With this latest RNS it's really crystal clear they (both MT and BoD) are waiting for administration. The fights of the last weeks are just smoke and mirrors, simulated BS to confuse us, keep us busy. The FCA shall really look into this.
Unfortunately it is down to us who put our trust in people that run companies. These have let us down badly but am only losing a few grand so could have been worse. It is ridiculous tho how they can get away with it like many others have
As long as you can afford to lose what you got in here then I guess your right, otherwise I don't think I would take the risk.
Not much we shareholders can do now apart from sit and wait and hope for the best i suppose.
BoD - bunch of d*cks.
In conjunction with the requisition from Innovation, an attempt was made to arrange a fundraising via a private placing on 1 December 2017, which included Marcus Yeoman (one of the proposed directors in the requisitioners section 249D notice) joining the Board as Chairman and other changes being made. The net result of the placing was that insufficient funds were committed to meet the Company's creditor position or to enable the auditor to provide an opinion on the accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017 on a going concern basis.  Consequently, the attempted fundraising was not successful.Â
Perhaps they can get an update from innovation from his blog.
As referred to in the Company's RNS announcement of 15 November 2017, there is also a strong risk of some form of administration or insolvency taking place as there can be no certainty that the Company will successfully close a transaction with the alternative funding source referred to above. In this context, shareholders should be aware that the BOS GLOBAL Board approached an administration firm some weeks ago to determine how this process would take place, if required, to ensure the Company is prepared for all potential eventualities.
Another negative corporate update from the BoD...........
100% agree. There is no opportunity yet. Wait and let it play out.
Sadly, no. I keep looking in here to see whether there is an opportunity to buy back in but frankly, this is a turd. The BOD are in meltdown and the only other choice to re-elect Mike Mugabe is laughable - this just goes from bad to worse and the likelihood of it being de-listed grows daily. And new posters appearing on here masquerading as others, you just couldn't make any of it up.
Luckily i did 19.4p i think it was. Soon a Zak mir said 30p that was it for me.
This share is worthless now with absolutely no interest anymore . Glad I sold out at 11p , but wished I sold when it was over 20p back in may time ..
The problem is we as legitimate shareholders have been denied our right to vote by a seemingly irresponsible board that’s intent on keeping there positions come what may.
Good point Graham. The current Board certainly don't seem to be interested in 'pumping' the sp. I'm voting for a good pump of the price. Get some value back in the shares. Then if you don't have faith in the long term future at least you have the option to sell and move on. No point in selling at the current price and the Board seen intent on driving it lower.
Why do you think MT can make this company any better when he failed first time around. You seem very keen on getting him back in why? Do you have any knowledge of if any products are working, or any orders that have come in. What is he going to do differently if he gets back in. Will he pump the price up like last time to allow him to sell more of his shares if so perhaps it would be a good idea to get him back in so private investors can sell before he does next time.
Wasabi & Graeme What’s your share Holding in bos ? And how are you planning on voting ? I can understand if you have made a investment and ****ed off as I have too. If mike is meant to be Michael , I highly dougbt he is on this forum. I’m letting people know about the blog on my own as previously stated as it’s the best interest to have MT back or my investment is goodbye. Most of your questions by the looks of a quick skim would of been covered . He has already made it clear to contact the board and cc him with your questions which you clearly haven’t done so I would suggest you directly email Michael on the bos advocate email get all your questions off your chest and be done with it as all this negativity on the forum equals even less money and the possibility of the company being completely ****ed . From here on out it looks like a fine line and MT needs all the support he can as we approach 22nd
It is a bit obvious lol. Comes to something when he has to promote his blog on here. Mike Why did you sell your shares in BOS after you left.
Another blog added to the webpage today www.bosadvocate.com “Dec 18 Shareholders to shell out more money to attend AGM“
Although there are always 2 sides to every story. You couldn't make stuff like that up and get away with it so, given the continuing silence from the Board, I am inclined to take the blog contents at face value. It must be in shareholders interest to do everything we can to support MT (whatever we might think of him and his own past performance). Vote Webb off the Board. Vote for all of the AGM members resolutions and the EGM resolutions. That seems to be the only hope for the company continuing in any form and therefore there being some value for shareholders. Individual views will no doubt be influenced by the price paid for the shares and therefore the level of loss. That is understandable. But we are where we are and need to do what's best for our future investment (what remains of it).
Seems like Adam Webb cast his web and the spider bit MT.
10p. Bos at 10p before christmas? Really. Why?
