The start of more news in the pipeline? Looks good
Just what we needed. 2p soon
Could be a good start. Expect for more good news, this is it! Now keep watching adss!
Good news today here. Looking forward to seeing what else the BOD have up its sleeve. I did notice the block buys going through the past week or so and thought something was up. Good one to build a position in right at the bottom.
Coming up for a month now since the 'movement in share price' RNS. Some kind if communication from the company might be appreciated, even a response to an email wouldn't go amiss!
dont want to go round in circles. nothing personal but you can see how it looks. you post regularly on cpx so i guess you hold cpx. adss you have not posted once in 9 months until last week when your first post suggested they need a placing. a week later you post on adss again and suggest the same thing on placings. No discussion on the rns info that i outline below? id suggest your posting analysis is ever so slightly biased to the negative, Good luck if you hold here, the info in recent rns states $6.1m cash and that they have cut costs to preserve cash $ to £,s = 3.5m cash same as the mcap give or take. net assets $28m not priced in at all. Most are waiting on some positive news on potash contracts. Hope to hear something soon in this direction and hopefully they have done what they said and preserved the cash and so wont need to raise funds. Acquisions are on the agenda via bank financing. good luck
Ian...I don't have an agenda at all. I thought you was a smart investor. You are miss reading my analysis of what I am trying to say here! Ok will never mention any Aim co anymore about placings. Hopefully we will not need one here and they can secure a deal very soon that generates cash. You must look at all angles of co's positions...risks vs rewards....never overlook the potential risks
only you know the truth however your post on cpx on 23rd october having a pop at derampers who are using the placing card has me forming my own views on your agenda. GL with your investments.
I also do hold quite a few AIM co's in my trading a/c & SIPP, but I don't go round advertising it. It's called trying to have a constructive discussion...not get pulled down just because i mention a co may need to do a placing...be it ADSS or who ever.
Ian...I dont have an agenda on ADSS I am a holder too. Just feel the price action is telling us they may need to taise cash by YE that's all...as you say like most AIM co's have to do this. I have noticed some largish sells so maybe they may know more than me & you? You have to take these factors into account with most AIM shares... BOD talk up their co & prospects many a times leads to a placing. Look at AERO as an example. Hopefully ADSS will not raise & they do announce a good business deal. It's just the price doesn't tell us this at the moment Thanks
Just had a quick scan of his posts. 99.9 are positive cpx posts and then just isolated posts spilt between adss tea areo and msmn - every one of those odd posts on the others mentions placing /funding/warrants - make your own mind up what his agenda is. If I was a betting man id lay odds he holds cpx and none of the others. poor skills
Most recent update was that adss had $6.1m cash ie £3.5m.. and were cutting costs to preserve cash during the oil and gas low period. They are also moving into the lucrative potash business. They dont look like they need to raise funds currently unless they are burning cash and their rns suggests they are now doing anything but. Acquisitions are on the adgenda but i believe bank finance rather than fund raise? Im not at all concerned. placings are common place on aim. if you are scared of them get out of aim...i recall afpo raising at .3 p in march and by August they touched 3p 10 bag. you raised this as an issue last week and raise it again today, makes me suspect an agenda but who knows.
It's call trading sideways lol
My point is that we seem priced for a placing. Imo Hope I am wrong....but we have sar at this .80p for some weeks now along with plenty of sells!
alternatively merge with a company with potentially a strong cash flow. Probably wrong to speculate but could adss and afpo be working to this end, adss looking for acquisitions to create a vertically integrated company with afpo.
I wouldn't have though so wait for the heavy promotion then the pump to get placing away if that were the case. Don't think they will do fundraise
Small companies sometimes need to raise funds. Part of life on AIM to be honest. Growth needs cash, either through PIs or finance. What's your point?
Are investors here not concerned that with a small amount of money by year end. ...as the co mentions in the rns.....they may have to fund raise.. .which is maybe why there is no serious buying here lifting the price up.?
and sp at.80
Has anybody heard any specific feedback from the AGM? Or was it just a standard series of votes for resolutions and then down the pub for last orders?
I think you're right - sometimes too much information and engagement is worse than too little. Dave Lenigas is a prime example of too much, too soon.
Justin is apparently having difficulty contacting them and confirming the date.
Agree, loads of shares available.....hoping there might be an upward movement in anticipation of the Sharepickers interview next Wed 04Nov.
It didn't move the price up on the 2.25m buy...tells me too much stock floating around. ..and mm's not short of shares
250,000 @.82....averaged me down slightly.
