Got my allocation of shares in cradle this morning close to listing now imho
?
Followed by a question mark. Sorry, I'm getting lax.
Yep. That's why I said "in the making".
Kaz Minerals is expected to produce approx. 250,000 tonnes of copper this financial year.
Thanks for the link. I did read a few paragraphs dated 3rd November in their research area, they said beaufort are expecting a re-listing in November. Also, according to Beaufort, 23,000 tonnes of copper is in line to be produced by the fourth quarter of 2018. Kaz Minerals in the making, eh?
of course, the ***** means beaufort securities without the space

4 weeks approx then till listing ?
and it has had a good year whicj will make sure that the mine is profitable? That has made the proposed business model much more sustainable?
lets get the relisting date and then we can debate. come on relisting!!!
Not necessarily mac, I have had a pot lined up ready for seemingly ages. Not a huge amount but enough to get in and top up. I came in shortly before suspension for a reason. It's been so long that I can't remember what that reason was but hey ho :-)
If a profit is available I suspect many will take it?
The following were the steps that was published a few months back: (I assume the shareholder subscription forms part of point 1 below??) 1) secure funding 2) publish 2016 accounts (as soon as funding secured) 3) update the draft pathfinder Admission Document 4) payment to the liquidator 5) Company will submit the requisite 10-day notice for readmission
If shareholders are invited to subscribe for more shares after the GM, I expect relisting in 4 weeks. The open offer will probably be available for two weeks after the date of the GM (13th November 2017).
Does anybody know if everything goes according to plan at the AGM what the likely timescales are for the relisting?
why would many people run for the door? we will be a producing miner from what i know alot of people are looking to get in this well they all are from my whatsapp group and there al saying alot of other people from groups are... so i doubt people are running are kid
Funding is required and it is all taking too long for me? However it is out of our control. They will either fix this or we will lose our money? So lets hope it works but I suspect many will run for the door if listing reoccurs?
just read through the circular. I guess we just have to say yes to everything. our hand is forced. So once this all passes, what else needs to be done before relisting?
A good buy will be ZCI on the JSE when suspension will be lifted after the transaction for Mowana. The market cap on the last quote was 11 Mio only
Let's hope things are in place ready for listing
The flotation plant is processing sulphide ore (with little to no oxide content) and will continue to do so with the installation of the DMS plant. It is explicitly stated that high-oxide ore is uneconomical. Things are materialising as intended.
That means revenue is delayed and you can bet the City will pick up on that when pricing!
Not so anymore Ocean. 'In summary, the Companys future mining strategy is to treat low-oxide ores, which contain less than 25 per cent. acid soluble copper. The reason for excluding high oxide ores is predicated on the low recovery rates (30 to 40 per cent.) and low concentrate grades (approximately 15 per cent.) achieved when treating oxides in the Mowana processing plant historically. Therefore, whilst oxide ores are copper bearing, it is uneconomic to treat them using the current facilities and they will instead be stockpiled for future recovery. This approach will ensure higher recoveries are achieved in the processing plant and will also provide additional revenue potential from processing the stockpiled oxide ores in the future.'
Not too sure thought it was ready for sale tbh
