Is that the ticker .... arc ?
Yes intresting those last trades ,shouldn't effect the relisting anyone's guess on opening as I think alot will be taken up prior with institusions though that's my opinion always seem to get in early !!,let's hope we get the chance first thing though it is nice to see you all again ,see you on arc board soon then !!!
It is good to back mate :0) I had nearly written the money off in July! Ive been in this share for 5 years... one of the first shares I bought, along with MARL and SOLG.... I think this is finally going to bear fruit. Better return than property by the looks of it?!
Those trades from Dec can't be right surely ? Someone stuck half a million in ! I wonder if its something to do with consolidation ?
probably something to do with the re listing. new holders/debt/shares....who knows. at least you know something is brewing
Hi Nappers ! Its good to be back on with the old crew again eh ! Well from what iv'e read, its anywhere from 20p to 80p. Not many in freefloat now either so it could be a proper scramble for shares at opening ! Sure is gonna be interesting though !
I cant remember those trades either gaz!! Not far off 1.5m..... some ones going to do extremely well when Cradle Arc relist! What do people think the SP will be by close on the first day?? 60p?
Also, just took a look back at the last trades from Dec, huge amounts of money changing hands ! Can't remember those amounts of trades !
Thanks warrior, I see i still can't add it to my portfolio. I guess this is because it will cease to exist ? Anyway, what will be our new ticker ? My barcs account didn't update yet but I think some of our members already have on HL. Really looking forward to the re-list after almost a year wondering if we would get through this !
Gazshot, unsure when it did but yes very good news only a few weeks to wait i think my friend
Hi Guys, been out of the loop for a little while, in fact this BB disappeared from my portfolio here on lse. When did it reappear ? Great news all round and looking forward to the next saga !

So far so good
Don't usually post, but DoubleDD just found that on the internet myself and was going to post it to find you beat me to it. All looking very positive "GLA" https://www.******************.com Research 7 days ago - Cradle Arc PLC (formerly Alecto) will soon have completed the purchase of the Mowana copper mine in Botswana. The mine has had >$155m ...
Beaufort research worth a read... https://www.**********************/shp/research.php?vid=471 GLA
According to the research report, 2.5mill of the 3.25mill CLN was loaned to the Mowana Mine, and the remaining 1.75mill will be used for working capital.
that is what I thought. but then Kevin Van said that the mine has now been acquired - this would suggest that the 1.75 million is for working capital and not for the reverse takeover to go ahead. is this view correct?
They have raised 3.25mill via CLN. They still require 1.75mill to complete the 5mill fundraise. As alluded to in the research report, this will be done via an open offer (I hope).
positive RNS. no mention of raising more money from existing shareholders - do they still need to do this??
I think Mark Jones has done a good job in getting the business to where it is and perhaps it would never have happened without him being where he was. Going forward I agree we need a heavy weight and I think he is now in place. Most of us PIs could moan about a number of issues but I doubt if any of us could have dealt with the bigger picture. GLA
