Four years ago I optimistically predicted shovels in the ground in 2025. In view of the lack of any time scale I now predict 2030 at the earliest so that would mean the BOD (various members) over the intervening years have sat on their hands for nigh on forty years. Arguments for the right commercial climate etc are waring a bit thin.
Welsh local government visited the site last year looking at the plans to open up a mine with some infrastructure in place creating hundreds of jobs ,this was very positive and funding maybe forthcoming through a government fund ,now that assay’s suggest the mine can come to fruition this may in fact be funded by the Welsh government imho
Bubble no idea, but with the current market cap of just over 5.5m here and a SP under 1.5p Should give you a clue....
How much you think Granesberg is worth?
I think it was something like 100m to fund mining at Parys, have a look at the PEA is states in on there, where they going to get that from???
How much would Granesberg sell for to fund pawrys mountain mine ??,think that will be enough don’t you?
Wayne.... remember a couple of days ago you told me to have faith? You know what faith is don't you.... belief in something without proof. Have you faith in the BOD ? Other than them promoting more dilution and salaries then no, I ain't.. More holes again I expect next month, year ,etc. Clever innit.
What a shower of sh@t
Well that went down well, not a single trade 🤣
They have to let they’re mates in first
Come on then AYM, let's actually do something with it!! Gla.
Probably because deep is not cheap (exploration & mining). Commercial viability needs to be outlined by mgt to help guide investors.
Is worth reminding investors that they have sat on the mine for over 30 years?
I particularly like:
"It is worth reminding investors that Parys Mountain is demonstrably the largest and most advanced copper project in the UK with substantial resource upside still evident. In addition, the project is favourably located on a previously permitted, brownfield development site with significant existing infrastructure already in place.“
12 yr plus mine life estimated
Open pit or block cave mine
Excellent news !!!
Good results but what's the plan?
Same here, missed out on the 90p as I'd sold out at circa 47p believing in my wisdom that we'd reached the top. Bought back in a year or so later when SP was around 8p top ups since then have brought my break even down to 3.8p. Will continue to hold as like yourself I believe this is still a worth while punt. IT'S JUST SO FRUSTRATING. Holding is significant, but not sufficient to declare an interest.
Hi Suzki, I'm in the same position - first took this out in 2003. I missed the 90p sale (09?) as I took my eyes off my portfolio and kicked myself, very hard! Personally, I have family links with the Anglesey area so have an emotional investment in it, however I believe in three key fundamentals, a) Grangesburg is a potential rocket for this share, b) Labrador was up and running relatively recently and was mothballed due to international commodity pricing wars and c) the value of the site in Anglesey is worth the MCap alone without the others.
I do believe that AYM is massively undervalued and have taken the opportunity to top up over the years. I have also taken some profits, but am still sitting with a potentially life changing windfall if it comes to fruition. I know I can hope and dream, but if we can get some traction in Sweden there is real legs in this share to the late teens and twenties without much news. The recently moved on chief was actively promoting the Swedish option and I assume this is still work in progress.
We can live in hope, but I believe that given the evolving needs of the western world, and the modern capabilities of the mining industry compared with when these sites were closed, these assets have come full circle and will soon be needed to service tech industry. We must employ caution in any investment, of course, but the mere land value of AYM assets exceeds its MCap significantly. GLA
👍 I'll be here.....waiting😴
Should have results next week they should have been this week tbh!!
Yam see you next week !!😂
Wayne, WOT! Are you winding me up? 😉
