Agree that it's hardly a rumour if the company has confirmed it via RNS.
So they are in discussions
TYM has recently secured a deal for their large copper licence and moved up some 300%
If CHF can get a deal away for Canada it would be a complete game changer.
Agreed its just a waiting game, see if anything actually comes out of it.
Appears by the SP that many holders are willing to wait and ride this out and see what happens imo
Quash it? That would s not the case. But each to their own.
AIM is built on rumour and BS and this will bag.
Time will tell
The amount of times I've "we are talking" to this and that from various AIM stocks over the years.
I suggest you have zero hopes on this announcement from an AIM BoD. They've also been stating this for months now,
They were quick to quash it, which I give them credit for as they could of just let it ride out and hope the SP is ramped.
Rumours? They have just stated they are indeed discussing a deal with a potential announcement soon. Hardly a rumour but yes not a deal YET. People here are speculating on a positive result which will see this at least bag
Whoever created these rumors and managed to spread it on various platforms is a genius.
So STILL in discussion so a deal could still be on the cards.
The Board has noticed the high levels of trading activity and price volatility in the Company's shares in recent days, and wishes to inform the market that it is not aware of any reason for this heightened activity.
Chesterfield wishes to inform the market that as previously advised, the Company is currently in discussions with an unnamed third party which may or may not lead to a transaction being announced in the near future. These discussions have not yet concluded and the Company hopes to update the market on this matter in due course.
Was being massively ramped by various boards, company is cheap all no finance running low. , be carefull, some people have no morals,
BoD just confirmed the rise in SP was for absolutely nothing.

Won't take much to get this going now the seller is out.
Not quite sure why we had a 2.3p UT trade at 16.35 yesterday
Still early in the day but Dealer has the post of the day so far.
You’re quite knowledgeable for a person who discovered this company Yesterday lol.
Yes the 1m was clearly a buy if you look at the time stamp and live trades at that time.
Super tight book here and tiny market cap. Check the chart. It shouldn't take much to give it a very big move.
The 1m was a buy as i know who took them. I reckon we may see 2.5p+ today. Lots going on behind the scenes
Crikey! Is this dog awake!
Hard to tell why mm do it.
But it fell hard after so I thought sell.
If the time stamp is right then the 1m is most likely a buy
1 m but looks like a sell to me.
BTW, those of you interested in CHF, might be interested to listen to the below, which was a pitch that TSX listed Labrador Uranium did for LSE recently. Lots of parallels with the CHF story, and also involving Altius. They would be an interesting potential partner for CHF even!

Possibly, although the volume would suggest otherwise. We will find out tomorrow morning!
Not sure but seller seems to have left. Interesting that they had £700k end of June and slashed burn rate by 50%. RNS...In Cyprus we followed up on the strong results from the Westline target area announced in December with a further set of positive assay results released in announced in February; assay results which confirmed a 12km polymetallic gold-rich geological trend ("The Westline Trend") that links target areas Orchard, Evlim and Evlim South and Westline. This area has been the focus of our work during 2022. Work during 2022 has consisted of further field work and targeting for future drilling in the area. Chesterfield maintains a strong physical presence in Cyprus with two geologists in place on the island for most of the year.
Huge strike length for a £2.5M company
Was the RNS news tweet made up we think.
