I'm writing to market.abuse@fca.org.uk asking to pay particular attention to the RNSs from "11-Sep-17 07:55 RNS", announcing MT stepping down. Look at the events from then till today and then go back to review the misleading announcements of 2017 and the suspicious financial operations of the same period.
What did you wrote. Can you please tell us more so we can do the same.
which of their contact channels did you use?
The FCA did say I had been the first person to contact them. Can you please all spend a few minutes and email them with reasons why they should investigate this company. i suspect 10 complaints will more likely generate an investigation that 1. https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/market-abuse
Gone for good cancelled ..CROOKS ...Need prison this peoples FCA should do proper checks on this crooks before allowing them to list in UK ...
Had a very good response from the Fca.they were not aware, but they are now and will investigate
I run a business and have about 500K cleared bank balance. I have about 400K of invoices to pay. I know let me buy an asset for 500K and default on all my creditors, putting the business at risk. I guess I will need to call the administrators in meaning all my shareholders will end up with nothing, but if I can somehow buy the 400K asset on the cheap I'll be quids in!!! I can then start another business and do the same again!!
Did not really want to get involved but Michael Travia has been so obviously manipulating and misleading us I had to get in touch with them - shame he has not made any effort to talk to us
Compare this to the previous BOD on MRS ,,,,Australians for you ....Should be put through a net before listing in UK Markets to make sure they are decent ,as most of them are not. And also list in their own Country before others ...If they are NOT good to list in their Country then should not be good to go to other Countries ..
Close the door behind you- Travia walking out in the manner he did was the red flag, so he knew this was a dead duck. FCA need to get involved.
Guess we'll have to wait and see.
No that is quite strange.
Not even sure why they included such a statement.
Highly unlikely I would say but you never know I suppose.
'The Company's management and Directors remain committed to working with the Administrators on a restructure and recapitalisation of the Company'. Could this really happen at this stage?
We will know later this week if BOS is fully dead or not.
Dual-listed BOS Global said it had appointed administrators after it failed to raise sufficient funding. Steve Naidenov and David Iannuzzi of Veritas Advisory in Sydney were hired for the job. The directors considered that it was in the best interests of creditors and shareholders to appoint administrators and preserve value in its assets, including the BOS suite of products and patents and the company's 40% interest in Call Design,' the company said.
How to fall so quickly suggests strange things have happened and in cases like this investigations should take place .
How that travia managed to bullshit the share price up to 20p i.ll never know... despite repeated requests by email to see working models of their alleged product .... nothing Should have smelled a rat.
Sorry for your losses here no doubt MT is setting up his next scam in Aus with the rest of his gang. AIM needs regulating otherwise this type of thing will happen over and over again.
