From Ucado's Facebook page<br /><br />"What’s your favourite place to visit in London? It’s impossible to get bored of the capital city when there’s always something new to see an do..!<br />The UcaDO app will be ready to download any day now – putting you in control of buying and selling your home.<br />#PropTech #london #app"<br /><br />Do we believe it will be "ready to download any day now" (After all we are in Autumn not Early Summer which was the timing they previously mentioned)? Is Ucado of any consequence any more?
Mystic.. Very optimistic indeed! These guys have had 4 years + to make a deal.. They threw 4m at VE that was a pile of poo and seem to be unable to do anything. I will be very suprised if they pull something off.. Let's hope your optimism is right mate..
The notion of delisting was merely pointed out for the pessimists and small hearted who slander without thinking with a clear head. Delisting would be worst case scenario and agreed it can be costly, however, this does not mean it is curtains closed as some believe. Quite possible it is just a formality as they ended the rns with ‘Further announcements will be made in due course, as appropriate.’ Here’s hoping anyway.
Mystic I'm well thanks and yes I kept some of my holdings. I interpreted the rns in the same way as you initially, you could be right that it's just a formality. Although, if they delist then relist I'm pretty sure it's a long and expensive process once delisted. I don't recall AVP being close to delist before the rto but my memory probably doesn't cast back that far. Interesting thoughts nonetheless
Avp EVRH RTO was done without suspension
Codeine, Trust your well, it’s been a minute, are you still holding? I perceived it as very positive! Sounds like they are in final stages of concluding a deal and they are CONFIDENT they will get it over the line. They might not be able to get it done by 4/10 hence the rns or the rns mught just be a formality who knows.. Even if they delist, they can come back once the deal is done, I’m sure we have seen this on another codeine ;)
Did not the same happen with avp before rto (evrh). Am clutching at straws l guess. May be something positive in Agm?
I consider losing all my investment in this company a bad RNS. What part of ...exoects teh LSE will cancel teh admission of the company's shares to trading on AIM... do you not understand? Maybe you should stay away from the markets.
Both want bug...gering
whilst the Board is confident that it will be able to secure value for its shareholders, the Company will not be in a position to announce that it has entered into any definitive agreement with a suitable business for a reverse takeover by 4 October 2018. Accordingly, the Company expects that the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM with effect from 7.00 am on 5 October 2018. Who can polish this turd.. Please give it a try?
Unless I read the rns wrong they are preparing for a delist as no rto can be achieved. I welcome anyone with a different take on this..
If you consider that as a bad RNS, I suggest you stay away from the markets.
Worth putting Chris Ackers & Russell Backhouse on your failures watchlist and steer clear of any company they're involved in.Another AIM failure, surely they could have secured a deal in the last 3 years!!!!
Borrel... What changes have been made, its so long I can't recall?
website has been updated 22 08 18
Has anyone been in contact with Akers? What is the score with this shell?

But the App is still under development
Getting close? Or did the developers just forget to keep the "gone live" page on the test system?
