Well just delighted with the news it’s coming back
No matter how much it is I’m looking at it as a bonus as I’d honestly wrote it off
I invested 5k here if I get half that back I’ll be delighted
probably also worth bearing in mind - whatever price it lists at isn't important. It's what price it gets to when you want to sell that matters.
Yes I agree, to get anything back is a bonus at this stage. 10p a share by my calculations is break even for me.
and if it is 10p a share, everyone will be very happy - because everyone seems to have read the 500-1 consolidation and ignored the SECOND part where it does another 500-1 consolidation! (The deferred share bit)
Nothing surprises me anymore with this bod. They hardly showered themselves with glory before we were suspended. They are consistent I'll give them that.
I understand the news may leave a bitter taste for some, but a week ago we had nothing.
And I agree the BOD have treated us badly in certain respects
Interesting conundrum, as my vote is worth a few %, but sure it will all get passed.
ask your self this;
if you came across one of the b o d in distress, would you help or turn your back and walk away?
For clarity, my vote will be in favour. May look to recoup a little cash and then see where the ride takes us.
Always a Good Samaritan me
If we've had shares shifted out of our ISA's and now they are worth 5p, if we then open at 10p does that mean that we have an instant hit against our CGT allowance?
CGT is the GAIN you make. So it depends on how much you paid for them and how much you sell them for. And of course until you sell them you have no CGT liability at all!
Last week we had nothing, now we have a chance of something. If we vote Against the proposal, all we would be doing is cutting our noses off to spite our faces, are we really that childish.
PS. Antos G , had 1.9 BILLION shares, AFTER this deal he will have just 11.5 MILLION. If he is going to ACCEPT the deal ,why should not we.

GLA CIZZLERS
I understand the principle of CGT. Remember we can't use losses for shares we originally bought in an ISA.
I'm asking about how the new shares are classified in terms of value if they were removed from an ISA at 0.02p each and then become relisted at 5p (equivalent of 0.01p). I'm hoping (expect) that the value of the cancelled shares of 0.02p apply.
talking about rms, i see braveheart investments have/did hold a interest in cizzle.
will they be taking part in the placing?
that would be interesting.
I would rather have a slice of something rather than a whole lot of nothing.

Of course something is better than nothing.....but we took the risk of nothing or something big...we knew the risks.....so when they pull it off and we see what we get for the high risk is about what we paid or in most cases half or less than half it feels less than a victory...it feels like a defeat
They screwed us with baseball bat and maybe some of you liked but not me. I will be down few grands for guten morgen after 19 months and anybody new can buy on relist day and will be in much better situation than me. Do I should thank these motherf.... ? I will of course vote for all resolutions as this company is a massive potential but its a nasty feeling how out bod treated us They were taking fees all this time con artists!!
Think I'll scrape a profit, but mine were open offer shares left as a punt.. saying that I'm with halifax so I probably wont be able to sell for a couple of days and the price will probably tank..
