From this weeks local paper: http://www.northantset.co.uk/news/Nuclear-waste-firm39s-pledge.6368580.jp ...Augean will be looking to make £200m profit. Public inquiry starts on October 26 this year.
riddler: r.e. spread, thanks. Looks like the two reasonably big buys on PLUS has closed the spread. One or two more buys today could tick it up hopefully in time for the weekend.
Cheers for the advice certainly looks good. Nice to see the Germans with a couple of problems. This world cup is starting to look very open. France wobbling, Potential Spain v Brazil tie next round. Lets just hope we can do the business tonight. Im going 3-0 us. Looks like green has been dropped and Jamo in. Why we just don't start with hart I have no idea. Green started and has 11 caps including the usa game hart has 3 caps therefore with green not getting a full 90 mins in most of his caps he probably only has about two and a half hours more experience than Green and international level. James is always prone to mistakes himself. Problem is if Jamo is injured we do have problems because you are down to one keeper. Green if dropped which i believe he is will not come back from this his mind will be gone
27.05 - 27.84
seem to want them big time 27.05-28.00 best spread in a long time
disappointed that I missed 25p but had to make that 10% gain yesterday and 5% gain today on bp first! 9% spread on aug... hmmm gl all and I'll go back to the background and post again if something happends here
Cheers for the heads up on these mate(on my home page!!!). Looks like i missed that sub-25 opportunity so back on the watchlist. Seem to remember having these yonks ago. My "green" play at the moment is the bus shares, optare ,are you in them? The other usual suspects, cosalt etc etc all sitting around waiting for the big day, plus your namesake as ever which i,m in up to my armpits!!!! Good luck with these all and if i,m in funds and see a buying dip at the right time i,ll be happy to leap on board, james
great start 10% rise and more sells than buys
Getting them the sods,well half
Someone managed to buy 25,000 in one go. Struggling here to buy anymore than 10k... hmm
Ask my broker to fill my order,as cant buy in large amounts,so silly in my view if you want to purchase shares
Trying to add more like you,but want let my buy,50,000 why sods law?
You are picking these undervalued stocks quicker than i hear about them friend, the MMs will have to move this up when news is released woukd you think?
Riddler, another good call by you again,do you think we will get news today or tomorrow?
http://britishbulls.com/StockPage.asp?CompanyTicker=AUG I hope I can get in just after 8am around (or even below) the 25p mark. Is it straight forward buying 25000 shares or as with some others I have to buy in blocks of 5000?
And I was getting twitchy on the sell button this week too. After ACTAs meteroric rise I have learnt the value of patience. Good luck all and thanks for the research Riddler!
my avg 26p,14k,iam in for the long term or if when a t/o happens this is a great entry point this moves fast on few trades
no posts for weeks then it all kicks off, hopefully a good sign!!!!!!!
Is there any kind of time line you have for a possible takeover??? Do you see it happening this year??? Much appreciated, respect your views a lot !!!
this will move now, about time.look at what the big share holders payed for there shares anything above and this will be agood start price,it will only take 2or3 of the big holders to sell and the rest will follow
An all cash offer for 72p he said, wouldnt they sell for that then?. he always finds out somehow, wish i knew the second he does, do you think the MMs will start to move this up now,as they must know from their channels?
Saw the rumours on Augean over at advfn forums and glad to see some respected names here discussing the possibilites. Costain Waste appears to be the company with the moolah and on the look out to aquire these sorts of companies. Afterall, the Costain web site states 'Waste Management is Costain's fastest growing sector' I have a small holding here (average 47p) and will sell my RKH as a means to top-up in the morning as the possibility of a takeover at this time looks likely. The 'strongest signal for a while' is what i'm reading on the other forum in regards to a offer, not sure what riddler or nighthawk think ? Whatever happens, the company is attractive at this price anyway so will continue to hold and top-up on the dips!
With TNCI you called that one,and i bet my bottom dollar then that bid will have to be increased or maybe not and they sell. how long you been in here friend.
Just read through your posts and agree this is cheap,so have brought into here, you always seem to get in at the bottom, would you think they would sell for 72p then or not
Have checked again and thats the price they have said to me,and he has never been wrong yet mate.?
