Why on earth are they body slamming this share like this?
my post from 8th March:- i mentioned Dividends due: This is why this share is worth 5 x current SP IT isn't liquid and at some point - Directors will want money out - i know RNS doesn't state with the Sale Funds - but at some point (on sale of a few future developments) dividends of well above current SP must be paid out - those holding now are sitting on a huge cash cow. If the same Assets / Liquid Cash were invested in London - what would current SP be? Look forward to the Accounts due end of month 13 days later - Final results and circa 17p a share Dividend
Pay 55p -17p div net cost per share 38p Its around the price it was just after the divi was announced , so at 38p is it a buy ? , considering (China risk(and believe me as someone who has spent some time there)) the Chinese management will look after themselves ) , Comfort should be taken in the fact that management have so much % of the business & the business is cash rich. The easiest way for management to make good money for themselves is to make this a healthy dividend paying stock , not just this week but long term. If you are happy to hold long term , the investment looks promising As a trader .. buyer beware I've taken a small position £5k
This drop is truly over done..
Thanks seaace

RNS explains the dividend?
48.55 to sell 57to buy MM's still playing games with SP
Some recognition at last of underlying share value, but the market price still remains well short of the underlying NTA of approx. £1.50 with a 17p cash dividend to come!
Not sure which market I went through, but price was 54.6p, so more than happy...
I actually averaged down so happier now and looking forward to dividend . Buys on IDSX at 54p .
Well you can add another small buy of 1150. Idea is simple. Take divi to help recover costs and stick shares in the bottom draw. Win win really...
I know - they see the positions - they dont act in PI's best interests at all, how can a couple of sells trigger a drop so quick on so little - it has created a market though which was there intention
Trouble is MMs can see those positions, opening drop of 10% forced first stop losses and trigger.May also be PI large buy order in wings??.
looks like a sell triggered a stop loss, further reducing Bid price, triggering further stop losses they were just too quick to sell unless the PI was on the button - great show by MM's and now it is a sea of buys - 22,000 shares bought since shake looking at isdx and here
Looks like on isdx. MMs playing games.
is 52p
I bought some earlier not shown on here about £900 worth .
Buys going through at 49.95
Buys going through at 49.95
What about the prospect of the SP dropping the day after dividend deadline ? could it drop another 34% ??
A large but order to force sell are makes no sense.
Dropped it 10% on opening, you know it stinks.
Can't see a reason other than one trade???
