I don't see why the share price has fell so much?
From the article I've seen, it only says they can't do the results as they haven't been able to get in the office because of covid 19.
The only bad thing I took from this, is the absolutely horrendous communication between company and everyone else, as they've obviously knew for a long time they can't get access to the office, so why not make an announcement a few weeks ago saying results would be delayed.
Unfortunately, like most other people, looks like I'm now going to be a LTH. Let's hope for some good news soon.
Best of luck to everyone.
Relax, lots of companies are doing the same right now and initial market reaction is always down. Later in a week price is recovering nicely.
Well added another 169k of shares , major over reaction and naughty MMs dropping the SP to trigger stop losses
Funny old day. Terrible Comms. Total shambles followed by a massive manufacturered drop by MMs.
I have no idea where this goes from here. Could go either way.
"I have no idea where this goes from here. Could go either way."
Agree-very hard to call. This is largely in my SIPP, so have decided to stay invested and see where we go. The business strategy appears sound and I like the heavy inside ownership. However, agree with EyesofBlue...there were plenty of red flags yesterday.
It is a shambles and it's difficult to believe that a company cannot get hold of their own books and yet can still progress on other fronts, albeit slowly. Is covid a handy excuse? I don't know. The RNS was vague on several fronts.
I also still have this on my watchlist, and it looks an interesting company, but I'd like to give it a bit more time and see how it pans out first.
It’s amazing the amount of people that come on to tell you they are still watching from the sidelines when news isn’t great……would these people come here to tell us, oh damn,I missed the boat here if news was amazing,I think not!!!

We need compliance, not arrogance from directors. Adhering to the rules makes for happy shareholders. They are paid to do a job, and have a financial interest in it being successful. Simples
To be fair there is massive strain on Audits at present and a fair amount of reporting scandals.
So if we have to wait for a Audit in the proper fashion then that is all good.
Across most stocks there have been delays in audits and the bigger the company the worse it gets.
Nothing has changed , we know that in 2020 revenue has increased by 310% ; we know that there a shift in direction to produce green energy and we know that in order of 70Million RM is owed to Bion ; this was higher but a sale from the debtors of a 2MW generation. Also its expected that more sale to Bion to reduce the debt.
Not to add Bion own green portfolio of generation assets.
CEO also bought a 20% in the company and averages now 26% ; a good pointer where this is going
