Very significant that the purchaser is Nick Clarke. Given that he bought the rights to Dutwa nearly a year ago, I assume that something must have happened in that time to make him believe it is worthwhile investing further. Could there be progress on the BFS soon?

Mr Clarke purchased substantially all of the African Eagle subsidiaries', assets and liabilities in August 2013.
