's the right thing to do KingJims. Never believe anything on bulletin boards - they are infested with some of the nastiest characters imaginable. People who will just ramp to high heaven and make stuff up, in the vain hope that they can suck a few mugs into buying illiquid shares. In truth I'm sure you'd be better off talking to the NOMAD, as they are the ones who are supposed to verify the output of their clients.
I have emailed the company itself.
The funds, KIngJims look like they'll be paid to Midway (if they are indeed paid), which was spun out of CIHL in June. It's highly likely IMO that CIHL will get no benefit at all from this award. So you just own shares in CIHL, which is effectively the Bank of Belize IIRC. IF that's correct (and I strongly believe it is - read the RNS's) then you'll have to decide whether you want to continue to hold based on CIHL but nothing for the award. If you've got even the slightest bit of sense you'll call the company's NOMAD to clarify (as I suggested previously)
I ask a genuine question and then have to hear you ******* idiots argue. Now to more serious things at hand. I bought in at 24p today. Yeah I got spiked big time but will hold on until in profit... No matter how long it takes.
IF you think the FCA can't get your identity then it's really true - you aintgotaclu...
Lol shaking if they have a clue who i am you clown go suck your mum
Well iaintgotaclue, this cock has just emailed the FCA with links to my and your posts today, and I'll leave it to them to decide if you've committed market abuse. The rules are pretty clear: www.handbook.fca.org.uk/handbook/MAR/1/8.html?date=2016-06-30 Here are the penalties: www.fca.org.uk/markets/market-abuse "For breaches of MAR we can impose unlimited fines" So, not imprisonable by the looks, but good luck with the fine if the FCA decide to act. x
Eezy will be along soon he has all the answers i cannot see what he is saying as i have the c o ck on filter
The Company looks forward to the Government of Belize finally settling this debt after years of unnecessary litigation to recover the funds. How long will it take for the funds to be paid?
Close your short pal or you might get your pants pulled down. Best
Come on iaintgotaclu. This RNS makes things quite clear. Midway shares were distributed in June. Buyers now simply won't get them, nor the benefit of this award IMO. You should be aware that deliberately posting false information is an offence that carries an unlimited fine and a possible prison sentence. I'm certainly not averse to reporting people to the relevant authority. You saying "Shareholders will get shares in a new company ("Midway") " is flying much too close to the wind IMO. Be careful and be warned. www.investegate.co.uk/caribbean-invest-hld--cihl-/rns/dividend-in-specie/201706081538225877H/ "Dividend timetable It is anticipated that the Dividend will be paid according to the following timetable: 5.00 pm (London) 15 June 2017 - CIHL shares become ex-dividend 5.00 pm (London) 16 June 2017 - record date for the Dividend 19 June 2017 - Dividend payment date On or around 19 June 2017 - Midway share certificates posted to eligible CIHL shareholders"
Big morning coming Shareholders will get shares in a new company ("Midway") which may return $27.5m if the arbitration award due from the GOB is received. The amount of $27.5m is currently included on the CIHL balance sheet as "GOB receivable". With its transfer to the Midway balance sheet, the remaining net value of CIHL would be approximately $30m (or $0.30 / 24p per share). Of course, the market value of a company can exceed the NAV if the outlook looks good! In addition, there is a second arbitration due from GOB which hasn't been mentioned. So I would cautiously expect CIHL shares to be worth at least 24p each with the possible bonus of another 21p per share if the "Midway" arbitration award comes through. And a further bonus not yet discussed from the second arbitration award.
As I say, phone the NOMAD if you want clarity. I ask nobody to believe me. For all I know Midway may have assigned rights to the award back to CIHL without telling anyone (probability very close to zero IMO, but nothing is impossible). I only posted today to try to counter a lot of stuff that I believed to be utterly misleading. You know, trying to help fellow investors. As usual I got showered in abuse. Whatever!
Why don't you simply phone the NOMAD if you disagree with my interpretation? Cenkos Securities plc Nicholas Wells +44 (0)20 7397 8920
What are you saying Neptune? That CIHL owns shares in Midway? It doesn't IMO. That the award is actually going to CIHL rather than Midway? Not so IMO "Midway has been assigned the Award and Judgments as the Company has determined that the assignment is the most prudent method of retaining value in the Award and Judgments for CIHL shareholders" Do please answer. As I've said I might be wrong but the RNS's are pretty clear IMO.
Look at my post earlier. I said it was a pump n dump....remind what the sp is
I know CIHL pretty well MBachaan. One can only guess, but I've felt since Midway shares (the beneficiary of this award) were distributed that this was done so the cash would exist in a company outside Belize. It's a pretty difficult country! CIHL do not own Midway. It's a completely separate company now. CIHL do not benefit from this award in any way AIUI. CIHL should be valued exactly as it was before this RNS IMO. Mr Market said 11-12p yesterday. That's what it should be today (perhaps less in fact as I guess the gov of Belize will be mightly ****ed off!)
yep i have them both on filter look at there post over the last couple of months clearly work for the MMs
Eezy, if someone explained that to you, you'd be too stupid to understand. And then you'd keep arguing about it.
It's spelled out very clearly for you here www.investegate.co.uk/caribbean-invest-hld--cihl-/rns/dividend-in-specie/201706081538225877H/ "Midway is a private company incorporated in Turks and Caicos, and its sole asset is the Award (as defined below) and the judgments recognizing the Award (the "Judgments"). Midway has been assigned the Award and Judgments as the Company has determined that the assignment is the most prudent method of retaining value in the Award and Judgments for CIHL shareholders. CIHL shareholders should be aware that there can be no guarantee that Midway will be successful in monetizing the Award and the Judgments. " Midway is a completely separate company to CIHL AIUI. DYOR. Please read the RNS's, stop the wild ramping, and explain why you disagree with what the company has made plain (IMO).
letmepass23 Nov '17 - 14:10 - 68 of 68 0 0 As a result of these actions by GOB, in January and March 2017 BBL waived and relinquished its rights under the Award and Judgments, leaving CIHL with the sole rights to the Award and Judgments. Also as a consequence of this legislation and subsequent proceedings in the Belize Courts (as described in more detail in the Circular), the Board of Directors of CIHL approved the assignment of the Award and Judgments, and the Dividend
O Look going up again they have probably brought in now
