Buys coming in.
Hmmm Unusual rns... I suspect there will be something a little more comprehensive than that in due course... Adrian - on the other subject - fridays rns should be taken as the clear indication as to what now goes on...
A bit cloak and dagger. Presumably, the person concerned is well known, otherwise why not tell us?
Update on Board Changes Further to the Company's announcement made on 1 April 2019 regarding the Company's proposed appointment of an additional non-executive Director, the Company announces that the individual concerned has been appointed as an independent consultant to the company to provide it with a view and assistance on a potential opportunity in the fintech sector. The Directors consider that the input to be provided by that individual would be better coming from him as an independent consultant rather than as a Director. No adverse matters arose following the due diligence in respect of the individual concerned. The Company will update shareholders in due course in relation to its progress to undertake a potential transaction in accordance with AIM Rule 15.
Jace86, reverse takeovers take lots of time, hence the six month time period. However we should of received an update by now. Problem with BOU is accounts are due by end of this month, if not the share will be suspended. Back to Abal, I urge shareholders to email Abal, hopefully someone will get a positive response info@abalplc.com. Good luck to all investors.
From 1 april I see they was in a discussion with someone but nothing after that...
Are looking after this - do they have something lined up does anyone know? I'm also in bou and they appear to be making some progress there...

Couple of buys coming in showing as sells. MMS playing games!
Seems that John Treacy [an Abal Group Director] has joined the BOD of AIK Energy Ltd.
It's useful and informative to know what other BOD's Abal Group Directors are on, but what significance it may have for Abal Group remains to be seen.
Was slightly surprised to see 'Christopher Steele' also listed on BOD of AIK Energy Ltd. I am assuming that is the internationally famous, transatlantic headline hitting Christopher Steele?
I guess so. Companies House website hit by mysterious glitch, causing the 'follow company' function for AIK to go offline.
Mannan how many times have you sold out because you thought the share was going nowhere and then a few months later its got a new life. I've learned the hard was, patience is the only way to win the AIM game
scully ....this is finished
Shouldn't be long now. Well done to everyone holding, our patience will be rewarded.

Can easily be 3 to 6 months. The target company may need to have audited accounts ready etc. People say that the bigger the target the longer It takes, which makes sense if they have assets overseas or are a group.
There's also the possibility that it falls through and they need to find something else, but you'd think they might mention that!
Pretty dead trading wise. I have all I want and presumably others do as well.
It has been 2 months since our last contact from the BOD, anybody know how long it takes to for these checks to be carried out? 2 months seems excessive!!
4th September. According this rns.
