Double what makes you pay so much attention to this share? A lot of us have experience the dirty end of the market here, but Simon is trying to succeed in Indonesia, it is not a lifestlye company. Colter is pending. Bunga/badger were both disasters I agree.
Hoping we get a proper update on the workover soon, their twitter feed seems to show rates are improving.
It’s a typical lifestyle company, the last 250k raise will tied the bod over for about 6 months then another will come along with the promise of another project. Mark my words the rest of the CLN won’t and can’t be used. The cln holders for the 500k and flipped their stock and the massive fees they pay on the 500k subsidised the difference in price. But as some say be patient, all is well, exciting times ahead lol
Time, if you actually look at it properly they hint spent millions on projects, a tiny fraction of what they have raised (nearly 8 million) has gone on projects. The business plan for the company is to raise as much as possible and spend as little as possible on “projects”. The rest of the money which is millions goes on running costs for the BOD. It’s clear as anything all you have to do is look through the Various rns and also company accounts, lots and lots of consultancy fees to unnamed, travel expenses and general running costs.
Hi all I was in adl for colter drill . I believe that had a element of credibility but as for the recent I'm not so sure .
I'm amazed how Simon has the nerve to keep this cycle of failure going his c.v is actually not a horror adl accepted. ...so his reputation is being or has been destroyed by adl
The crazy thing is with the millions that have been spent.on failure they could've taken hold of a genuine investment
Maybe it's time for this fraud to be removed form aim ?? Enough chances have been given.
Same reason they couldn’t on the previous Lombardir one. Carbon copy
You must have a poor memory. Simon hyped the cash flow idea from the very beginning. Wonder why they couldn’t draw down the note any further. Something smells here
He didn't hype it as a cash cow but as a way to open up opportunities with CAV in Indonesia.
Not just Simon, the whole board, once Simon has taken enough another one of the current BOD will take over, consolidate and do it all over again, why do you think Rob Arnott joined many years ago, he is next inline.
But I suppose everyone will say im a troll and wrong and that patience is needed and good times are upon ADL, lol.
How many times are they proved wrong and me correct yet im still the bad guy lol
Time for Simon to go. Since he took over the helm, bragging about his experience etc, he has done jacks$&t for the company and the shareholders. Rob Arnott is the same. Came on after getting ousted from his last company with all the excitement and he hasn’t done anything either. Take a look at Ross WARNER, another dud. He is running an energy company in Perth. So question is who is thinking of us and the future. None on the board that is for sure. Would like the $200 k back from the other failed project by Simon. Time for the receivers to take over. FB
Double. I agree with you. What surprised me was the raising implies that they did not reach their production targets. I thought this was on track. Evidently it has not proven to be the big cash cow that Simon hyped it up to be. Sad and disappointed but given this mobs track record, not surprised.
Why surprised?? the company aquire assets in order to raise money against them via placing or lone notes, its their business model. The funds are for working expenses / overheads.
If you are surprised by this FB then you really dont know what you have invested in mate.
As they say... exciting times are coming here..... more dilution and more raises / loan notes etc etc, exciting for Simon yes but for investors its a scam.
This will never ever return anything to investors just the directors lifestyle's. Ive said it a hundred times, look at every deal they have ever done and how money has been raised and used against it..... The latest deal will now go quiet for a long time before they announce nothing will come of it and it has cost x amount of hundred thousands of ££. Rinse and repeat :)
Company isn’t talking and no one is listening.
Well the latest raising was a bit of a surprise. I thought they could draw down on the note providing they reached the production target. If they could not draw down the note then I can only conclude that they did not reach their production targets and have run out of cash. The well workovers took longer than expected and every day delay was a drain on the cash. No oil no cash. No future. FB
Indeed. Watch this space...
Still remain a holder who thinks that the upside potential is far greater than the downside at these levels, patience is required.
Lol
Merry Xmas suckers!
Typical ADL dog ****e. Still I guess this time next year you'll all be millionaires?
Rns placing shock!
Rinse and repeat boys and girls
You will learn Greg
My point is doubleup I watched the sp earlier this year make some big % gains on sentiment / expectations well after the consolidation ( you are correct in your calculations of past consolidation and not questioning that).
Anyway off home now.

Sorry was 1.4p down to 0.0195 the consolidated to 1p and to where it is today.
It only was at 1.3 as was consolidated from 0.002 to 1p. so in theory its dropped from 50p to where it is now due to the BOD, Even more you take into account the price prior to 0.002.
Sentiment alone of achievement, proof of concept. Hard to believe not long ago we touched 1.3p nearly a multiple of 10 x from where we are now on the sentiment / expectation of Colter / Bunga Mas / Eagle all with nothing proven. That's all, nothing else and you may well be right.

Miker, why would 150 bopd increase the sp as this is a non profit deal, the company earn nothing apart from what they have spent? I can understand a rise on a new deal in which makes profit but as I said why an increase when no value is added?
Just to add I averaged down quite heavily from 0.95 to 0.38 due to 1p looking a distant reach. I expect a small sp rise on 150+ bopd production figures perhaps 0.2 - 0.25p and who knows another sp rise to 0.3's on any deal with CAV, could even break even and if 0.39 is achieved I am actually in profit. That's my current position, warts and all :¬).
I have looked at ADL for a while and have only invested recently at 0.15 as imo the incredibly low market cap provides for a much greater upside than downside. Time will tell but as usual with any AIM Stocks patience is required.
Miker i appreciatie your honesty bud for saying it how it is.
