Dissemination of a Regulatory Announcement that contains inside information according to REGULATION (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR).
As you are aware, the Board are progressing discussions with identified opportunities and will continue to progress these discussions despite the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM with effect from 7.00 am tomorrow. As part of its commitment to restoring shareholder value, the Board will waive its entitlement to receive remuneration until such a time as it is able to successfully conclude a transaction which will provide our shareholders with an opportunity to restore value from their investment in Concha. We will of course keep all shareholders informed, via updates to our website as appropriate.

Have a great Easter weekend and perhaps like the good lord Mr Ackers will rise again with a quick line of news after eating his chocolate egg. :-(
MrEMC2, where was this information posted? And once they reregister on the Nex what happens to our shares?
I thought they were going to re-register on 11 April 2019 on the NEX Exchange Growth Market?
And what about the 15% holding of UcaDO?
Unfortunately I fear it may be. I've been here since it was Hot Tuna (believe it or not), seen some massive opportunities come and go, but Chris doesn't even bother to respond now on Concha enquiries.
Is this the end of the road for this shell?
Concha to become a private limited company. May be I will get my £20 back.

Nothing new on the Concha website since October 2018.
Unfortunately fook all by the look of it. I hate to dis a share I am invested in but unless Ackers wakes up one morning with a firework up his arse this is likely to fizzle into obscurity.
what now??
Can’t be bothered to be fair. Just had a quick look into Baskerville, it’s another shell. I think everyone has had more than enough of cha... until substantial value is not added to cha’s investments, don’t think anyone will be showing any support to other ventures. Going back to one of the recent rns’s they mentioned looking into the property sector and we know cha took a slice of ucado last year, I would think that is a stronger connection.
Mystic. Not sure. No announcement about it.. See if you can find it if u can be bothered
Hi mate, True, only time will tell I suppose. ‘Stake in Baskerville’ is that recently? What do you make of it?
Hey mystic.. Who doesn't sound confident on AIM? I did notice something a few weeks ago. Cha seem to have a stake in Baskerville capital. Not sure this was announced. I found it on companies house buried in some docs regarding shareholders
They sound confident. Who knows maybe your’re right.
So looks like it's finally come to an end.. I would say if they haven't made a deal in all these years they have nothing. Here to praying for unicorns

For me yes ouch, ouch and ouch from my three buys - never sold any. 'Buy and hold' (held for 2.5 years) has not worked on this one so far. Wondering if it is really a complete loss as the NRS stated "the Board is confident that it will be able to secure value for its shareholders". Took a chance and paid £20 to my ISA manager for a share certificate!
Hope you all never lost too much..
Personally I prefer to see the actions of CHA this year separate from previous years. Cancellation is just a necessity to comply with regulations. We are still shareholder and will have to await results from the quote:
The Company has considered a number of identified acquisitions across both medical and property technology sectors. It is currently in on-going discussions and continues to receive approaches from interesting businesses. However, whilst the Board is confident that it will be able to secure value for its shareholders, the Company will not be in a position to announce that it has entered into any definitive agreement with a suitable business for a reverse takeover by 4 October 2018.
They need more time... We wait... yet again or keep waiting. Will see.
Some of the comments about Ucado's business model aren't very complimentary in this article from Property Industry Eye published today.

Agreed, it has been a very long time and I am too far from happy about it, but we are where we are and it is what it is. Interesting sectors they have mentioned property/medical, any thoughts on potential deals?
