Big bounce
The mms are making money as they reduce the sp to near 0. Don't fall in to it as its going to go very soon.
Pretty sure that was a buy Sean as i was doing dummy buys at the time. Worth a punt at these levels I suppose as bound to have at least one suckers rally if nothing else before all is said and done.
That 3k sell at the end of the day represents almost 0.5% of the company. Panicking or calculated sell I wonder. Interesting days ahead.
Yes
60% buys today. I know the RNS said that significant value may not be delivered but considering the a lot of share were sold for 4p plus in the last few years what does significant value even mean? I'm keeping my shares here, I'm hopeful that any sale would at least get me my money back with the potential for a lot more.
could be a bidding war for the ip/works/contracts. Total punt. i sold ages ago 2p, but know what it could be worth if a deal comes off
I got a free carry of 90k shares from trading in February - have been contemplating selling at 2p and then 1.5p and 1p but thought I'd hold on and see where it went. Even decided to do so when the RNS was released two days ago and could have got circa 0.6p. And now look where we are. Considering just getting a couple of hundred quid out of it but now wondering if should bother selling. Some may see it as a punt with beer change around these levels.... But fairly clear we're close to sh*t or bust time. Or sh*t and bust.
i bought into this at 3p and sold out at 2.5 seemed to be run by a load of geeks, price of oil did not help i guess, so glad i got out when i did, hope you get some of your money back, i guess no point selling now in case of a miracle :-(
The company have already covered their own backs in the RNS......its madness buying now!
If the company had such a sparkly future previously why not just put the company to sleep until either an offer comes in that's acceptable or the oil price goes up. The debts must be due and they've spent all the cash! The debts were £2m in the last accounts and intangible assets over £3m. Presume that includes the patents.
Sadly i fear that us shareholders will get nothing as whatever assets the company may have, the debtholders and other creditors have priority first. The question and hope is,what are the multiple patents that the company holds worth ?
Looks like some kind of packaged administration to me
Read the RNS. Looks like sweet FA.
shareholders expect if sold?.... Has to be 1-2p surely, not good for long termers but surely worth a punt from here?
Coz of today's drop. Know nothing of the company. Any advice from long term investors here
No brainer
Not an expert but I think he's saying we are about to be shafted and I did try to warn you!
Gone from having significant potential to deliver value for shareholders on 23rd June to no assurance significant value will be returned. Thanks chief exec.
about CAP...but sell was fun while (s)he posted here
Will it be still humorous when CAP's sp will be worth nothing anyday now. No wonder why todays RNS mentionned about Bermudan jurisdiction!
Truely gone sub 1 today
Amazed if Sell turns up here with apology lol.. ...I reckon much is to do with inexperience and a mindset that lacks nuance...just sees what it wants to see (and blocks out all the contrary evidence)
Update on the Review of Strategic Options Clean Air Power (AIM: CAP), the global leader in the development and delivery of compression-ignited natural gas systems and software for heavy duty vehicles, today provides a further update on the review of the Group's strategic options announced on 23rd June 2015 and following its previous update on 15th July 2015. KPMG has run an exhaustive process and the Board, as advised by KPMG, remains in discussion with a number of parties that may or may not lead to an offer for all or part of the Group. However, in the event of an offer, and partly due to the short term financial constraints that the Group is operating under, the Board can provide no assurance that significant value will be returned to shareholders. Furthermore, as the Group's holding company is based in Bermuda, the Board is also considering the options available under Bermudan and local jurisdictions to execute any transaction within the timeframe set by the Group's financial position.
