But if they can get it away at a minimal discount and share price rises like last time, then waiting till after the placing could be costly if you don’t get in quickly
Even having a institutional investor will dilute the price, any funds going into bids will dilute unless JD gets a loan from the Gov due to the virus
I am not convinced that this will come back out to market. Pretty sure investment will be secured via an institutional investor.
NOW is the time to buy! Yes that's right , buy now and get diluted lol , Talk about ramping Bots Up !!!! Anyone investing knowingly that Bids needs money must be crackers. Wait and buy at a good discount
To conclude, yes I am very happy with my holding, and to those that can`t see it...read it and weep.
NOW is the time to buy!
Its worth looking back to James Draper`s interview with Andrew Scott back at the end of February for the details of how the network Bids are building regarding the complexities involved and the determination to progress to the prize at the end.

This interview is over 3 months old, James talked about the new Xbox and Playstation platforms that weren`t announced at the time of the interview...but are starting to come to light now, and that Bids had been talking to these big companies and discussing the new platforms for some time.
Since then the Covid effect has meant that there has been a very significant number increase in people across the world taking up gaming, of all genres.
Anybody buying at this low level will be beans in when the positive news flow increases...forget any fund raise as a reason to stand off buying, because if they do a fund raise, at any price, it will be followed by a surge of buyers simply because they are sitting on a very healthy bank balance to take the company on its final stage of creating the money machine.
The AGM statement gave me a warm fuzzy feeling that things are starting to happen, going in to the `very significantly` H2 weighted revenue stream, so maybe they now have enough momentum to get away with a relatively small fund raise to get them in to the lucrative period.
Only a few weeks to go till the higher revenues now, and who knows what news flow we`ll get in the mean time.
