Guess what... I'm going to buy some more
What an opportunity for once in a lifetime £££
As we know, this application has no merit . The good thing from all of this is, it has brought closer together the Government and BPC and the opposition party to drill for oil. There is no doubt about the governments commitment to drill. The environmentalists have managed to unify both parties in what is now a much needed revenue for the Bahamas should oil reserves be found. This is not just about whether there should be oil drilling, but whether the Bahamas can survive the effects of hurricane Doreen and Covid. An oil reserve akin to Guyana is something the Bahamian people are entitled to know exists. It would be tragic if this was denied to them by a few people.
Just bought cash amount at 8:19, just seen my nr of shares, 66,666 not sure if that is a bad or good omen!!
Must have your head above the clouds
To me it looks like a blue day
It’s really simple. BPC have complied with the law.
If the review is upheld. BPC will hold the govt accountable for costs.
The govt won’t want that so they will not uphold.
There will be a political out of sorts. Some beach monitoring forum to appease all parties.

couresty of bynari last night.
south of bermuda...few days left to dig your coppers out!
This application will be scrapped straightaway we are drilling
Anyone have an update or location or s satellite image PLEASE :-)
It is high time that these ingrate minorities who have their own agendas and don't give a squat about the local economies or the people their disruptions affect should be taken to court and made an example of.How many locals do not want the oil?Why was this not done 10 years ago? Someone is orchestrating this and making a lot of money on the side. If they don't want the well drilled so let them fill the economic hole left by the non oil revenue. The only people who make money out of this are the low life Lawyers and the Green Peacers who I would not be suprized if they were running shorts on this share and cleaning up
I’ve asked Father Christmas for new socks as all my others are needed for this BB.
Seems like the BoD are confident the drill will go ahead on schedule. Just a bunch of background noise from a QC with political agendas. This has been priced in the SP and does not come as a surprise. I’m in for the results now. Roll on February!
comfortable with my holding and will now switch off for the day as pantomime season will arrive early here today.
I think the share price is about right and people had the exact same information yesterday without reassurance of its insignificance from bpc.
When will this review take place and how soon can we expect to hear the outcome?
An application to the Supreme court which will involve both parties making their case to them
..it's an application for judicial review ..............!
and not likely to get further than that...............!
All the best (end of............. :()
Automony1
What court, an application has been made thats it!!!!
I think we can expect this to drop this morning as some may panic but the smart money will take advantage and buys those shares for the announcement that this effort to delay will be thrown out .
It not against Bpc its against the govement ,I would assume to avoid any costs
*positive
Just a delaying tactic , the government will not allow this to continue, Imo , Ethel economic value far outweighs any possible Envoiriment impact , we have all the best safety measures in place
Simon needs to get lawyers to start a case for costs if the drill is held up even by one day
GLA LTH could be a rocky day ahead
Read the RNS not once does it mention a court case !!
Court hearing then,a decision will still be made
