Who knows maybe Ajax will be providing Tesla lithium once they acquire an asset?
It is the minimum market capitalisation required for main market listing now. See here:

While Ajax are officially listed at the moment, when the make their acquisition they must comply with these regulations.
Hi Richard, why would they have to reach a cap of £30m on their first asset ?
Actually intellect more interestingly they also have to hit a market cap on over £30 million when they acquire their first asset/assets so there is going to be no mucking around with small-time assets. This will go straight into the big-leagues of small cap companies.
Hi Euclid, well the company has just listed, so it’s a fresh company with very few shares in issue, all it would take is one decent asset to be signed and the price will multibag in several trading sessions unlike most stocks on the market that have issued too many shares.
How can it be undervalued when it doesn’t own any assets- and just has a small amount of cash balance?
This is one of the most undervalued stocks, currently at rock bottom and any asset from here will propel the price to 40-50p. Will load up on weakness.
Imagine if we get a gold mine too? Lithium and gold production. There are only a handful of lithium companies on the LSE which I listed earlier, and also only a handful of gold companies j could fine. Fee being
Polymetal International PLC (POLY) - a Russia-based gold and silver mining company that operates primarily in Russia and Kazakhstan.
Centamin PLC (CEY) - an Egypt-focused gold mining company that operates the Sukari Gold Mine, one of the largest gold mines in Egypt.
Hochschild Mining PLC (HOC) - a UK-based precious metals mining company with operations in Peru, Argentina, and Mexico.
Petropavlovsk PLC (POG) - a Russia-based gold mining company that operates several mines in Russia's Far East.
Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd. (CGH) - a UK-based gold mining company with operations in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia.
Pan African Resources PLC (PAF) - a South Africa-based gold mining company with operations in South Africa and Eswatini.
If we get a lithium and gold asset I would potentially expect a 1000% rise from here alone.
Expecting some move soon. The mcap is just too low
I wouldn’t actually object to a gold project either, North America has always shown to have some of the best mines.
Here are a few notable examples:
Homestake Mine: Located in South Dakota, the Homestake Mine was one of the largest and deepest gold mines in North America, producing over 40 million ounces of gold during its operation from 1876 to 2002.
Red Lake Mine: Located in Ontario, Canada, the Red Lake Mine is one of the largest gold mines in North America and has produced over 25 million ounces of gold since its discovery in 1925.
Carlin Trend: Located in Nevada, the Carlin Trend is a series of gold deposits that are some of the largest in North America. It has produced over 84 million ounces of gold since its discovery in the 1960s.
Fort Knox Mine: Located in Alaska, the Fort Knox Mine is an open-pit gold mine that has produced over 8 million ounces of gold since it began production in 1996.
Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mine: Located in Colorado, the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mine is a large open-pit gold mine that has produced over 4 million ounces of gold since it began production in 1976.
Hemlo Mine: Located in Ontario, Canada, the Hemlo Mine is one of the largest gold mines in North America and has produced over 22 million ounces of gold since its discovery in 1981.
Here just couple examples

Maybe we can be the next Greenbushes mine? operated by Talison Lithium, which is jointly owned by the Chinese company Tianqi Lithium and U.S.-based Albemarle Corporation. The mine is estimated to contain the world's largest known lithium reserves, with current estimates suggesting that it holds around 62% of the world's known lithium reserves. The Greenbushes mine has been in operation for over 30 years, and produces lithium ore which is then processed into lithium concentrate at a nearby plant. The concentrate is then exported to customers around the world. Maybe we can also look at mines in Australia as well as North America?
In my opinion, Ajax's strategy to invest in North America is a wise decision with several advantages over setting up a project in a developing country where bureaucratic hurdles are more prevalent. By investing in North America, we can avoid the challenges associated with obtaining ministerial-level approvals, paying bribes, or facing license withdrawals due to political reasons.
Furthermore, North America's focus on securing its own supply chain in energy transition materials ensures a consistent demand for locally-produced resources. This allows for easy supply agreements and cost-effective transportation to US-based refineries.
Although asset acquisition in North America may be more expensive compared to the developing world, the benefits of this strategy still outweigh the drawbacks. Success ultimately depends on acquiring the right asset at the right price, but Ajax's experienced team is well-equipped to accomplish this goal. We can now wait for an acquisition announcement with confidence.
Lithium company performances
Savannah energy went from 7p to 40p
BCN 20p to 70p before being taken out
Cornish metals from 6p to 29p
Right now Ajax at bottom on asset acquisition alone it should get to 40p
Only a handful of lithium companies on the LSE
Bacanora Lithium plc (BCN)
Cornish Lithium Limited (private)
Lithium Australia NL (LIT)
Savannah Resources plc (SAV)
Strategic Minerals plc (SML)
If we sign a big lithium asset we will be one do the many few investing in these resources
So now we are on path. Waiting for the acquisitions to burst
